Alquileres semanales. ¡Completamente remodelado en noviembre de 2015 de la cocina, sala, comedor, entrada y baño principal! ¡Ven de vacaciones donde puedes sentarte, relajarte y disfrutar del hermoso paisaje de Daytona Beach Shores! Esta unidad está en el condominio White Surf. Las ventanas y las puertas corredizas de vidrio en el lado del océano van hasta el piso para tener una vista completa de la playa y el océano. No muchos condominios tienen esta característica. La unidad ha sido renovada con muebles nuevos (sofá de cuero y sillones reclinables) y ha sido pintada recientemente. Hay un balcón frente al mar para que pueda disfrutar de una vista panorámica de las playas de arena y disfrutar del aire fresco del océano cuando lo desee.

La sala de estar y el comedor tienen una gran puerta corrediza de vidrio y un gran ventanal con una vista panorámica de la playa y el océano. Hay muchos asientos en la sala de estar para que la familia se reúna y se relaje. Mientras está sentado, puede disfrutar del gran televisor de pantalla plana con cable y también hay un reproductor de Blu Ray conectado al televisor.

The rental had very large rooms and the rooms were all very clean. The living room had a stuffed chair, two recliners and a couch with two recliners on each end. The balcony furniture was very nice too.

Amazing experience

We came from Northern New York with family. Our stay was amazing. The condo was very beautiful, clean, with all the imeneties that we could ask for. It was close to just about any place we wanted to visit and right on the beach. We had an amazing time.

Daytona Waterfront Wonder

Awesome penthouse, 7th floor with south end window too. Well equipped, comfortable high end furniture and appliances including in unit waher and dryer. Well equipped kitchen and pantry too. We hope to be back again.

Great stay

Compared to other places we've stayed along Daytona Beach Shores this was by far the most convenient. That's a big deal when you're on vacation. Not having to fight with door locks, keys, parking, and check in times was a huge plus. Here everything is streamlined. The rooms were well-maintained. Nice choices in furnishings. Excellent view.

So Impressed!

We have used VRBO a lot over the years and never have we rented a unit that looks just like the pictures. This unit is awesome! The whole facility was impressive. Everyone was so friendly. We definitely are going to come back 😊

Views are wonderful!

We had a great time. A very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped (even though we didn’t cook more than coffee and popcorn). The doors and windows keep all of the noise out. The balcony provides plenty of room to listen to the ocean, sip coffee or whatever you chose, and watch the birds. The curtains block the early morning “bright “ sun if you want to sleep in,

Great time had by all!

The location is perfect. Restaurants galore. You can be in the tourist areas within minutes and can find places to relax and soak it all in. The condo was as described. The pelican sightings were many and thoroughly enjoyed. Enjoyed both the balcony on the ocean side and the seating area on the intercoastal side which allowed for some afternoon sun. The bed in the master bedroom was more comfortable than the one at home. Loved having the underground parking. Hopefully there will be another stay in the future.

Mold everywhere

Nice location. Not a lot of instruction for arrival. The penthouse is ok, very dated. The biggest issue I had was mold everywhere. To go on vacation and pay thousands for a place on the beach, you’d expect a lot better than this delivered.My photos prove it.

Candace I am sorry you feel the condo does not fit your needs. I do appreciate if people let me know if there is an issue when they arrive to resolve. We will check on the unit but have not had complaints, usually compliments.

Beautiful property

This property was beautiful. Clean and just as advertised. We had our adult children coming and going and it was nice to be so close to the Daytona airport. Enough space for 7 adults to enjoy time together and not feel crowded. The beach is beautiful and the view is just stunning. There were plenty of cooking tools that we were able to have a wonderful Christmas dinner together at the Condo. Had a little trouble with the wi-fi when we first got there and the host responded immediately and it was easily taken care of. Would definitely return and would recommend this place to friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo! The beds were super comfy! Could have been better stocked (bring your own garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper). I didn't love the fact that we were responsible for washing all of the towels. I did it in hot water with good laundry soap, but didn't feel like the same was done for us. Laundry soap should also be provided if this is a requirement. Overall, we would stay here again! We loved the location. Air conditioner works great, the pool looks wonderful! It opened on the day we left. We met lots of great neighbors!

Beautiful Daytona

This condo is really nice if you are looking for a 3 bd/3bath place but it was sparsely outfitted ( no trash bags, minimal toilet paper). If you rent this place bring your own soap and shampoo as none was provided. The other complaint that I have is that there wasn’t a wine opener and they only had 3 wine glasses which none matched. You can get a set for $15 at Homegoods which is what I would have done if I owned this unit. Also the garage door opener stopped working on our 3rd day and we never had a garage opener to exit. Beds were comfortable but pillows were thin and hard.

Beware - construction.

Miserable time. Construction- jack hammering, saws, banging on both outside of building and inside unit next door. Started at 8 and ended at 5. Weekend went until 7:30 in next door unit. Could not sleep in nor stay in unit much due to noise. Owner never stated the depth of Construction going on. They said should be done in March, we stayed 1st week of April, no where near done on outside. Construction probably will go on into summer. Dryer did not work either. Pool closes at dusk, no fun for the kids.

I apologize for the noise the neighbors made over the weekend. They were not suppose to be making noise over the weekend and unfortunately I do not have control over neighbors remodeling there units. I am not sure why the dryer was not working for you. I had a repair man take a look at it and could not find anything wrong with the dryer. The maids have not had a problem also. The pool does close at Dusk. Along the ocean you are not allowed to have lighting along the beach due to turtles nesting from May thru October. Because of that reason lights were not installed at the pool deck. Therefore you cannot allow swimming at night. It is for safety. In the VRBO ad I did post that there is work being done and have it copied below. *PLEASE READ** White Surf is working on construction project February and March 2022. There could be jackhammering noise Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The 7th is to be completed by the middle of February. Jack hammering will be coming from the other floors below and construction could go to the end of April. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

Nice Getaway

We had a very nice time staying in the condo. Only a few things we noted when staying. Nothing big enough to make complaints about or leave ugly reviews. We noticed the sand on everything, counter tops, still on floor. I know it’s beach front and there will be sand but we’ve stayed in multiple places and have never had the same issue. There were even gerber snacks which must’ve been spilled by previous occupants under the chair and couch. The shower in the master bath was very slick, I almost slipped when stepping in. I don’t know if this was due to the cleaner not being rinsed out or the shower wasn’t cleaned. The master bedroom stays HOT I was extremely happy to see the fan in the closet although after the first night I went to Walmart and bought another one, because the one there barely blows. (Brought my fan home). The large burner on the stove top did not work but we made do with the others. The space is beautiful and does have all the comforts of home, I would just look into possibly getting different cleaners.

The unit is so gorgeous with the windows on the oceanside going from the ceiling to the floors. Relaxing on the couch and viewing the ocean allows you to see dolphins, surfers, and beautiful sunrises over the ocean. On the road side you can sit on the balcony and see wonderful sunsets.
