El apartamento esta situado dentro del Complejo El Sultan, que cuenta con 4 piscinas, dos de ellas infantiles, y se encuentra en Corralejo, a 500 metros de la playa.
Dispone de zona de estar con sofa, Smart TV de pantalla plana, WIFI de fibra y mesa de comedor, ademas de una cocina completamente equipada.Tiene dos habitaciones, una con dos camas individuales y la otra con una cama de matrimonio, y un baño que dispone de bañera y bidet. En la azotea se encuentra una terraza de 60 metros de uso exclusivo de los huéspedes con tumbonas, mesa de comedor y una zona de sobremesa.

Tanto las toallas de baño como la ropa de cama están incluidas.

El complejo El Sultan se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Corralejo y del puerto deportivo, donde parten los ferrys a Lanzarote. Las grandes playas se encuentran a solo 15 minutos caminando. El aeropuerto de Fuerteventura está a 30 minutos en coche.

Brilliant relaxing stay. The apartment was fantastic. Can’t find any fault. Everything was within reach and we were very lucky to stroll upon the town Halloween party.

A lovely 7 week stay

A perfect apartment for our needs. Well decorated and appointed. Everything we needed, and the large roof top terrace is superb with 360° views. The site is clean and secure and has 2 lovely pool areas, however there are no public sun loungers there, so we opted not to carry down the loungers 3 flights of stairs. José the manager was easily assessable by email. Also be aware that there is no cleaning service, so on long stays that is your own responsibility, but that didn't distract from our lovely stay.

Great location, spacious apartment

Lovely, bright, spacious apartment. Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms. Kitchen and it's contents could do with some TLC. Owner notified to rectify. Location is great, 1mile walk from Dunes, 1mile to town too. 2 lovely pools with greenery round. Quiet gated complex. Rooftop very spacious and had 4 sunbeds, dining table for 4 and coffee table and chairs for 4. No lighting/ electric sockets up there though which is a shame as we booked the apartment so we could spend some evenings up there with food. Owner contacted us to make sure everything was ok. There was a very welcome, welcome package too which was a lovely gesture.

Really nice appartment with nice view of Dunas park, quiet area even if shop and restaurant are only at 5 minutes walk.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. The apartment was clean and spacious and just as described by the owner. The complex is clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Lovely top floor apartment with beautiful sun drenched roof terrace

Had a wonderful 10 week at this top floor apartment in El Sultan complex. The apartment is spacious and has a very comfortable bed! The sun terrace is huge with 360 deg views of both the sea and flag beach. There was 4 sun beds, a dining table and chairs and still plenty of room. Great place to sit and watch the sunset! The location is excellent being only a 5 min walk from the large El Campanario Shopping Centre and about 20 mins walk from the main strip with the harbour a further 10 mins away. The gorgeous Flag beach is only a 10 min walk away. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Brilliant Stay in a brilliant location

This is the second time we have stopped here for 4 weeks. The location is great and the site is secure, although some people doesn't always shut the gate. We walk everywhere because its only 15 or 20 minutes to the harbor, the dunes or the mercadona for shopping. Just depends how many times we stop for refreshment on route! The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine, full oven and microwave. I used all several times, although more oven dishes would be useful. Mostly we eat out because it is so reasonable with plenty of choice of restaurants - there is 3 or 4 literally across the road if you can't be bothered to walk to town. The bed is comfortable, so no trouble sleeping. I don't want to say too many good things, because we won't be able to get in again in the future! Jose checks that we are happy and all is well and leaves us to get on and enjoy our time there. Happy days!!

Great place to stay

The apartment was very comfortable and very clean on arrival. Jose had given clear instructions and information on how to get the keys on arrival and all the information we needed to ensure a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was a home from home. The pools were as good as they looked on the photos and we enjoyed our time there. The apartment was in a good location for all amenities and we enjoyed going to the sand dunes and the water park, both in walking distance, the sand dunes were a long walk but enjoyable. The beaches in Corralejo were again within easy walking distance and we enjoyed a couple of days there, safe enough for our 4 year old to go in the sea too. We also had a great day out to the oasis park, well worth a look. The animals were great we enjoyed feeding the giraffes, the sea lion show was very entertaining and we also went on the camel safari. The highlight was the Lima experience. A day we won’t forget. The supermarkets are very handy and there was a great bar called Clarkies bar less than 5mins away which was very welcoming they even let us have milk and bottled water the evening we arrived very late due to delays from our flight and the supermarkets were closed. My 10 year old grandson loved going there as they had a pool table he could use. All in all we had an excellent stay and would love to come back again. Jose was so accommodating and made sure we were well looked after.

Geräumiges Apartment in gepflegter Anlage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Sultan Apartmentanlage verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen und besitzt eine große Dachterasse zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Geschirr und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Man hört etwas Verkehrsgeräusche von der nahen Straße. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in Fußnähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich bei Problemen. Wir waren zufrieden und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Lovely central location with superb roof solarium, quiet & secure site.

Property clean and tidy with most things you would need for an enjoyable stay. Beds very comfortable with not much noise from the main road. Full oven & 4 ring hob, plus microwave is there for a quiet evening in if needed. Very close to El Campanario and only 15/20 minutes walk to harbour, restaurants & bars. El Sultan is a very safe and secure site, well looked after and very clean.

Great from start to finish!

This is a lovely spacious property with a huge roof terrace within a very secure and well kept complex. The apartment was well equipped for self catering, and there are many bars and restaurants ranging from a 2 minute walk up to about 20 minutes to choose from. There are a couple of supermarkets within easy reach too. The pools on site are very nice and kept well. The property manager, Jose, was extremely helpful all the way through booking and up to and including our stay, even messaging us during our break to make sure everything was perfect. Corralejo is a nice town with a bustling main street leading to the lovely harbour/old town area. We had an extremely enjoyable family break at El Sultan and would not hesitate to return. Thank you Jose!
