This traditional Brittany style home (an individual house for 2 to 6 people) is spacious and luminous, comfortable and calm, near the sea. Beach is less than ten minutes away on foot (3 min. by car).
From the living and dining rooms, from the kitchen and two of the upstairs bedrooms, you have an exceptional and unobscured VIEW OF THE SEA.

In the morning, WAKE UP WITH MAGNIFICENT SUNRISES over the sea.

Enjoy a glass of wine or a good meal on the terrace (south oriented, bright between 9.00am and 5.00pm), admiring superb views of the sea with the changing light.
You'll appreciate the calm and tranquility of the large Garden.

Rustic living room and dining room with wooden beams, with a fireplace and large patio doors. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you might need.
The kitchen, functional and fully-equipped, will delight those who enjoy cooking.

Private car park and LARGE GARDEN. Patio furniture.

All information regarding the House and amenities is available in English, inside the house we have left binders in English and French.

The house is very quiet, with double insulated windows and electric shutters.
- On the ground floor, living-dining room with a large French door, kitchen, shower room, a toilet and laundry room.
- Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.

After a full day of long walks along the sea, hiking the rugged coastline, sightseeing in the area, water sports or beach activities, it is pleasant to return to this charming and comfortable house.

Comfortable house with sea view

We 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 9) spend one week in April in this house. It is very calm and has a wonderful sea view. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is everything you need. Our children enjoyed the garden and we made trips to St.Malo, Dinard, Dinan etc. The sea is near and you can leave the car near the house. The only thing we missed was a comfortable place to sit in the living room (there is only one sofa).

Wonderful week in Brittany

We had a truly wonderful week at this peaceful and comfortable home with beautiful views of the water. Home was very clean and well-equipped. It was perfect for two couples for the week. We cooked, read, and in general relaxed. Description was entirely accurate and very well-documented by the pictures that Bertrand, the owner, sent. Much information was provided in the house about nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. Location was close to grocery and town of St. Cast. Town is delightful. We enjoyed eating ice cream every afternoon and watching children play in town square. Many good restaurants in the area including best grilled fish I've ever eaten. Relationship with owner was wonderful -- we even met in Paris for dinner on our way home. Definitely will return when our travels next take us to Brittany.

Het huis lag mooi aan de Bretonse kust met zicht op zee. De voorzieningen waren goed en de eigenaar was erg behulpzaam met goed uitleg van de apparatuur. De omgeving was aangenaam en mooi.

La maison, très typique de la region, est de plus très bien tenue avec de magnifiques hortensias et tous les équipements nécessaires et même facultatifs. Propreté impeccable. Literie neuve et de qualité supérieure à celle de la plupart des locations. La vue est évidemment le clou du séjour. Propriétaire, très attentionné et réactif, n’hésitant pas à s’assurer de votre bien-être et à vous gratifier de judicieux conseils. Un grand merci.

Deze woning is een aanrader

Zeer comfortabele en complete woning. Woning heeft een royale tuin in ligt in een rustige buurt. Sterkste punt van de woning is het geweldige uitzicht over de baai, bij mooi weer zie je een spectaculaire zonsopkomst. Woning is zeer compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. En spreekt uitstekend Engels. In de nabije omgeving van de woning zijn voorzieningen zoals restaurants en winkels. Het visrestaurant bij de haven van St Cast is een aanrader. In de omgeving is ruim voldoende te beleven, zoals Cap Frehel en St Malo en nog veel meer. Woning is een aanrader

Traumhafter Urlaub bei Saint-Cast-le-Guildo

Wir haben zu viert 2 erholsame Wochen in dem großzügigen Haus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln bzw. die Küste. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch die Betten/Matratzen sorgten für optimalen Schlaf. An alles ist gedacht, nichts fehlte uns. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und völlig problemlos. Er hat sich intensiv und detailreich um alles gekümmert. Die Lage des Hauses ist seht gut, um umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen und auch der Weg zum nahegelegenen Strand dauert zu Fuß nur ca. 15 Minuten. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit selbst gerne wiederkommen.

Excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable avec vue splendide

Nous avons passés 2 semaines en Août 2022 dans cette maison très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée (parfois mieux que chez nous!) et avec une vue superbe. Le lieu est très calme et la plage de Pen Guen à 10 à pied par un petit chemin tranquille à travers champ. Le propriétaire a été de forts bons conseils, très sympathique, et toujours à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, ce séjour ne nous a pas permis de découvrir toutes les possibilités offertes par la région!! Famille d'Alsace

Excellent vacation location in St Cast-le-Guildo

Outstanding La Chapelle location with stunning east facing views of the St Cast-le-Guildo bay above Pen Guen beach. Classic Brittany home with a very sizeable property and thus ample privacy. Very responsible and caring host that gave us ample recommendations what to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there and would have stayed an extra week if the home had been available :-)

Excellent séjour !

Grande maison avec grand jardin, très bien située au calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'île des Ebihens, à un jet de pierre de Saint-Cast-le-Guildo (à 5 minutes de voiture) et des plages. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec le propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour. Il n'était pas sur place, mais toujours disponible par téléphone. Accueil très chaleureux par Eugénie. Propreté irréprochable. La maison propose absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour sans soucis. La cuisine est sur-équipée, batterie de cuisine de grande qualité en abondance. Tout le matériel est très bien entretenu et force le respect. Meubles de jardin en suffisance pour prendre les repas et se reposer au soleil. Le propriétaire nous a envoyé ses conseils de visite, de restos, et de la documentation est mise à disposition... A recommander sans hésiter !

What a fantastic holiday!

Thank you so much, Bertrand and Laura, we had a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. We have spent a few holidays in Brittany but this was our first time in this particular area, and we stayed close to home the whole time. The house (particularly the kitchen) is very well equipped and the view is amazing. Although we didn't meet in person, Bertrand was a very welcoming and attentive host, and it's clearly very important to him that his guests enjoy their stay. Thanks for all the tips about what to do, where to eat, etc.. A wonderful two weeks with fantastic mild, summery weather in mid-September: we have really been able to recharge our batteries - it was especially good to be at the coast after having spent so many weeks in COVID lockdown! - and I'm sure we'll return sometime.

Séjour en août avec mes 3 filles. Nous avons adoré la maison, le cadre, la région. Plein de choses à faire : vélo à louer, bateau, cayak, balades, plage, et le jardin est parfait pour se retrouver au soleil à regarder le large un verre à la main. Séjour formidable et à refaire

Les photos de l'annonce font rêver et je vous assure qu'une fois arrivé sur place le rêve continue. L'endroit est formidable, belle vue, beaucoup d'espace autour de la maison, très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et soumets des suggestions à ne pas manquer. Merci encore pour cette expérience.

Maison très agréable et la vue extraordinaire sur la côte d'Emeraude

4 belles chambres dont nous n'occupions que 3 au 1er étage. Quel plaisir de se réveiller avec cette sur la mer et les îlots. Le coucher et lever du soleil nous ont émerveillés chaque jour. La grande pièce de vie profite aussi de cette superbe vue, idem pour la cuisine. L'équipement est très complet, tant dans la cuisine qu'au salon ou bien pour le jardin. Rien ne nous a manqué. En outre le propriétaire nous a donné plein d'informations sur les visites à ne pas manquer dans la région. L'environnement de la maison est tranquille. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes mais aussi active car il y a plein de beaux endroits à découvrir en commençant par St-Cast elle-même. St-Malo, Dinant, St-Lunaire, ... Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
