Puig de Ses Coves villa is located on top of a private hill, with amazing views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range (World Heritage Site), the centre of the island and the bay of Alcudia in the North.
Broadband is available at the house via fibre at a speed of 500 Mbps. Our Wi-Fi is able to support over 16 users downloading or uploading 4K video simultaneously. A unique place to work remotely and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. The projector and screen are also available.
There're no neighbours nearby nor any disturbances whatsoever, which guarantees plenty of relaxation and total privacy.
The villa is located between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, in the centre of the island. Both have shops and restaurants
It is only 30 minutes drive from Palma. This makes it the perfect location to access the beach, the city and the traditional Mediterranean countryside. The house is located 30 minutes from the airport by car.
The house is distributed into two parts with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a porch in each half. Further to that, there is a large kitchen and a large dining room on the ground floor for the shared use of all guests together.
In total it has eight rooms for 16 people, six have two single beds and two rooms have double beds.

We use solar energy from our own solar panels, rainwater for the garden, provide recyclable bags for your shopping and provide you with information about the local shops and the nearest market.
You can help by saving water that is not needed, only using air conditioning with the windows of the rooms closed, switching off lights when not required and classifying the recycling and refuse in the provided bins to minimize waste.

You will need a car, the house is located on top of a mountain in a very exclusive forest area with no access to public transport. The rural road is steep with curves, accessible in a normal car.

Lighting fires is illegal due to the risk of forest fires in Mallorca during the Summer and can be punished with a prison sentence. A gas barbecue is provided to be used in its location.
It is not allowed the stay of more people in the house or in the pool, without the express written consent of the property according to the maximum capacity authorized by the government.

The owners of the house are not responsible for any damage to the persons or property of the house due to improper use or exceeding the permitted capacity limits.
