Bella Luna Villa - Hermosa Riverfront Inicio

Lo mejor de ambos mundos (vida en la playa y en el río). Venga a relajarse y disfrutar de la salida del sol, aves, delfines, manatíes, veleros, pesca, kayak, canotaje, cangrejos, playa y el hermoso Canal Intracostero (Indian River) en Bella Luna Villa en Edgewater, Florida (vecino de New Smyrna Beach). Gran lugar para familias grandes (o dos familias) con niños y perros.

Esta hermosa casa de dos pisos fue construida en 2007 y cuenta con (2) porches frente al agua, patio privado, muelle privado (actualmente en reparación después del huracán Irma, cubierta completa y lista para usar, techo pronto), (3) habitaciones, ( 3) Baños completos, oficina (con WiFi), garaje, patios delanteros y traseros cercados, kayak para 2 personas, 4 bicicletas, parrilla de gas y ducha exterior. También tenemos (4) televisores de pantalla plana montados, Firestick, (4) reproductores BluRay con muchas películas y un XBOX 360 en toda la casa. Bella Luna tiene todo lo que necesita para un gran día en el agua o en la playa (toallas, sillas, tablas de surf, juguetes de arena, etc.).

Dos parques de la ciudad (uno con playa) están ubicados cerca (a menos de media milla a pie) para lanzar su bote para acceder al canal Intracoastal (y nuestro muelle para guardar su bote) y una acera continua está ubicada a lo largo de Intracoastal para una gran mañana y paseos por la tarde. Ubicado a poca distancia a pie, hay numerosos lugares para tomar café por la mañana, pasteles, almuerzos, en busca de un buen libro e incluso cebo para sus aventuras de pesca. La playa de New Smyrna también está a solo 5 millas de distancia (justo sobre el puente). Edgewater, New Smyrna y Port Orange son el hogar de fabulosos restaurantes, tiendas en la playa, tiendas de antigüedades / remesas / artículos de ahorro, vida silvestre, actividades al aire libre e historia (los minorcios de España establecieron esta área). Bella Luna Villa está a solo (25) minutos al sur de Daytona Beach, (1) hora al noreste de Orlando y todas sus muchas atracciones (Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios) y (1) hora al norte del Centro Espacial Kennedy.

The property is in a wonderful location with a dock on the ICW. View is spectacular, home is spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and would likely reserve again if it is available. We had one minor plumbing issue during our stay but the owners took care of it promptly. Five stars from us!! Thank you to Kelley and Lee.

We have stayed at Bella Luna several times! We love Bella Luna!! We love the location which is perfect for walking and biking or just relaxing on the dock and watching the boats go by!! In addition, the home itself is perfect for family time whether is for family meals, discussions, games, or putting together puzzles!!! We can’t wait to return!!

As always, Bella Luna was a great place to stay. Homey, yet classic. Quiet relaxing neighborhood, but adventures and places to visit close by of any level. Property owner always attentive and easy to reach. Beautiful scenery and environment. Highest recommendations for all ages.

The best ever

We’ve stayed here several times and already decided to come back next year. We call it “our home “ in Florida. The house is perfect and the view is magnificent. We relax, play cards, cook and eat well. There’s much to do in the area. Book this home but not in January 😀

Lots of space, close to beach and a pool!

Wonderful stay with family with room to accommodate everybody. Walk to Flagler, the beach and municipal pickleball courts. Management was responsive to maintenance issues that occurred during our one month stay. Ping pong table in the garage! Nice outdoor grill! A pool to take a dip! Plenty of towels! Will absolutely consider staying here again.Thank you!

Be Ware Of No-See-Um on the deck water during the evening

The place is nice and clean. We like the house a lot but as an owner you should warn people about the insect No-See-Um/ sand gnats on the deck water. It scarred all of us from going back out there. We have never get bitten in some many place before. They are worst than mosquito. You can't see them.

My wife (Kim) and I spent the month of August at Bella Luna and we couldn't have been happier or more satisfied with the incredible accommodations. The views are spectacular, the wildlife is in abundance (Dolphins, Manatee, Eagles, Osprey to name a few.) We enjoyed them everyday. There's a small beach just down Riverside that is great to go to if the tides are up at the beach in New Smyrna and the beach ramps are closed to cars. It's a short 10 minute drive to the ocean. So beautiful. We love all the dining choices and the recommendations made by our wonderful (and attentive host Kelley! All in all we loved it so much we already booked August of 2024! Cannot recommend a property more than Bella Luna. Just amazing! 5 stars all the way. Carl & Kim

great vacation

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some for our stay for the week. The views and weather was perfect! We saw many dolphins from the dock and when we rented a pontoon boat for a few days. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Relaxing and quiet, yet just a short drive to many great restaurants, shopping and activities. Loved the walks on the sidewalks along the water and the kids liked taking the bikes out. We Hated to leave!

Wonderful……again!

This is the most perfect home for family to gather and enjoy views of the intracoastal waterway! This is our third time renting Bella Luna. Everything is perfect inside the home and outside!!! We can’t wait to return!

THE BEST!!

We've stayed at this property several times before and just love it. The location is perfect even if the weather isn't always. We feel at home because the house is furnished like a home. Because of covid we cooked all our meals, played cards and enjoyed the view. Fishing from the dock and going out on the kayak was great for the younger ones in our group. We'll always come back.

Our family inherited this beautiful property and redecorated it to use as a weekend and holiday retreat. It is near lots of things to do, yet in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We like to share her with others since we can't use it all the time. Great neighbors and laid back waterfront living.

I grew up in Orlando but spent summers at New Smyrna Beach. Love the laid back and friendly people and local food.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Located just south of New Smyrna Yacht Club so we see lots of beautiful boats traveling the Intracoastal Waterway. The water can be viewed from most rooms in the house and thoroughly enjoyed on the big covered porch. Lots of wildlife (manatees, dolphins, osprey, large land crabs, hermit crabs and fiddler crabs) seen by water.
