Your rental includes a cook and a maid/laundress service, 6 days per week (excluding Barbados public holidays) plus the development is gated and has 24-hour security.

The cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.

​​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

Every effort has been made to depict the beach near this property, but due to sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur, including a narrower beach.
