A pocos pasos de la mundialmente famosa playa de Ka'anapali y a solo 10 minutos en coche de Lahaina, nuestra unidad F101 es el lugar perfecto para relajarse en Maui. Este primer piso, ubicación tranquila, unidad de esquina le brinda fácil acceso a todo y privacidad también. Ideal para familias con niños, parejas jóvenes o jubilados. ¡Simplemente camine de regreso a F-101 y obtenga lo que necesita, protector solar u otro mai-tai! Está a poca distancia y no hay escaleras a la piscina, barbacoas comunitarias

La unidad es grande (1555 pies cuadrados) y se actualizó con todos los azulejos, muebles, televisores, acceso a internet y ventiladores de techo nuevos. El plano de planta abierto te brinda mucho espacio para estirarte y relajarte. El gran lanai, con su exótica mesa de madera de tamarindo y dos sillones, es el lugar perfecto para comenzar y terminar el día en Maui. La unidad está a pocos pasos de la piscina de la playa. El baño principal está totalmente remodelado e incluye una gran ducha y encimeras de granito. Obtendrá la sensación de isla en las dos habitaciones con baño. El maestro tiene una cama de teca extra grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene una reina con dosel, también en teca con televisores. Hay dos sofás grandes (uno es un sofá cama) en la sala de estar.

Por último, para asegurarnos de que la pases muy bien en F-101, te dejamos algunas cosas para que juegues. Hay tablas de surf, sillas de playa y juguetes de arena. Hay 4 raquetas de tenis, incluida una talla para niños. Incluso hay una guitarra acústica de seis cuerdas para aquellos que quieren rasguear un poco mientras ven el atardecer. Es un pequeño rincón del paraíso, y esperamos que lo disfrutes.

Kelly was an amazing host. The hot water heater wasn't working properly; she responded right away and had someone out that day to fix it. Same when the A/C went out, which turned out to be the fault of the condo and not her home. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked (I cooked something almost every day). Kelly provided loads of beach and bath towels, and the beach chairs were most appreciated.

Great location and great place to stay!

My wife and her three kids stayed here for a week. We love the location because it’s close enough to walk to the beach but a little removed from the busyness down by the water. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach towels, kitchen items, etc.

Great for family

The condo is very large for a two bedroom and steps from the pool. Great for a family vacation and with plenty of space. Loved, too, that recreational gear was provided.

Nice Condo-good location

Condo has pretty much everything you need. Was clean, beds are really comfortable and pool was nice. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Definitely go to Costco after you land-Safeway is super-expensive.

Great Condo near Lanhai

Great, quiet spot, steps from the pool. Walking distance to the ocean. Everything we needed in a beautifully decorated condo. Clean and extremely comfortable. Kelly and Greg were terrific hosts. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome stay!!

Perfect condo for families

We stayed here with two small kids (2yr, & 2 mo.) and it was a perfect condo for us. It had easy access to the pool and a really nice common area. The AC worked great and had us all sleeping soundly during the hot weather. I will definitely want to stay here again but for longer!

Awesome location!

Our family stayed at this home and we loved it! I had my 2 year old son and he loved having the pool and front lawn to play in! And we enjoyed having the pickle ball court to play in! We felt like we were immersed in the Hawaiian culture by staying in a condo vs a hotel/resort! We loved how we were close to most of the excursions that we went to and close to the Ka’anapali beach as well! We would stay here again!

Great home base

This is a fabulous property with excellent owner/managers. Communication was quick and helpful. The property was well cared for, with excellent amenities and in a great location. While not on the beach, access to Kaanapali beach was a breeze once you know where to look for the free beach parking at the resort lots.

Excellent Condo!

We stayed in this unit while visiting Maui and had an excellent experience! The condo was well stocked with whatever we needed from cooking to cleaning supplies! In addition, it makes a great condo for people with children because it’s located right on the main level with excellent access to the pool. It’s well laid out and has enough room to easily fit 4 adults and 3 children from what we experienced. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in Maui!

Nice Maui visit

Condo was in great location. Very nice pool. Close to shopping at Whalers and beach. Saw a few bugs in kitchen but this is normal for Maui. Air conditioner was not working but in room units provided and worked OK

You guys were great guests! We're so glad you had a good experience. The South Chiller for the entire complex is due to be completed by the end of November/first week of December so we appreciate that you took our interim fix in stride while you were on-island. The 'Jevans' is the nickname for the Jennings and the Evans - the two families that bought this property in 2014. Both are families of five and have been neighbors in southern California since 2002. After talking for years about 'sharing a piece of paradise' we finally made it happen and couldn't be happier.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Jennings have been coming to Maui since 1999 and staying at the Ka'anapali Royal since 2004. The combination of size and affordability made KR the best place to stay in west Maui. We've stayed in all three levels of the complex and found we preferred the first floor for its accessibility to the pool. It's also great to open up the lanai doors at night and let the kids play on the grounds outside while you sit and enjoy an evening cocktail!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This first floor corner unit is easily accessed from the parking lot and if needed you can even get in without having to go up more than a single stair. After coming here for years we know what 'little things' make a stay at the KR more enjoyable. That's why we left tennis rackets for guests to use, as well as beach toys for the little ones and some boogie boards for the older kids. And since several members of our families play, we left an acoustic guitar, tuner and capo for any guest that might want to strum a little on the lanai during their vacation. We've even had other guests walking by stop and join in some sing a-longs. We think of this as our home in Maui and our goal is try to make everyone feel that spirit of 'aloha' for their entire stay.
