-El apartamento está orientado al sur; muy claro y con vistas a la terraza de 100 m2
-Terraza de 100 M2; perfectamente equipado para comer y vivir al aire libre con muebles de jardín de alta gama. Además, esta terraza está decorada con muchas plantas y decoraciones adecuadas. Pasarás mucho, mucho tiempo (mira las fotos)
-Este apartamento está equipado con 1 TV a color con múltiples canales internacionales..
- Wifi en todo el apartamento. Con internet de fibra óptica
- 2 piscinas: 1 gran piscina de verano en el hermoso jardín de la residencia; 1 Piscina de invierno de muy buen tamaño en el sótano del edificio, que por definición está climatizada y equipada con el sistema de olas contra la corriente.
- 2 estacionamientos en el sótano del edificio para colocar 2 autos grandes y muy bien ubicados en relación al elevador
- seguridad; además de estar ubicado en el piso superior; el apartamento tiene una alarma que puedes activar cuando estás lejos

Excellent Penthouse

The apartment was everything that we expected and more. Our disabled member was able to access all areas and she was delighted by that. It was absolutely fabulous, would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

This is the best place we havevever stayed at. It was more like a home, than a holiday rental. Very classy. Beautiful furniture, and a stunning outside space. We would definitely be back.

Best place to stay in Albir

We have been regularly visiting Albir for about ten years now and Loic’s apartment was the best we have ever stayed in. Centrally located, spacious and beautifully furnished, it had everything you could possibly need for that luxurious home from home feel. Check-in and check-out was done by Eva who was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What a fantastic break!

Awesome penthouse with super terrace

The penthouse is very beautiful and has a breathtaking terrace. Cecillia is very friendly and takes care of everything. The owner Loic is also super nice. We were there for 3 weeks and had a fantastic holiday. Many thanks for everything. We'll be back for sure.

Fabulous Penthouse

The property was perfect, plenty of space very clean & tidy.Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are light & airy with comfortable beds, bathrooms immaculate.The whole apartment is beautifully decorated.Great terrace for sun lovers & shaded areas too.The pool was a bonus and well maintained.We love Albir and this property is in a great position for shops & restaurants and the beach.

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful stay. Loic contacted us before our stay and provided useful information. Luis met us and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is huge! Very clean and had all the necessities needed for a stay. It had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a rental property. It is a very private space as it a penthouse. There was a bit of noise from the construction of a new block but this is far enough away not to be that much of an issue. The apartment is in a fantastic location with everything on the doorstep. Go out the back gate across from the pool and there is a taxi rank, supermarket and bus stop. Take the no 10 bus to Altea or Benidorm. Very frequent service. We loved Albir and will be back.

5 star penthouse 5star host

This property is top of the range and is fitted out accordingly the host has put his own touch on things and has done a fabulous job, the Appartment is very spacious and well equipped , aircon is perfect , the outdoor patio area is the best we have ever had and is a perfect suntrap but with plenty of shade if required . The host was a perfect gentleman very friendly and helpful as was his granddaughter who help with the smooth running of the property . The whole block of apartments is very secure and penthouse even more so not that you ever see any trouble in this area, there is garage space below if needed which is also very secure . I could keep on telling you how fantastic this penthouse is but it’s better if you booked it and had a look for yourself, you will not be disappointed

BRILLIANT!

The property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It's location, close to shops, restaurants , supermarkets and the promenade make for a wonderfull place to spend a holiday. Loic is an excellent owner resolving minor problems very quickly. We were allowed to check in early which was a great help. If you want to, then use the maid service, it is very good and not expensive. We only spent two weeks there at the end of which we did not want to go home. We will revisit next year for a longer stay in what we believe to be one of the best locations and properties we have styed in listed by HomeAway. Thank you Loic, so pleased we found your property. Good location

We've been 4times. Apartment as alway comfortable and well furnished. Construction site of apartments across from location a disappointment. We didn't know about it until we arrived.. View severely compromised. Noisy at times. Now managed by agents rather than charming owner. Agents let's us down badly. Arrived 0.20hrs with no instructions on arrival for entry. Very stressful. Agent sent rep to let us in after frantic phone calls. No apologies. Owner was apologetic but no confidence in agents. Sent us what apps msg asking us when we'd arrive after firstday in accommodation. Apparently an automated msg. Won't be back while agent managing apartment.

Good location with huge terrace

We have rented this property 4 times..its centrally located and the terrace is great for outdoor living. The amenities are still comfortable but some wear and tear obvious. Two door handles came off and blind in kitchen doesn't work. Terrace cushions are ripped and stained. Dead plants. Stained pillow. We bought a new one. We did not know of the building site opposite, two streets across . Used to be a lovely view, now looking at a huge apartment complex under construction. The noise from the site was bad at times. Obviously the owner has no control over this. Spacious indoor living and thankfully air con in main areas. The arrangements for out of office hours arrivals wasn't tested as it went wrong for us and the agent had to be called out in the early hours to access the property. We previously dealt directly with the owner who is a perfect host. Overall the apartment offers comfort, great outdoor space, lovely gardens and pools but the construction site might be problematic for some if using terrace during site hours.

Ático de lujo

Un ático espectacular, todo el apartamento está magníficamente decorado y es amplio y espacioso, además de estar superequipado. Las fotos hablan por sí solas. Esta en muy buena zona, cerca de todo. Dispone de una piscina comunitaria que casi siempre está vacía y tiene una espaciosa plaza de aparcamiento en el sótano. El propietario Loic ha sido muy atento, preocupándose en todo momento por nuestro confort, y con detalles de un magnifico anfitrión. El año que viene volveremos sin duda.

Un descanso para los sentidos,,,

Ha sido una experienciencia sencillamente maravillosa. El apartamento es muy amplio y acogedor, dispone de una fantástica terraza cuya decoración e iluminación hacen de las noches momentos únicos. Tuve el gran placer de recibir a Luis; su esposa y sus 2 hijos, que son realmente como los padres. Estoy encantado con el. Forman una familia muy bonita en la que se nota al 100%; inteligencia; la comunicación ; el respeto ; escucha y elegancia. ¡Yo digo que esto es clase! Les tengo un gran respeto. Excelente ático, totalmente equipado y amueblado al detalle y con una amplísima teraza

Hemos estado una semana en abril con nuestra hija de un año y seguro que repetiremos. El ático tiene todo lo necesario y más para hacer tu estancia confortable. La urbanización en la que se ubica tiene también todos los servicios necesarios además de ser muy tranquila. La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de todo, sin necesidad de tener que coger el coche. Y la amplia terraza con orientación sur ideal para disfrutarla durante todo el día. La verdad que sus propietarios se ve que se han esforzado en cuidar cada detalle. Y desde luego que la relación calidad precio es inmejorable.

Perfect penthouse apartment

This very nice decorated apartment where perfect with big outdoor space and very central location. Had very good communication with the owners and they also made the apartment extra nice with Christmas decorations for our stay during Christmas. Wonderful apartment!

This lovely apartment has everything that you could want both inside and outside with it's central location. Loic could not be more pleasant and helpful, as was the apartments caretaker. Will definitely return!

I thank Alan and his family very much They are adorable ; alive and communicative. They left the apartment in impeccable condition They can come back when they want; I recommend them to everyone.

A perfect vacation experience

We stayed here from 25.8 - 8.9.2018 and had a great holiday! We agree with all the other here written positive reviews regarding the apartment and the owners and also Albir as a resort. We experienced the owners as very nice and also easy to communicate with. Loic welcomed us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. He also gave us some information about Albir in general and what could be worth to experience. We really liked the apartment from the first moment. From the pictures at the HomeAway site it looked very nice, but we were still surprised by how nice it really was when we saw it with our own eyes! In the apartment there is everything you might need. The apartment is spacious and very nice furnished with many nice details. The terrace is like a small garden, giving it a special feeling considering the apartment is on the fourth floor! The sun also covers the terrace all day, wow !! We spent a lot of time on the terrace. Normally we usually spend a few days on the beach but here we just went down and swam to then come back to the terrace. There was always a lot of space on the beach but we were so fond of the terrace that we never stayed longer at the beach. The beach was also neat and well maintained. Below the apartment there is a well maintained pool which we also used often. The apartment is centrally located in Albir but we were never disturbed by traffic or other sounds. Nor did we hear any disturbing noise from bars or partying at nights so we slept completely undisturbed which was also absolutely wonderful and relaxing. In recent years we have spent 2 weeks of our vacation somewhere on the Costa Blanca and always south of Alicante. Now was the first time north of Alicante. We liked the landscape in Albir with all the surrounding mountains. The places we visited earlier have had quite flat landscapes. We like to walk and did visit the nature park and the lighthouse several times on our walks. The seafront promenade to Altea was also nice to walk. Overall we appreciate that all you need was within walking distance and no car was needed. We were so pleased with everything here that we would love to come back.   ALBIR; Porque es un lugar de ensueño. Tienes todo lo que necesitas para ser feliz durante todo el año; el sol ; el mar ; montaña ; la exposición. Y tienes todo a tu alcance; sin necesitar un coche por ejemplo.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Compramos este apartamento en 2006; Porque es genial para muchos puntos de vista:
- tranquilidad Porque es un ático (último piso de un edificio); así que nadie te molesta
- Situación; porque centro completo de ALBIR; y tan cerca de todo
- Orientación sur. Así que tienes sol garantizado durante todo el año; El sol baña perfectamente la terraza y la sala de estar durante todo el invierno.
- Equipo
- Normalmente era un apartamento de 3 habitaciones; pero como lo compramos en plan; Transformamos 2 habitaciones en 1 habitación muy grande.
- 2 piscinas: 1 verano y 1 invierno.
 

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

- SITUACIÓN + ORIENTACIÓN SUR + ATICO + TERRAZA 100 M2 + 2 PISCINAS + 2 APARCAMIENTO + WIFI + ALARMA
- Ubicación = centro de ALBIR y por lo tanto cerca de todo.
- Atico = Último piso de un edificio de 4 pisos = Absoluta tranquilidad.
- Apartamento de 150 M2 + Terraza de 100 M2 = Estás en casa dentro y fuera
- Amueblado a la perfección y con todas las comodidades.
- Jardín de la residencia verde con césped muy bien elevado y con gran piscina de verano.
- Piscina climatizada de invierno en el sótano.
- 2 aparcamientos.
- WIFI e INTERNET por fibra óptica.
- ALARMA de seguridad cuando te vas.
