A pocos pasos de la mundialmente famosa playa de Ka'anapali y a solo 10 minutos en coche de Lahaina, nuestra unidad F101 es el lugar perfecto para relajarse en Maui. Este primer piso, ubicación tranquila, unidad de esquina le brinda fácil acceso a todo y privacidad también. Ideal para familias con niños, parejas jóvenes o jubilados. ¡Simplemente camine de regreso a F-101 y obtenga lo que necesita, protector solar u otro mai-tai! Está a poca distancia y no hay escaleras a la piscina, barbacoas comunitarias

La unidad es grande (1555 pies cuadrados) y se actualizó con todos los azulejos, muebles, televisores, acceso a internet y ventiladores de techo nuevos. El plano de planta abierto te brinda mucho espacio para estirarte y relajarte. Es un pequeño rincón del paraíso, y esperamos que lo disfrutes.

Nice Condo-good location

Condo has pretty much everything you need. Was clean, beds are really comfortable and pool was nice. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Definitely go to Costco after you land-Safeway is super-expensive.

Great stay at this well-appointed condo

We had a really lovely stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and the first floor location was just steps from the pool, which was awesome for an after dinner swim or hot tub. We also used the gas grill in the pool area one night. The entire complex was really well maintained and there were several friendly kitties on the property too, most of which were happy for some head rubs. We enjoyed the relative quiet of the complex compared to the hustle and bustle of the big resorts. There was never more than a few families at the pool. And the big resorts, restaurants, and Whaler Village are a short walk away. We also played foot golf at the adjacent course, which is basically a mash-up of soccer and golf and fun way for us non-golfers to be on the course. The hosts graciously made sure we had boogie boards for our stay, as this is an activity our family really enjoys. And the beach closet had pretty much everything you'd need for a day at the beach -- plenty of towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling stuff, boogie boards -- plus stuff for kids. The only thing we didn't find was a cooler, but maybe there was one and we just didn't see it. We also wanted to try pickle ball, but ran out of time. We would definitely stay at this property again! Check in/out was easy, it was super comfy, and with great communication along the way.

Tropical Paradise

Fantastic location, only a short walk to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. Our first floor unit was perfect for us as we had guests joining us throughout out 7 week stay. The condo was generously supplied with everything we needed. Extra towels for the pool, plenty of dishware and several spices. Kelly was very responsive to any request or questions we had. We definitely plan on returning and recommend this unit.

A little piece of paradise

Grounds were very well kept. Super easy check in and great people to deal with. The condo itself had absolutely everything you could need, for cooking, storing, relaxing, visiting and heading out to the beach. Location on ground level and close to the pool was perfect for just hopping down to the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of hiking, or going back and forth if you forgot something in the condo. The owners were super helpful anytime we had any questions and we felt they genuinely wanted to make our stay the best it could be! They had great ideas about where to go to hike and for meals if you didn’t want to stay in. Overall just an amazing experience and we will definitely stay at this resort, and hopefully this exact condo again!

Nice unit, nice location.

Nice unit, nice location. Owner was very accommodating and worked very hard to resolve a minor issue we had regarding beach chairs and umbrella. A little bit of a walk to the beach, with not being allowed to cross the golf course, but we were aware of this from reviews we saw after booking. Was not an issue.

Paradise in paradise

My family of 5 + grandma enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo was a great size, larger than most other 2 bedroom options we could find. Nicely updated, we especially enjoyed the beautiful tiled showers. The large sliding doors lead out to a gorgeous outdoor dining table, which we used any time we ate dinner in. Pool is just steps away which was super convenient. I do agree with previous reviews about living room furniture needing replacing, it’s pretty well used. I would stay here again if returning to Maui. It was great for our family!

The condo is absolutely wonderful. It is so close to the beach and we loved being right by the pool as well. It is also a very short drive to the grocery store which is handy. We loved all of the extra goodies that were available like boogie boards and beach supplies! Kelly was very easy to communicate with and great with accommodating our requests. Thank you! Awesome location!

Our family stayed at this home and we loved it! I had my 2 year old son and he loved having the pool and front lawn to play in! And we enjoyed having the pickle ball court to play in! We felt like we were immersed in the Hawaiian culture by staying in a condo vs a hotel/resort! We loved how we were close to most of the excursions that we went to and close to the Ka’anapali beach as well! We would stay here again!

Just about everything we could want

We stayed here with my small family of 4 (including 3yo and 8yo) along with my parents. The condo is very comfortable and incredibly well-appointed. The lanai was an amazing bonus that really lent itself to indoor-outdoor living and the proximity to the pool was perfect - it was right there but not too close. Kelly was super communicative, helpful and informative. Thank you for a great trip!

Everything we needed... Communication with Kelly went well. Kaanapali Royal is a little tired property but still very nice. It was nice to be ground floor. Plenty of supplies and beach items to use. Pool area was nice but the water was very cold. Hot tub was out of order for our stay. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great. Short walk or drive to the Kaanapali area. Only negative was the 2nd bedroom closet was filled with lots of clutter with a dresser put in the closet with sliding doors. Not a lot of room and had to continually do a dance with my wife when we were getting ready. Also had to pay a $150 parking fee which was not advertised in the listing.

Wonderful Stay

After booking with the owner, she was so helpful with making sure we felt comfortable with bringing our 96 and 85 year old parents for a stay. We had specific needs for someone with a walker and she was very comfortable with getting around the unit. She was quite happy the shower had a seat with handheld shower head. A/C was a must for the hotter summers in Hawaii. The unit was easily accessed from the lanai all the way back to the parking lot. Pool was easy to walk to, where the BBQ was clean and ready for use. We are looking forward to coming back and using this place again.

The 'Jevans' is the nickname for the Jennings and the Evans - the two families that bought this property in 2014. Both are families of five and have been neighbors in southern California since 2002. After talking for years about 'sharing a piece of paradise' we finally made it happen and couldn't be happier.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Jennings have been coming to Maui since 1999 and staying at the Ka'anapali Royal since 2004. The combination of size and affordability made KR the best place to stay in west Maui. We've stayed in all three levels of the complex and found we preferred the first floor for its accessibility to the pool. It's also great to open up the lanai doors at night and let the kids play on the grounds outside while you sit and enjoy an evening cocktail!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This first floor corner unit is easily accessed from the parking lot and if needed you can even get in without having to go up more than a single stair. After coming here for years we know what 'little things' make a stay at the KR more enjoyable. That's why we left tennis rackets for guests to use, as well as beach toys for the little ones and some boogie boards for the older kids. And since several members of our families play, we left an acoustic guitar, tuner and capo for any guest that might want to strum a little on the lanai during their vacation. We've even had other guests walking by stop and join in some sing a-longs. We think of this as our home in Maui and our goal is try to make everyone feel that spirit of 'aloha' for their entire stay.
