Aspectos negativos: Instalaciones y estado del alojamiento y comunicación
We booked this villa for its location, decor, pool and breakfast inclusion for our family. While the pool was lovely and the location was convenient there was a distinct lack of upkeep and a sense the owners are not prepared to spend the money required to make a stay at this villa worth the high price we paid. The bathrooms are extremely tired, the beds are hard as boards/ we had to pull the mattresses off the outdoor couches and put them on our bed to sleep. The curtains are old and stained, the decor is old.
The staff did everything they could to try to help but appeared untrained particularly in regard to our breakfast. We excitedly asked for nasi goreng our first morning and it was fried gluggy white rice with a few tomatoes, no flavour and so disappointing that we ordered avocado toast the other days which was cold each morning. We acknowledge the quite unfriendly (unusual for a Balinese person-we are very fond of the friendliness of Balinese people) chef was trying hard.
The in villa treatments were great. I would not stay here again and feel it was not good value for money.
