Encantadora casa de jardín cerca del centro de la ciudad, el distrito de salud y Wynwood

Esta casa celebra y abarca la maravillosa diversidad de este gran país. Damos la bienvenida con los brazos extendidos, nuestros hermanos y hermanas de todas las razas, credos y orientación sexual. Juntos no construiremos muros, sino un magnífico futuro para nuestros hijos y las generaciones futuras.

Nuestra encantadora casa de campo se encuentra en medio de un hermoso jardín, a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad. Ubicado en un distrito histórico tranquilo cerca de Brickell, el Distrito de Salud, Grove, Wynwood y a 8 minutos de South Beach. La casa tiene una cama queen, una sala de estar, TV (Direct TV) y un gran armario. Tenemos una cocina cómoda y una gran área irresistiblemente romántica para cenar al aire libre. El transporte público está cerca de la estación de metro, autobuses y tranvías. También puede ir en bicicleta al centro, a Wynwood, al distrito de salud e incluso a Grove. Alquiler de bicicletas se pueden encontrar en el supermercado Publix por el río. El parque Sewell está cerca y ofrece una hermosa experiencia del río Miami. Tenemos un gran amor por la propiedad y hemos disfrutado de vivir entre las flores, las aves, los lagartos, los gatos y nuestro enorme árbol de mango (muy Miami) mientras que al mismo tiempo estamos tan cerca del centro Arsht, el PAMM y Rosa de la cruz, rubell y colecciones de arte margulies. Para los fanáticos del béisbol, estamos ubicados a media cuadra del parque de pelota. También vamos al teatro Tower, un espacio encantador que proyecta maravillosas películas.
Tenemos una calle muy verde con un hermoso dosel. Grove Park ha sido designado a nivel federal como histórico y estamos muy orgullosos de nuestro vecindario. Es tranquilo, pacífico, amigable y seguro. Fácil acceso a 836 Este y Oeste, 395 (Miami Beach) I-95 Norte y Sur. Tenemos un par de restaurantes que son coloridos y buenos, y un gran gimnasio en el centro médico de la UM que cruza el puente al otro lado del río.
Nuestra hora de registro es a las 2 de la tarde y después de eso, y nuestra salida es a las 10 de la mañana.

A real great place to stay

The property is like an oasis in the middle of a city. It is very centrally located with easy access to the freeway so getting around is not a problem. This property really felt like a home away from home and my significant other loved it (from the garden to the decor). The hospitality of the hostess is second to none. We would definitely stay here again.

Baseball Paradise

Paradise is one block from Loan Depot Ballpark where the Miami Marlins play. I come down with a friend every year to watch the Braves play the Marlins. You can see the stadium from the front of the house. It’s a short walk and you are inside the air conditioned ballpark to watch Major League Baseball. We stay in the Bungalow/Wild Rose behind the house which has a kitchen. Breakfast is provided everyday and delivered to you door. Great place to stay for you baseball fans or to visit Little Havana!!

Braves ⚾️ Marlins Baseball

Great place to stay if you like Baseball. The stadium is a dome with great AC. Marlins Stadium is only 2 blocks away and is a very nice walk. It is a short drive to visit Little Havana. Ines Cortez is one of the best and nicest property owners I’ve every dealt with. She makes you a great breakfast and will tell you all the great restaurants and sightseeing places in Miami. Ethereal Vacation Away

The cottage, Ines, Carlitos, and the garden are everything you could want for a perfect, secluded time away from home. The cottage was well kept and had a welcoming vibe. No to mention the lovely breakfast that greeted us each morning. My boyfriend and I loved our time spent there and are already planning our trip back. Thank you so so much Ines!

A Wonderful stay at the Wild Wild Rose

The Wild Wild Rose is two blocks from Marlins Park! Dan and I went to see the Braves and Marlins play two times. There is nothing like walking across the street to the game and having a short walk home after the game. We are Braves fans from Jacksonville Florida and we really had a great time and the Braves won both games. We spent one day in Little Havana and exploring Miami. Ines served us a breakfast platter with the best banana bread in town. Docs Provisions was our favorite Restaurant. Ines Cortes is the best B&B hostess ever! A must stay if you are a baseball fan! Absolutely wonderful cottage in Little Havana

This is a great cottage hidden away by a small tropical rainforest in Little Havana. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived until our check out a week later. Wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed including fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, milk and pastries every morning. Inez asked if we needed any information for food and sightseeing several days before we arrived and checked in with us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

Beautiful hidden oasis

We loved out stay at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect from time arrival to us leaving. Out host were great about communicating and answering all our questions and giving suggestions about places to visit in Miami. They even left beach towels, water bottles and a beach bag in our room to take on our excursion to the beach. Really is an incredibly magical place, and a true gem. We will be back again!

A Little Oasis

One of the best small cottages you will find anywhere. Tucked away in the lush garden behind the main house, this a peaceful and visually interesting property. We were met at the gate by Carlitos, a friendly and welcoming cat who kept us company outside and entertained. Ines, owner, is a lovely woman and we couldn't ask for any more kindness and care for our comfort. We loved the information and notes left around the cottage. Always helpful to know the workings of an unfamiliar shower, etc. The kitchen had what we needed - microwave, fridge, dishes, pots, coffee maker and coffee, tea, granola and yogurt, juice and milk. The bed was comfortable. The chairs were a great place to sit and chat or watch TV. Books, lots of books on the shelves. Ines used one of the guides to help us plan a day out and about in the Miami area. We highly recommend Little Havana as a little oasis in a big city.

Peaceful getaway

After a work event in boisterous South Beach, we wanted to explore a different side of Miami. We opted for two days in little Havana, and found Ines's charming guest house. My boyfriend described the walk from the street to the guesthouse as "transformational," as Ines keeps an amazing tropical garden that makes you forget the traffic and noise of the city immediately. The guesthouse is simple and full of charm, with photos, art and interesting books throughout. It is clean and organized. We opted for a two-hour nap immediately upon our afternoon arrival, then spent the rest of our time exploring little Havana and enjoying some amazing food in and outside of the neighborhood. We walked to some places, and Uber-ed to others. We could have "eaten in," but we are foodies, and had a restaurant plan weeks in advance of our arrival! Ines is a gracious host--she has thought of everything one might need, and reaches out in case there is something she missed. Overall, we had a lovely, peaceful two days in little Havana. We would gladly return to stay with Ines.

Perfect!

Such an amazing little cottage with a short walk to the marlins stadium! It was ideal for us. Ms. Cortes thought of everything and was such a gracious hostess. The cottage is stocked with everything you could need! The garden is amazing and I wish it hadn’t rained so we could have spent some time out there. I’m so glad we found this perfect little gem for our road trip this year. It was exactly what we needed after a very rough week! We are so appreciative of the hospitality. :)

Wonderful quaint cottage nestled in a garden.

This is our second stay here and we love it. It is quaint quirky and cozy. Great location. We typically park the car on arrival then Uber or Lyft the rest of the time. Nice little kitchen to have breakfast or a snack.

I love nature, beautiful things, kindness, intelligence, generosity, a sense of humor creativity and honor. I love good architecture, kayaking, horses and my cat, Clinton. I also love my dog Koko but I have to confess a weakness for Clinton. The both of them are so sweet and funny. I am a World Music aficionado with a particular interest in African pop. I enjoy traveling and in particular I am crazy about India. I want to visit Turkey, Burma, Turkistan and Prague and will do so soon.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our home was built in 1926. It has the original pine wood floors, doors, handles, crown moldings and windows. I love the music the windows make when you open a close them. The mango tree is majestic even though it lost half its crown in a hurricane prior to 2002. The fruit is delicious and plentiful. It reminds me of places back home where music is played under a big tree and there is always plenty of food and drink for everyone. I have planted a lot of greenery in the property. Kind of hit and miss but I have a sabal palm that is to die for - It makes up for all the ones that did not make it. We have a front porch that overlooks the street and it is shady and delicious during late afternoons.

When I first saw this house I knew I belonged to it. The way the house sat on the lot was gracious and light. Every detail from the exquisite cracked tile in the front porch to the glass handles and the keys to the rooms enamored me. Living in a city that has a fancy for anything that is shiny and new, I realized I had found a piece of Miami's history and I wanted to preserve it.
