Apartamento independiente de vacaciones de nueva construcción, totalmente apartamento con aire acondicionado de 40 m2, en la planta baja, con excelentes vistas al mar y la montaña, a 100 m de la playa. Las instalaciones del apartamento incluyen:
- habitación separada con una cama doble de pieza de arte metálica junto con su colchón anatómico y súper cómodo;
- Sala de estar con sofá tradicional con capacidad para dos niños como máximo. también con SMARTTV 43 ", SATELITE HOTBIRD y un pequeño reproductor de radio-CD,
- Cocina bien equipada en la misma habitación y.
- Baño con ducha (y secador de pelo).
-3 grandes terrazas y terrazas soleadas que ofrecen fantásticas vistas de las pequeñas colinas, el mar y las bonitas puestas de sol.
-Los huéspedes del apartamento pueden usar la lavadora que se encuentra en el sótano.

Great stay!

Panos was extremely helpful and engaging. Our apartment was immaculately clean and perfect for what we needed. We would highly recommend a stay with him not to mention that the place is right across from the beach. Communication was excellent. Panos had many wonderful recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try around the island.

Séjour dépaysant reposant sur ile sauvage

Location très propre et Panos est intentionné avec ses invités. L’île est sauvage avec des paysages superbes et des petits villages de montagne magnifiques. Les grecs sont très propres - wc clean partout - et très gentils.

Peace & Comfort in a Beautiful Setting

We went to Naxos to get out and enjoy the island, and didn't expect that we would also stay in and enjoy the apartment. Comfortable; very convenient to the beach, places to eat, and grocery shopping. Private outdoor terrace looks out over the shore from a hillside vantage. Kitchen was fully equipped and ready to roll. Host was readily available for questions and support.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!

So ein tolles Appartment! Die Lage ist hervorragend, von allen 3 Terassen hat man eine wunderschöne weite Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Plaka Strand. Auf einer der Terassen ist immer genug Schatten zum Sitzen und der griechische Sommerwind sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schön angelegten Garten. Das Appartment ist tatsächlich viel schöner als in den Abbildungen. Alles ist sehr sauber, ansprechend und gepflegt und die Ausstattung höher wertig, eher in Richtung 4 Sterne. Die technischen Geräte funktionieren hervorragend. Es gibt schönes Geschirr für 4 Personen, das sogar zusammenpasst - habe ich in Griechenland oder Italien noch nicht erlebt! Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem, mit Aussicht auf die Bucht. Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel gab es nach einer Woche, wir hätten aber auch Bescheid sagen können, wenn wir früher welche gebraucht hätten. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber hat auch hervorragend geklappt, das Appartment war leicht zu finden, dank der guten Anreisebeschreibung. Der Strand war wunderbar, das Wasser kristallklar. Es gab am Strand genügend Liegen, auch mit den Abstandregeln wg. Corona ... Es gibt auch genügend freie Abschnitte für diejenigen, die keine Liegen mögen. Am Strand sind einige schöne Tavernen. Wir haben es aber vorgezogen, abends nach Chora zu fahren und dort am Hafen zu essen. Auch zu Coronazeiten ist dort nie langweilig. eine richtig schöne und schicke Atmosphäre (Fahrzeit 20 Minuten). Fazit: Ein toller Urlaub! Das Appartment können wir nur empfehlen.

Amazing property and outstanding host

Loved the apartment, clean, elegant, roomy. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Proximity to several gorgeous beaches, market, bakery (to die for) and tavernas was perfect. Panos, our host, was accommodating and engaging. Gave us helpful information and shared his love of the island.He even agreed to go out of his way and take a picture on the beach for us for our anniversary.We appreciated his kindness.Sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. Will return!!!

Paradise

We spent 5 nights at the Norma Apartments and wish we had have booked a longer stay. The apartment overlooking the ocean is exactly as shown on the web site but the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment with its 3 balconies provides you with amazing views, lots of sun or shade and a beautiful ,peaceful place to relax and watch the sunset. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We were 3 people and had lots of room and plenty of hot water for showers. Just a few minutes walk to beautiful beaches. A paradise if you love to para-surf. There are also a couple of mini markets, a bakery and an Italian restaurant within walking distance. We also discover a great Greece tavern/restaurant on the farthest beach with fantastic food for reasonable prices. Finally, once you meet your host Panos, you will never want to leave. He is extremely kind and makes you feel like part of his family. He could not do enough for us and readily responded to our inquiries. He really made our visit and we will never forget his kindness! I highly recommend the Norma Apartments. The only suggestion I have is to rent a car to get around as the apartments are about 10 km from the main town. Kathleen, ottawa canada July2019

Ideal place to explore Naxos

Very nice, well equipped apartment situated in just before Micra Vigla with a great bakery, supermarket and a few cafe/restaurants nearby, but away from all the hassle. With a small car it is an ideal basis to explore the island. All places can be reached in 30 minutes but actually the nicest beach is only 100 meters from the house (small, well-hidden sand-beach). The owner Panos is a fantastic care taker and can tell you many interesting things of the island and advice you on highlights, restaurant etc.. We had a great 10 days holiday on this beautiful island in June.

Très bon séjour chez Mr Théodoulidis qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse! L'appartement est très bien placé avec trois jolies terrasses donnant sur la mer! Une petite plage quasi déserte à 200 m ! Une très bonne adresse!!

The memorries of the natural beauty of the area, the blue of the sky compining with the white sand and blue and crystal water will follow the winter cold days and nights.
There is too much daylight in the area, you have the opportunity to live under this special light,you will be impressed .
You may be lucky to watch the big full moon especially in August but sure you will raise up your head to the sky every night to watch the beauty of the full of stars sky.
Naxos is a paradise.When you visist once not only you come again probably you stay.
