BASE PERFECTA PARA PASEOS, PESCA, COMPRAS, DEPORTES DE AGUA, etc.

Este es un apartamento encantador que tiene una vista amplia y luminosa orientada hacia el sur que le permite disfrutar del sol durante todo el día. La propiedad está bien diseñada, bien equipada y recientemente decorada y reformada a un alto nivel. Ubicación ideal para visitar las numerosas atracciones y los pintorescos pueblos y ciudades de Cotswold. Perfecto para caminar, ir de compras, hacer turismo, relajarse, montar en bicicleta y pescar. Good points. Well signposted, easy to find & access directions supplied & followed. Apartment was …tired, although we only booked to provide sleeping , as we had days out planned, the kitchen has all equipment provided to create any meals with a good size fridge & freezer however when we turned the oven on thick smoke poured out, needs a good clean!Plates had to be washed before we could use them. No complimentary extras I.e milk, that other owners have provided. Bathroom- shower was either scolding hot or tepid, mould on the hose which could be easily remedied. When you turn on the hot water , in kitchen or bathroom, there is an awfully loud noise, which im sure neighbouring residents didn’t appreciate at 6am! The bed was suffice, all in all wouldn’t use again as there are much better & cleaner places.

Weekend stay for wedding

My sister and her husband stayed at the property whilst attending our daughters wedding. I had booked the accommodation for them . It was great for them to go back to sleep in . They were pleased their family was staying close by in a property by the lake as the apartment had no outdoor area . They didn’t find the area in which the apartment was situated the best . But they only slept there at night .

Bit off a let down.

Arrived 10/5. Kerb appeal and entrance/stairwell to 4 flats very dirty. Skylight not been cleaned for years. Flat ok though didn’t look like deep clean, cobwebs side of drawers in bedroom. Food left in freezer, opened bottle milk in fridge. Tv did not work and although owner bought another on tues evening, still did not work, aerial problem and left us with amazon fire stick. Due to Covid restrictions and weather evenings spent in flat without being able to access tv other than films. Not sorted whilst there. Very disappointed overall.

A perfect place to stay if you are exploring the Cotswold for the weekend, within close proximity of shops, attractions. The flat was perfect for this.

Perfect Place to Stay in the Cotswolds!

We LOVED this apartment in South Cerney, & would love to return someday! It's perfectly located--within walking distance of 2 grocery stores and 2 great pubs, and is within easy driving distance to all of the beautiful villages and towns of the Cotswolds, and to Bath and Gloucester as well (I even drove to Salisbury). Although Cirencester is just 10 minutes away, South Cerney retains its quiet village atmosphere, and is full of houses and shops built with the famous stone of the area. The apartment was always quiet, and was sparkling clean--it was so lovely to return to after a day of travel. Highly recommended!

Great for a weekend away

Lovely Apartment near Water Parks is a very accurate name. Nice places to eat within walking distance, water parks less than 10 minute drive.

Clean, comfortable apartment in charming South Cerney.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My husband and I spent a week and the size was just right for us. I wouldn't recommend for more than two people for long periods. Shereen was very helpful with my questions.

Very safe and convenient location, no significant drawbacks. Recommended.

This appears to be a very safe area. Two stores within walking distance. Two nice pubs a bit farther. This is a park region, with a swimming beach a few miles away, and biking, kayaking, and good hiking. Cirencester, a gateway to the Cotswolds, is a few miles away. Heathrow is about an hour and a half. Stonehenge and Bath are less than two hours away, but traffic can be difficult. The good things: The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. The shower works well and is easy to figure out. Parking is right at the door. There are sufficient utensils and cutlery and the unit appliances all worked appropriately. The cable TV easy to figure out, with adequate directions. The bathroom is decent sized. The unit has large windows that let in a lot of light. Tables and chairs all good. The negative: It got a little cool (late Sept) and I tried to get a space heater going, but no luck.It did not seem to work like a US space heater. Also, the central heat either was not on, or I couldn't figure it out. But it didn't get that cold so we didn't follow up on it. The unit has some kind of pay as you go wifi, and a few times we were unable to connect or sustain a connection. However, the owners quickly got the system financed again. The unit could have been cleaner --- there was some older stuff in the fridge, a little dust, some smudges here and there. It felt like no one had been there for a while. Overall a safe and convenient place and I would recommend it to anyone. I would stay there again. If the wifi had worked right, I would give it a 5. Wifi was important to me for work reasons. Happy trails!

Good but could have been perfect.

Great location and a nice flat with a refurbished kitchen. WiFi did not work and heating was a bit of a lottery. Apart from that it's an acceptable place to stay when wanting to explore the surrounding areas.

Cosy, good location, calm neighborwood.

The apartment is located on a calm neighbourhood, very easy to find, on the pleasant South Cerney. It's a perfect base for a tour trough the Cotswolds, starting with the amazing Cotswold waterpark. A five day stay allowed the use of all the apartment amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen ready for those who appreciate self catering. The bed is very comfortable and there are several unexpected bonuses, including books and boardgames to entertain the youngest (or not so young) if you are travelling with family. I recommend this apartment to anyone willing to explore the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Very quiet great location would definately stay again

Conveniently situated, well equipped, clean and comfortable flat. Ideal for visiting the Cotswolds.

3 adults stayed in the property as part of a family get together. The flat was comfortable and everything stated was provided. The host was very helpful and provided honest and useful information prior to the booking. The flat was in a pretty Cotswold village, close to the Spar shop, pubs and other amenities.

Ideal for short break

The flat is easy to find, with good parking. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked to meet all possible self catering needs. It is warm and the hot water is efficient so when you've been doing water sports you can all have a shower or bath. The additional bedding to make it sleep 4 is comfortable enough for a short break stay. There was plenty of bedding and towels and the hot water system is easy to manage.

Comfortable,well equipped, warm, quiet and well positioned to walk Thames Path.

Modern, first floor flat on small housing estate with one parking space. Good sized living/dining room with large Tv and DVD player. All mod cons in kitchen. Small bedroom with king size bed so not much room to move. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. Elecric storage heater worked well, but was not on when we got there so used a different electric heater on first night. Plenty of hot water and heated towel rail. Would recommend it as a base for the area.

Lovely Apartment.......

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks while working in the area and found it both very well furnished and lovely and clean. It is situated in a very picturesque village with all amenities. Well worth a visit and I aim to return when I've got some free time away from work as it would be perfect as a holiday base for travelling the local countryside! Highly recommended!

Great location, good price

The accommodation was in a great location and was offered at a good price. Best for a couple with one small child. Three adults was a bit of a squish but absolutely fine for two nights. Nice new bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Agréable séjour

Nous venons de passer un agréable séjour dans un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé et très propre. La quartier est très calme et agréable ce qui permet un repos apprécié à quelques kilomètres des grandes villes. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute que ce soit pour les horaires de remise des clés ou d'éventuelles questions (réponse très rapide). Je recommande vivement ce logement qui nous a permis de visiter cette partie de l'Angleterre.

I bought this property as it is situated in an Area of Natural Beauty (AONB), quite area surrounded by houses with lovely architecture and I love bird spotting. Its a great way to get away from the daily stress of work, to enjoy the lovely countryside and long walks with my family. Life is precious and every moment spent with family is a blessing. There are loads of nearby attractions and water activities to entertain my 11 and 13 year old. This is my retreat after a tiring work week.
