Apartamento Maria es un cómodo y espacioso apartamento en planta baja en el complejo Playa Bastian, muy solicitado y bien mantenido. Su ubicación hace que el apartamento sea ideal para parejas que desean un descanso fácil y tranquilo, pero también es el lugar perfecto para familias durante todo el año con todo lo que pueda imaginar al alcance de la mano. Siéntese y lea en el amplio patio o pasee por el camino frente a la playa hacia Costa Teguise. Tome el sol o nade en uno de los complejos de tres piscinas.
El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones, ambas con dos camas individuales en cada una, también tiene capacidad para una en el sofá grande. Un baño grande con bañera, ducha e inodoro, un baño más pequeño con ducha, inodoro y lavabo.
El agua de filtro se proporciona sin costo adicional al lado del fregadero de la cocina.
WIFI incluido, Smart TV con acceso a Netflix.

Wendy was extremely helpful to any questions asked, provided a welcome pack and allowed us a late check out which was really helpful. The apartment was in a great location, with local bars and restaurants really close, and only a 10 minute walk to the main town and square of Costa Teguise. Complex lovely and very clean.

Another fantastic stay at Wendys apt in costa teguise, the wecome pack was a great help, milk, drinks, ham etc, Brendans pool bar was great, very reasonable drinks, excellent pool, complex was only a 2 minute walk to the beach, apt itself had everthing you could ask for, all utensils and crockery if you wanted to cook for yourself, bars and restaurants only a minutes walk away.

Spacious and excellent location

This ground floor apartment has everything you need and more besides😀 - plenty of beach & bath towels, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, pleasant outside space (but did not get any sun in November). Downside - whilst the floors were gleaming, everywhere else was not and we needed to clean before we could settle in. Overall, ideally situated - close to beach, shops, bus stop and restaurants 😀

My husband and i came with our grandkids 9 and 13yrs. The apartment we had was perfect it had everything we needed and more. The extra that other families have left had made a big differnce.. little things like a little bit of jam and sugar. And extra tablets like antihistamine. All this makes a difference. I would recommend this place and area. The host wendy was very helpful in her responses with us. X thankyou. Xplahelped as

Great apartment and location

This is a fantasic apartment with plenty of room inside and out. It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday including beach towels. Wendy is a perfect host, quick response to queries prior to the stay and also allowed us to check in early. The site itself is very well maintained and lovely and quiet. There are plenty of shops, bars and restuarants (highly recommend Sausalito which is next to the apartment. We had the best meal of the week here) within a couple of minutes walk and the main square is only a 15 minute walk away, which is a lovely walk along the beach promenade. The beach is literally a 5 min walk away

Wendys apartment

We stayed here for 11 days. Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Wendy was quick to respond to any questions we had before hand and let us checkout late due to a later flight with no problems. Location was fantastic and pools were clean and fairly warm. Would definately stay here again.

Fantastic apartment

We could not recommend this apartment enough. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was spotless with absolutely everything we needed in it for a weeks holiday. We had our 18 month old son with us and Wendy was able to get us a travel cot for the apartment and he loved the space to run around. Location is fantastic, and wonderful that it’s ground floor. We went out of season but it was so quite there. Pool and beach, shops and restaurants literally minutes away! Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Lanzarote!

We found this apt. to be excellent with enough room for a family, or two couples with own bed and bathroom its perfect. The outside space is a great size too. Sea front 5 min walk, main square 15 mins. Taxi rank buses bars eating all within 5 min walk.

Absolutely amazing holiday

We had the best holiday here at at the Bastion complex. This was the perfect location for us - nice quiet area with some lovely bars & restaurants right on your doorstep, and only a 15 minute walk (along the beach front) into the main square area. Wendy was the perfect host & her 2 bedroomed apartment was fabulous. Very spacious & everything you needed. The pool & surrounding areas were well kept, not too busy with plenty of Sun loungers & no need to get up at the crack of dawn to put your towels out! We will definitely be back 😎 Thankyou Wendy for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment

Wendy's apartment is in a great location. Its spacious with good outdoor space. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home there. There is everything you could need. There was a lovely welcome basket for us when we arrived. And a great bonus of having filtered water. Change of sheets and towels after the first week which not everyone dose was much appreciated. Wendy very kindly let us have a late checkout.

This apartment is fabulous! I have no hesitation in recommending it for a holiday in Lanzarote. There is plenty of space both inside and out. Wendy provides you with everything you will need, including beach towels! The beds were really comfortable and bedding lovely, clean and crisp. Having two bathrooms is a real bonus and the side courtyard complete with loungers is a lovely sun trap. We were sent very clear information about the apartment’s location and corresponding with Wendy was easy and her replies were fast. On arriving the apartment was spotless and a welcome starter pack of goodies was much appreciated. Location wise it is perfect. Just minutes from the pools,pool bar and the beach. On the door step are lots of good restaurants and bars some with entertainment and the lively main square with even more restaurants and bars is about a 15 minute walk or 3 euros in a taxi. We had a brilliant stay so thank you Wendy, I’m sure we will be holidaying here again!!

Great apartment and location

Lovely, spacious, well equipped and comfortable ground floor apartment and terrace. The pool was very close and the surrounding landscaping was well kept. There is a local supermarket nearby and a good selection of local eating/ drinking places. The coastal path is only a few minutes walk and takes you through the various beaches/coves and into the main resort hustle and bustle. Wendy is a great host, very friendly & helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas 2019

We are 2 couples came out for Christmas 2019. Loved the apartment, easy to find, lovely big plot on the corner of the complex. Spacious terrace, with table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and laundry rack and pegs. Inside just as spacious, sofa, lots (and lots) of cushions, table & chairs, TV, WiFi, small kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms just as spacious. Was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We managed to cook a full Christmas dinner for 6 people. We had to ring maintenance on Christmas night as the power went off, he was really helpful, as we were a bit drunk, talked us through finding the fuse box and power back on in minutes. He then called round the following morning to check all was OK. Can't fault the place, highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back, loved it

Having been involved in property management for many years I wanted my own place to a comfortable and a well managed holiday home.
I enjoy being involved with people and projects and have even appeared on 'Homes Under The Hammer'. Also had a great laugh and enjoyed taking part in 'Come Dine With Me' I want you to enjoy your holiday too.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Until recently this property belonged to a friend of mine and I always loved it, so I jumped at the opportunity to buy it when it came up for sale.
Its is ideally located with shops, bars, restaurants only a very short walk away and the beach so close by. The complex is one of the best kept on Lanzarote and despite being in the middle of things its in a quiet and relaxing spot.
