Apartamento independiente en la planta baja, completamente renovado, en la residencia de Island Village, ubicada en una zona tranquila de Costa Adeje, cerca del famoso parque SIAM y de los parques acuáticos Aqualand. Hermosa piscina, ideal para cuatro personas o familiares, puede alojar hasta seis personas. Lo más destacado, sin embargo, es el más grande terraza independiente de 40 metros cuadrados equipados con sillas y mesa para el desayuno, el almuerzo y por la noche al aire libre. La ubicación es excelente ya que está cerca de todo sin estar en el caos de Playa de Las Américas y Los Cristianos. El apartamento es de unos 70 metros cuadrados, con dos habitaciones dobles equipadas con armarios empotrados y dos baños. Gran salón con cocina completa con electrodomésticos incluidos. Perfecto para cuatro personas, cómodo para 6. También disponible cuna gratuita y silla alta.

The property was exactly as advertised and was brilliant! It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the air con a must and the fans in the bedrooms. It was well equipped with all kitchen requirements which was great, plenty of plates, glasses etc

Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely, large clean modern apartment. Huge terrace. Host was very helpful. Good on site supermarket and close to local amenities. Short walk to centre. Although apt complex and situation of complex not suitable for people with mobility issues as lots of steps and hilly.

Lovely apartment

Beautiful, quiet, spotless apartment with large terrace. Had 2 sun beds but another 2 would be better if 4 adults sharing apartment. The swimming pool nearest our apartment was more or less finished being renovated but we did not miss using it as the weather was overcast on 9 of our 11 days. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

JUST PERFECT

This was an amazing villa. For us a perfect location, 10-15 mins walk to the beach & bars. ( but uphilll coming home so maybe anybody who's a little immobile would find it harder) The pool area was lovely & clean with plenty of sunbeds.There isn't a snackbar or toilets around the pool, but your villa is litterally 2 mins away. There is a supermarket onsite, but british goods so very expensive, however there is a " mercadonna 10 mins walk away. But most of all was the communication with Massimo, he did all he could to make our holiday fabulous. Highly recommend this villa.

Our second visit to Massimo’s lovely apartment

We first stayed here in 2019 and instantly loved it! It ticked all the boxes for us and has a fantastic outdoor space which overlooks the pool. It was wonderful to finally have the chance to return and it almost felt like coming home, such was the familiarity with it all. Massimo, as ever, is a wonderful host and is keen to ensure his guests are happy. Any problems are dealt with, not that we had any apart from the Wi-Fi dropping out overnight, but it was sorted and back up in reasonable time. We noticed a few new restaurants to try out, some great, some not so much! The pool was lovely and quiet in the mornings for my early swim, and there was always plenty of room around the pool throughout the day as well. Thank you once again, Massimo, we are so grateful for your generosity and flexibility.

Perfect holiday

We had a wonderful holiday with friends and family in this great apartment. From the booking process to departure we had a great experience. So much so ,we have booked again for next year. Usually we have found that the reality of the place when we arrive is not as shown in the photographs but in this case the reality was much better. It was bright and airy and had everything we could need for an extended holiday. The location is ideal, quiet , but only 10 to 15 minutes walk from all the biz. Dealing with the host was fantastic and was always quick to answer any queries and so easy to communicate with and always willing to try to accommodate anything we may need. The complex was also very clean and well maintained. To top it all the weather was fabulous with not a spot of rain in 7 weeks we were there. All in all we had a wonderful stay in this wonderful apartment. I would recommend it to anyone.

A lovely clean villa

Spent a week here with my husband, daughter & grandson. The villa was very clean & very spacious. Most of what we needed was there (a couple of recommendations' given direct to owner!) If you're going with a child in a buggy be aware there are several steps to the villa but not a problem if there's two of you to carry! The 'village' is in need of maybe some attention to paving's etc but not unsightly just a little tired. The pool area was very clean and not busy at all whilst we were there. You do hear a bit of noise from Aqualand which is just across the road but nothing we couldn't handle. It's a good 20 min walk DOWN hill to the main resort where there are numerous bars and restaurants to chose from, plenty of supermarkets too, obviously that means UP hill on way back :( taxi's however are easy to get and cost 5 euro's) all in all we had a very pleasant stay here, the communication between us and Massimo was excellent before and during our stay.

Gran sitio para pasar las vacaciones

La verdad que el apartamento es muy grande, luminoso y recientemente reformado, tal y como se muestran en las fotos. Por ese precio no podíamos tener nada mejor. Hay que destacar la gran terraza de la que dispone, un sitio muy bonito para comer en grupo mientras disfrutas del buen tiempo. Por desgracia tuvimos que esperar hasta las 5 pm el primer día para poder entrar, aunque sí nos permitieron dejar las maletas. También hay que decir que fue un gran detalle que nos dejasen una botella de champán. Por poner alguna pega, sería la falta de aire acondicionado, pero lo esperabamos ya que lo ponía en la descripción. Por otro lado, no conocimos personalmente al propietario, pero la verdad es que se preocupo por nuestra estancia y resolvió todas las dudas que tuvimos. Es de agradecer la rapidez con la que respondía los correos. Nuestras vacaciones fueron un lujo, y si algún día volvemos, seguramente escogeremos el mismo sitio.

Absolutely amazing

This property is an absolute diamond find. Incredibly clean and private with a lovely outdoor space and everything that you need. The pool was quite and the cleanest I have ever seen. Our boys (11 and 6) enjoyed swimming in the pool every day it was a godsend. We visited so many places - Aqualand and Siam Waterpark, Puerto De La Cruz, hired. VW Beetle to tour the island and many times we hired electric scooters. We couldn’t believe how cheap it was for food and drink, so many choices and Lidl close by to do a food shop. We spent a lot less than we expected to and have already rebooked to come back in 18months as there was still more to see (Volcano cable car, zoo, jeep rides etc). This was just a wonderful holiday and the perfect bolthole ten minutes walk/2min taxi/5min scooter ride from everything. Massimo (owner) was the perfect host - very communicative and the apartment was kitted out for everything you needed. Air conditioned too which again was a godsend after being in the heat each day. Thankyou again Massimo we will be back in 18months!!! Xxxx

Great location in which to base your holiday

Tenerife, Costa Adeje in particular, has a great feel to it. Island Village is close enough to everything, and yet far enough away from the centre, so as not to be affected by any unwanted noise. We had such a great stay, well organised and with no hassle, that I can’t see any need to stay in a hotel. We stayed for a month for the cost of two weeks in a good hotel. If you want to cook in the apartment, everything is there. If you want to eat out, it’s such good value to do just that. The apartment is spacious and well decorated and I would gladly stay there again. We had a sand storm one day which caused some local damage but maintenance within Island Village set to restoring any damage promptly. Favourite restaurants - Delhi Darbar and Banh Noi (Indian and Thai). Favourite bar/light bites - La Cabana. There are others more local that provide good food at a good price though. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough of our stay in Massimo’s apartment.

Wonderful apartment!

We arrived inTenerife on 7 July 2019 and were able to gain access to this beautiful apartment as soon as we arrived in the resort of Costa Adeje. The apartment was exactly as depicted on the website and we quickly settled in. It is perfectly situated being just outside of town but just being a short walk down to the main resort with all the restaurants , bars and shops. There were also some restaurant bars just across the road from the Island Village, including English bars with pool tables and darts boards. The apartment itself is amazing! We were able to have the privacy of a bathroom each - one en suite with the purple room and another just beside the turquoise bedroom. The veranda at the back is the best space we’ve ever had, being enough room easily for the four sun beds, plus two tables each with four chairs, and a double canopy that you can wind out over the larger table area. My husband spent many hours sunbathing out there during our two week holiday here - in fact, unusually for me, I also spent a fair amount of time sunbathing on the veranda. We also overlooked the pool, which was a bonus so I could see when it was quiet (deserted!) in the mornings and go for an early swim in peace! The kitchen bin was damaged on our arrival, having a crack along the lid and also the pedal mechanism not working - the lid in fact completely snapped along that crack within a couple of days of our arrival, but we bought a replacement bin the day before our departure so that the next visitors would have a fully working bin. Overall we all agreed that this was one of the best holidays we have had - the mountain backdrop was something that our daughter commented on many times, having never seen such a beautiful view before (she is a photography student about to start her final year at Norwich University of Arts) and she took many shots of the wonderful mountains and sunsets. We did have a problem with the door of the turquoise bedroom during our stay, caused we believe by the heat affecting the handle mechanism. Massimo was away during our stay, however Mrs Donota(?) - after an initial misunderstanding - arrived with a colleague to deal with the problem. It was an incredibly hot day/evening and we very much appreciated the efforts they took to rectify the problem - the gentleman returning the following day to complete the job. Massimo, we have to say that we very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful apartment, thank you. The Tancocks

Fabulous apartment!

Just returned from a great 2 week stay. The apartment has everything you need with a lovely pool which was very quiet due to it being the end of the school holidays. A peaceful but central location to see all of Costa Adeje and surrounding areas. 15 - 20 min walk to Playa del Duque or Fanabe which has some lovely restaurants. Limoncello is a must, as is Empire in Las Americas for the Beef Wellington and also the local Italian, It@Aly which is a 2 min walk away from the apartment next to the Toby Jug. We went to these on numerous occasions. Hemmingway Cafe nearby is great for English breakfast, Sunday roast if you miss it and burgers etc. All in all a great holiday.

Amazing apartment

If you are thinking of booking this apartment then do it! It's great. This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Its modern decor gives it a fresh and clean look inside. The outside space is superb and ideal for catching the sun, having lunch or generally relaxing. The swimming pool was great and never really busy. The apartment is 15 mins walk away from the seafront so you are in a quieter area but with easy access to the bars and restaurants. Massimo the owner was very communicative and I felt the sincerely wanted us to have a great time. We will definitely be back to this apartment in the future.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Had a lovely stay in this apartment. Pool was quiet and spotless clean. Supermarket just practically on the doorstep. Lovely area with a few lovely restaurants just walking distance. Taxi rank at supermarket if needed. Apartment owner was in contact if needed and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again and would recommend it definitely.

Our perfect holiday

This apartment and position within Adeje and Tenerife was ideal for us. It was a peaceful time of year and a lovely quiet location but within walking distance of bars and clubs if we wanted to go. We went for 4 weeks during March to get away from the English weather, we had plenty of excellent weather during our stay. Adeje is small enough to walk around so we got to know most of it, we played golf at the Adeje golf club a few times which I would recommend to any golfer with a decent handicap. The swimming pool is heated and one of the cleanest I have ever used. Great holiday, see you next year.

Fabulous apartment

Beautiful spacious apartment - everything we could have wanted. Well equipped. Superb terrace overlooking swimming pool with plenty of room for sunbathing and also outdoor dining. Great communication with Massimo, the owner, who even contacted us whilst we were there to ensure everything was up to standard. Easy contact with representatives on site. Location not too far from San Eugenio centre/beach where there are lots of bars and restaurants. All in all an ideal place for a holiday. Would certainly recommend.

Beautifully decorated property. Well maintained with plenty of room.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very clean. There was a bottle of wine as a welcome waiting for us which was a great touch. Facilities were very good, beautifully decorated. Very spacious with lots of place for clothes etc. Great instructions for getting into the property, very thorough. There were only 2 sun beds which was frustrating as there were 3 of us. There should be at least 4. Overall we loved it and would go there again.

Gorgeous apartment in great area

Had a brilliant holiday in the apartment, it has everything and more that anyone would need to have a great holiday. We were very excited to see the Iceland supermarket on site with all the English food. Pool was great, didn’t have to reserve any sun beds. Overall one of the best holiday apartment I have ever had. Our holiday review

We had a fab holiday even though we had a couple of cloudy days. The apartment was everything it was as shown in the photos, location to pool and seafront was only a 15 minute walk down hill but once you have done it a couple of times it was easy. Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance. Lots of restaurants to choose from. However there was a family who did have an intruder break into their apartment further up on the complex so you do need to make sure all windows at night are locked, it was easy to use the alarm system but we could not get the intruder alarm for night time to work. But overall we had an amazing holiday and Siam Park was fantastic clean and great fun but it is busy but thenits holiday time and very good value for money if you pre book on line.

Beautiful apartment in good location

The apartment was very clean, bright and spacious. Large outside area at the back of the apartment which over looked the pool and had the sun all day. Good location opposite Aqualand with a number of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants nearby. The main resort of Costa Adeje (Fanabe and Torviscos areas) where even more bars, restaurants and the beach is, are about a 15 minute walk away over the motorway bridge and down a steep hill therefore walking back could be difficult for some however taxis are a plenty and cheap. We always received very quick responses from owner to any questions raised and also lots of good information about the apartment and complex.

I'm Italian and happily married with Nadia. We have two daughters, Marianna and Martina. We love to travel for leisure and also I'm travelling for business. We are living in Italy and we like Tenerife Island.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I purchased this property to spend here my holidays and to have some revenue from renting. When I'm not in Tenerife I have a team there that is managing for me the apartment.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If I compare my property with others available in the surrounding for sure the big private terrace it's an added value. Also the rooms are luminous and spacious, two bathrooms makes the difference. To be honest I would not recommend if you are looking something very close to the sea side as it's about 1 mile downwhil away.
