Very nice home

Enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent as we were away from the crowds but close to a grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to either train station. The home had everything we needed for cooking, and was clean and comfortable. Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from Home

What a great place to use as a base for our 4 nights in Interlaken. It was just like a home away from home. Our hosts were amazing and offered great advice on what to do in and around Interlaken even on the wettest day ever! The accommodation itself was modern, very clean and very comfortable. Our view each morning out to the mountains was just spectacular.

Amazing Stay

We can't say enough good things about the property or the hosts. The apartment was incredibly well stocked with any ammenity we might need, including a washer and dryer, and was very comfortable - they thought of everything! The location was ideal; walking distance (within 5 minutes) of a grocery store and very easy to get to either train station as well as multiple bus stops. There was a lovely restaurant at the end of the street as well. The view of mountains from the apartment was breathtaking. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Interlaken!

Fabulous Apartment & Hosts

This apartment and our hosts Diarmuid Conaty and Cascia Decleer-Conaty could not have been more helpful. Advice on an excursion to Jungfraujoch was given and taken on our day of arrival so we could take advantage of the sunny and clear weather condition. Even to the piont of advising the train departure time from Wilderswil. The facilities , cleanliness and comfort were second to none. Wonderful spacious modern accommodation very near the heart of Interlaken. Car parking undercover was a bonus as is the Washing Machine and Dryer. There are plenty of of English language TV programs. The booking process through to Key pickup and information about the accommodation was smooth from initial enquiry to access. I suffered an accidental injury and was hospitalised. Diarmuid and Cascia took care of my well being and assisted my wife. They even made follow up calls to check my recovery progress. Caring people. I unconditionally recommend Beyul Apartments, in particular Dependance Ost if you want a comfortable holiday or stopover in Interlaken.

Fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! As it was our first time in Switzerland we wanted a central, easily accessible location so chose Interlaken. We came during peak season so the area was busy with tourists. The apartment is away from the central part of Interlaken in a quieter, residental neighborhood. 10-15 minute walk to the train station and the bus stop is also in front of the building which was so convenient! The pre-checkin process was smooth as the host provided a link to a very detailed, user friendly website with clear instructions, directions, etc. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Patrick as the owners were away at that time. He walked us through the home, amenities and provided a quick tutorial of the appliances. The rental itself was spacious and meticulously maintained - spotless! It's in a 200 year old building with all units remodelled and modern. This unit is on the first floor with some patio furniture outside near the owners' garden. We loved everything about the rental with its combination of charm, character and modern touches. Plus so many conveniences and amnenities! There is also a hot tub and sauna next-door for private booking. We met the owners on our 2nd day who were friendly and helpful with providing local tips for us. When we had questions they were very responsive. We enjoyed our time exploring, hiking, seeing the beauty of the alps and loved having this rental as our home base. Highly recommended!

All your dreams desire

Beautiful location, you can start hiking from the apartment directly or take a 5 min bus ride to Wilderswil from which you have access to all of the Berner Oberland. The apartment is equipped with all your dreams desire, from kitchen gadgets such as slicers, all kinds of tea and coffee equipment and spices, to the fluffiest towels I've ever felt. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and kind and the spa area includes a large TV opposite of the whirlpool inviting you to stay for as long as you like. Will be coming back!!

Nice little house with wonderful spa!

A very nice, small house, everything you need and very modern. Acces to a spa with a good jacuzzi. Only problem was it was a little to warm so we had to open some windows and then you will hear the cars on the busy road.

Amazing place to stay in interlanken!

Place is modern and close to the city center. The view is amazing and its close to the most important destinations. Owners are amazing, answer quickly and helpful, providing tons of information on how to navigate the area! We had amazing time in our stay here and would love to visit again.

A perfect place in a stunning location

My Wife and I just returned from a wonderful trip to magical Switzerland. The views astound and the location could not be better or more convenient. The hosts are excellent and helped make check in easy and had some great tips as well. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and Switzerland as a whole. Our only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for a great stay!!

Modern apartment in excellent location

The location is quite convenient. We took the bus from the train station, and the bus stop is right at the house. The property is very nicely renovated, and we especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub. The owners live adjacent to the apartment, and were friendly and helpful in providing information regarding the property and day trips. Highly recommended for a stay in Interlaken, and a good location for day trips to Grindelwald and Jungfrau.

Perfect place for Interlaken stay or for traveling around Switzerland

We knew immediately that Dependence OST was the place to stay for our 8 day Interlaken adventure. when we were greeted by Cascia as we exited the bus directly in front of the apartment. The one BR apartment was very new and exceptionally clean. It provided for all our needs and was very comfortable. The location would be hard to beat. Two bus stops located steps from our door leading to the two main train stations plus a 3-minute walk takes you to a third bus stop that takes you to Wilderswil train station. Several restaurants are located minutes down the street. If you're into preparing meals at the residence two grocery stores are within less than 5-minute walk in either direction. Downtown Interlaken is a ten-minute walk or a short 3-minute bus ride. All in all, I couldn't have selected a better location for our exploration of Switzerland. Diarmuid and Cascia were available in helping to plan the next days excursion offering help in our trips. You can't go wrong in selecting Dependence st or any of the Beyulapartments for your stay in Switzerland. Tom Eddy Fairview, PA, USA

Swiss dream vacation

Excellent vrbo. We spent two weeks there using this as our home base. The owners Diarmud and Cascia were extremely helpful in recommending hiking trails which provided spectacular views of the Swiss Alps. They were always available for any questions regarding transportation, grocery stores , restaurants , etc. They are truly 5 star hosts . The property was very well equipped and comfortable. The location in Interlaken provided us with easy access to sites of interest in the region. Highly recommend this property.

Great place and awesome host!

My fiance and I really enjoyed this property! It was very clean and in a great location. Diarmuid and his wife were really nice and really helpful! The hot tub and sauna were great additions and the exercise room looked good (although we didn't get a chance to use it). They provided us with a binder that had great recommendations and made everything really clear and easy to understand. They also were happy to answer our questions and give us recommendations on where to go and what to do. We really enjoyed staying there and definitely recommend it!

Five minutes walk from the center of Interlaken, the property is also on direct bus lines to Interlaken West, Interlaken Ost, and Wilderswil train stations. This leads you directly into the heart of the Jungfrau region where you can enjoy the magical valleys of Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald, and also the turquoise glacial lakes of Thun and Brienz.
2 minutes drive from the highway connecting to Luzern and Bern it is great if you wish to visit more distant Swiss attractions.
For those seeking a thrill we are well connected with all the activities in what is considered the adventure capital of Europe.
And if you would prefer a quiet stroll then is the beautiful 'kleine Rugen' just outside the apartment which boasts some fantastic walks for all levels and an open grill area so you can enjoy some fantastic time outside with the family.

This apartment is a little jewel. From each of the windows you have a great view. Beside the 'Kleine Rugen' you have a wide variety of short walks to long hikes starting right outside the door. At the same time you are 5 minutes walk from the center of Interlaken and all it has to offer.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in each apartment. The bathroom is designed for the convenience of visitors from all of the world.
