Great space for our family of four

Great Place!

This was our second time staying at the property and we couldn't be happier. Dorado beach is a great vacation spot and the apartment is an amazing retreat.

Beautiful property at a family friendly resort

Aileen’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Purchasing a temporary membership to the resort allowed us to enjoy all aspects of it. And the included golf cart made getting everywhere so easy. We hope to return in the future!

Amazing stay

We loved our week at this condo!! We had everything we needed for a relaxing time spent with family. Aileen was wonderful to communicate with and made us feel right at home. Dorado Beach is everything you could ever want on vacation. Beautiful beaches, awesome food and amenities. We will be back!

Family Trip to Dorado Beach

We absolutely loved this property and area. This condo was beautiful as were the views off of the balcony. The golf cart made it easy to get around this huge property with lots of things to do. Great food, pools and the crystal clear beaches were all amazing! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Aileen for making our vacation WONDERFUL!

Perfect vacation for the family

We stayed here for spring break with the family and it couldn’t have been any better. The condo is clean and spacious with great views of the golf course. The resort is huge but getting around was easy on the golf cart provided. Aileen was quick to respond with any questions we had before and during our stay. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful experience

Aileen was wonderful to work with and her notes and suggestions on everything we needed before we arrived was very helpful. The place was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The location and use of the golf cart was ideal to take advantage of everything Dorado Beach Club has to offer. Highly recommend and hope to go back again soon.

Great property, relaxing.

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and comfortable, and everything as described. Our host was responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back! A couple of things to note: the waterpark was open only on Saturday and Sunday when we stayed there, so we could not use it during the week. I recommend calling Dorado Beach Resort and inquiring about the hours. Another reviewer said a car may not be necessary, and we found that it would have been easier to have one, Ubers are hard to find in the area.

A relaxing condo in a beautiful place

We had a wonderful vacation at Dorado. The condo is very nice, spacious and clean/modern. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful in getting us set up with the membership passes. She also grocery (and liquor store) shopped for us prior to our arrival (and didn't charge us the fee), sent local information to help plan our trip and met us at check-in. There is also a daily cleaning service and four person golf cart to get around. Other benefits are the kitchen was well equipped and even included some basic spices, cooking oil etc. things you don't normally find in a VRBO and hate buying/throwing out with such a short stay. We also got discounted golf by staying at the Plantation condo. There is an entry patio where you can take off shoes, strip off bathing suits (kiddos) and leave towels before entering the condo. Helps keep the sand out of the condo. The owner provides beach towels for the east beach. One suggestion is to also provide a bucket/shovel for the beach as those toys are harder to pack and the kiddos love to dig in the sand. Things to help you plan your trip - We generally plan to eat breakfast and snacks at the condo and then dinner out. As a family with three kids, I quickly realized that there are only two evening restaurants on campus and the expense $250+ adds up quickly. Although you don't need a car - if you plan to eat out, I would recommend one. Otherwise it is a $30 taxi one way into town. The other option is to take advantage of the condo and plan to cook more in the evening. There is also a great little park in the housing section next to the condo called "Livingston Park" - airplanes, sand and a cool shallow water park and zipline. It was a nice evening activity with my little ones after a long day at beach or golfing. The beach and pool was a 4-5 minute golf cart ride away. The fitness facility (very nice) was an easy five minute walk. The water park (only open a few days) is also close by and the restaurant is half the price of the beach pool. Oh! And one other find is that the golf club house has one of the evening restaurants (has a new name; used to be zaffras) but if you eat dinner there - they offer a kids room on the main floor where they will watch your kids during dinner (wed-sunday; 6pm to 10pm) Lastly, there is a book on the coffee table that gives you the history of Dorado beach. Worth the brief read. Enjoy your stay

Amazing Condo

We had the best experience at Aileen’s condo! The apartment is beautiful, extremely clean and was perfect for our family of five. The set up on the property is amazing with so many options for activities from the beach to the pool to tennis, basketball, the water park, golf, water sports, etc. Aileen was so helpful and accessible - the quintessential host. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Exceeded expectations...wow!

My husband and I stayed at Aileen's condo and had a complete blast at Dorado Beach Resort. Condo is well appointed and stocked. Host has thought of every little detail! Pictures on the listing are great, but condo is even more beautiful in person, decor and linens are of really nice quality. Location is very close to the golf shop, tennis center and lazy river and a short golf cart ride from all the other resort amenities. We rented a car, but really didn't use it much. Groceries can be shopped for online and will be delivered to your door! Aileen was extremely accommodating and went over and beyond with all requests. We will definitely stay here again when back in PR.

Amazing property. Everything about the condo and the resort was 5 stars!

Our family of 5 stayed for a week. The condo was beautifully appointed. Aileen was very attentive to our every need. We enjoyed all of the many restaurants, golf, fitness center and beaches. The golf cart was a great way to get around the property. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful property!

Dorado Beach and the Plantation residence exceeded our expectations. From all the beautiful beaches, waterparks, ammentities, fitness center, and fine dining, this is a great location. The golf cart was great to drive around to everything. The condo was modern, clean, new, and spacious for our family. 5 star!

Great apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Dorado. The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful and it had everything you might need. We used the golf cart to move around the property and spent almost every day at the beach. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic rental with fantastic amenities

We loved the spacious condo for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. The amenities throughout the property were phenomenal including: the gym, water park and the Encanto Beach Club (extra charge) via the golf cart, which came with the rental. All around wonderful family vacation.
