Casa frente al mar en el agua en la punta de Pitas Point en Faria Beach

Ver el amanecer sobre las montañas costeras con su café de la mañana y la puesta de sol en el océano durante la noche cócteles - todo desde la amplia terraza delantera, con escaleras convenientes hasta la playa.

Alojamiento:

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el paseo marítimo. El baño tiene una bañera y una ducha a ras de suelo. Con vista al mar sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con el paquete de cable ampliado, HBO y acceso inalámbrico a Internet. Gas interruptor Fácil estufa de hierro fundido. Ducha al aire libre, barbacoa y parking cubierto para 1-2 coches.

El uso de la escalera de hormigón en la esquina de la cubierta de proa, acceder a las piscinas de marea expuestas directamente en frente de la casa. Playas de arena cerca son perfectas para el surf, kayak, snorkel, pesca y bodyboard (1 kayak de 9 pies, 5 tablas de surf y 2 tablas de surf incluido). Explora la playa por millas a la caza de conchas, piedras y cristales de mar. Los delfines se ven regularmente y las ballenas se ven durante los meses de invierno.

Una pista de tenis y un parque infantil están disponibles para su uso (raquetas de tenis se incluyen). Contamos con 2 bicicletas para paseos costeros en el nuevo carril bici. A poca distancia de gourmet de comida rápida en Faria County Park ya 10 minutos en coche de restaurantes y tiendas en Ventura y 30 minutos a Santa Bárbara.

Spring Break Vacation

My family and I had a great time at this home on Faria Beach! Alicia was a wonderful host and even left us wine. My son played in the water every day and we barbecued every night. It was a wonderful, relaxing time and we would love to come back and stay again!

This is an authentic beach house in a lovely private neighborhood. We had an amazing time celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday at Alicia’s property. She was an incredible host and was very responsive! Would stay again!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway! Watching the surfers and dolphins was a treat, and we’re pretty sure we even spotted a whale! The sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing. Serenity at Faria Beach

We enjoyed the perfect beach cottage getaway at Faria Beach. Watching dolphins and surfers while relaxing on the patio was great. We took walks along the coast and watched the birds dive into the ocean for food. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were warm and cozy! We definitely will be back!

Family Celebration with my 84 year old mother and grandkids

This is a beautiful property on the ocean in Ventura, everything you need is provided, owner is very attentive and even helped my mom feel comfortable when we first arrived. if you thinking about renting this property..do it..you won't be disappointed.

Awesome Beach Front Home

It was so nice to meet Alicia upon our arrival. She was so welcoming and talking with her was like visiting with an old friend. We enjoyed 9 wonderful days relaxing in this beautiful home. Much of our time was spent walking on the beach, hanging out on the patio enjoying our meals and watching for dolphins and seals.Her home and the views are amazing. We will definitely return to this lovely property. Thank you Alicia

Lovely beach getaway

My family and I live in Santa Monica in a house 26 blocks from the beach. We are close, but not close. I loved falling asleep at the Faria house to the sound of the waves and waking to the sun on the water. We saw amazing sunsets and quite a few dolphin sightings. My family and I had a magical Thanksgiving week at the house. I’m still glowing from the warmth the house exudes…. Hope to return soon!!

Perfect beachside escape!

We had the best time here! The location is amazing by the rocks and tidepools with the sound of the waves crashing. The house had everything we needed and Alicia was the best host ever!! Thank you for opening your wonderful home! Like a previous review said – it’s hard to turn away from the ocean. We called it Faria TV because we never wanted to do anything else! We hope to be back again next year.

Slice of Heaven

Great extended holiday getaway filled with dolphins, surfers, peace and comfort. From initial communications to the time we arrived, this house was perfect. Host was awesome including putting in a decorated Xmas tree for the occasion. House was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed including a quanit fireplace that kept everyone in the holiday spirit and warm.The outdoor patio area is very spacious and allowed for hours of family time, dolphin sight seeing and some of the most amazing waves (and surfers) right at your door.We will be coming back!

I Feel Rejuvenated!

I've rented five other beach houses over the years but I've never had such a great welcoming as I did at this beach house. The owner was there to let us in and show us through the 1940s beach house. We loved the charm. It was spacious and we loved sitting at the big round table for meals and visiting. The outdoor area was beautiful with continuous pelicans and fabulous scenery. It's a winner!!

An Amazing Vacation!

Alicia was absolutely wonderful! She meet us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. Alicia went above any expectations we could have asked for. The house comes with everything you need for the ocean (boogie boards, surf boards, fins etc). She made extra trips back to us to offer more fins and was gracious to guide the kids and I are the kayaks. The house is super cute and very relaxing. We can not wait to return for more fun memories.

Perfection!

Alicia’s home is like staying at a top luxury beach front resort but with a feeling of a loved and cozy family home. The distance to the ocean, crashing waves, surfers and pelicans was literally at the sea wall. We brought books, a puzzle & painting supplies but they went untouched because we couldn’t look away from the ocean. The house is super clean, comfy and very roomy! The only outing we did on our 3 night stay was to visit the Mission in Ventura, eat lunch at Paradise Pantry for killer grilled cheese sandwiches. We will definitely be returning and spending more time here! Alicia greeted us and showed us around, she couldn’t be nicer! Thank you for a great stay!!

A Perfect Beach Getaway

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible views of the ocean and nearby islands. Watching dolphins play in the waves from the enclosed porch was an absolute highlight!The house itself is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The layout was perfect for our small group of friends to relax and catch up. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was spotless.Beach access to both sand and tidal pools was just steps away . We also loved how easy it was to get to nearby restaurants and amenities —plenty of great options just a short drive away—but the house still felt private and peaceful.The enclosed porch was our favorite spot - a great place to enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves. On top of all this, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay.If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach retreat with stunning views, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and easy access to everything you need, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Family getaway

Almost forgot there was a house. Views and the ability to have waves crash right below and to wake up and fall asleep right next to the ocean was perfect. Location was safe, our 4 young kids loved the exploring, some of the best waves to play and surf just 30 seconds away. Overall great spot and plenty of space would go back!

Perfect spot!

If your looking to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean, this is the spot. The tide pools are located just a short walk down the road. My family really enjoyed it here. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Clean,comfortable and amazing oceanfront views!!

Easy check in with the host and Alicia was very responsive to all my questions. We had a wonderful and relaxing time for our anniversary and also spent time with the family. We cooked a big Louisiana style boil dinner in the kitchen and ate (almost all) our dinners Oceanside. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and kitchen needs. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room all around for families. We played card games and watched movies at night. The tides were high at night and we enjoyed the waves crashing on the sea wall. I found sand dollars down the beach at low tide! I didn’t want to leave! We loved watching the surfers, seals and dolphins cruise by all day. This place has it all! We definitely want to go back! 😍
