Bienvenido a Surfside Shores, ubicado a solo una milla del famoso "The Hangout" en el corazón de la hermosa Gulf Shores, Alabama. Cuando llegue al condominio, encontrará una unidad bellamente decorada de dos dormitorios / dos baños con dos entradas al fantástico balcón con vista al Golfo de México. La cocina actualizada, totalmente equipada y la decoración de buen gusto son solo el comienzo. El salón tiene un sofá cama y dos cómodos sillones reclinables para disfrutar del televisor de pantalla plana grande. La suite principal tiene acceso al balcón, una gran cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y una entrada privada al baño. La suite de invitados, también bien equipada, contaba con una cama queen, televisor de pantalla plana y un baño privado hermosamente renovado.

El condominio tiene dos grandes piscinas, una de las cuales está climatizada y está ubicada a solo unos pisos de tu unidad. El paseo marítimo a la playa está cerca y es privado solo para los propietarios e invitados de Surfside Shores. También hay seguridad en el sitio. Encontrará que se encuentra a una corta distancia a pie o en automóvil de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. ¡Es muy difícil superar esta ubicación y ver por este precio! ¡Esperamos que vuelva una y otra vez para ver todo lo que Gulf Shores tiene para ofrecer!

We thought we were getting two bedroom. One with king bed and the other bedroom with queen bed plus full size bed.Second room only had a full size bed and the living space had a couch bed. The location and views were amazing!The ocean was right outside the door as were the heated pools. Then building was very clean and the atmosphere was very family!

Probably the main complaint was all the mold in the shower. But another is that when we got there, the couch cushions were standing upright. When we went to lay them down and sit in the couch, they were very wet. After calling the cleaning contact we were informed they had been cleaned. Which is good I guess but it would have been nice if we had been told that. Also in my son’s room all the lamps were unplugged, so we had to spend time crawling behind furniture to get them plugged in so he could use them. It really could use a deep clean and a decor refresh.

Old and dated not very clean sand everywhere inside floor tiles cracked by door leading to balcony toilet was filthy ac vents were extremely dirty looked like they had never been cleaned before the master bath tub was dirty besides that the view was amazing

We enjoyed our visit. The property was as pictured in the advertisement. Basic necessities covered. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/eating/drinking, we just had to buy the groceries (basic seasonings would be a nice addition). The doors to the balcony took a minute to figure out how to open when you're used to sliding doors. It would be nice to convert the entry to a keyless entry vs having to go to the office to pick up & drop off physical keys. The bathroom for the main bedroom is the shared common bathroom, with the secondary bedroom having a separate bathroom, which is unusual. I would strongly encourage a better quality bath tissue (TP) instead of the cheaper 1-ply that was offered. I did appreciate that puzzles were available for entertainment but would add some card games, dice, or dominoes for additional entertainment for future guests, but we came for the beach so that's what we did. The elevator was quick, the pool was nice, and the beach was just a short walk down from the pool area. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others in the future.

Bathrooms are very small. The condo had a awful odor. Had to go buy candles and air fresher. Had air condition turn off for three days trying to get smell out of condo. Husband found something rotten in garbage disposal he said it looked like slimy chicken skin. The bathtub sounded like it was going to fall through floor. Never heard a bathtub make a cracking sound. We traveled to Pensacola FL and to Mobile AL some great things to do and see and some great food. No I will not book this condo again. Found a lot of shells after storm.

Poor manners by managers

To begin with did not give good instructions on floor location. Room had no extra toilet paper for a 4 night stay. Turned in keys to man at the office and he never said thank you nor did you enjoy your stay? I get calls 3 hours after I left by office telling me I had not signed the rental agreement which I was told the same thing Sunday when I checked in. She then printed a rental agreement and I signed. Then on Thursday calling me saying I had not signed one I told them the story then she said okay. I get another call 5 minutes later from another lady asking for the keys which I left at 9:30 to a man in the office. Described the guy and vehicle he walked out and got into. She was very rude. Will Never stay with Poole and Associates again. Not friendly management at all.

Awesome view!

Poole and Associates were wonderful! The property is as described. We had all the room we needed for our family of five. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins. We will definitely stay here again!
