Florence was an amazing host at a beautiful property in a charming part of Burgundy. The property is only 10 minutes from the gorgeous town of Beaune and has ample space, beautiful bedrooms, gorgeous baths and entertainment areas, as well as a fully furnished kitchen with everything you could want provided. We had a wonderful time and are thankful to Florence for her hospitality, highly recommended.

The house did not disappoint! It was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. Our host Florence was amazing! Very warm and friendly and we loved meeting her and her wonderful daughter. All of our friends and family had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful family week at Florence's home near Beaune. It was absolutely perfect in every way and Florence was extremely helpful. We traveled with 2 young children and the house had high chairs, toys and a beautiful pool that we all enjoyed. We'd definitely come back.Thank you Florence!

Our family of 3 generations from 8 to 77 had a lovely relaxing week. So beautiful inside the home with very large rooms all pleasantly furnished and all appliances you could wish for.The pool was a joy especially with the incredible hot weather. It was special to meet Florence at the end of the week and exchange views. A shame not to have her presence earlier for more discussions on our chaotic world!

Charm’Attitude is a delightful country home perfect for large groups or families. Florence is a wonderful hostess and her dog Laza makes instant friends. The property is beautiful. Meursanges is quiet and peaceful. The center of Beaune is less than 15 minutes by car.

We had a fantastic week in Florence’s house. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed meals on the verandah and on tables under the trees. The pool was a great temperature and we enjoyed our swims after sticky days site seeing. The bedrooms were well appointed (beds comfy) and the kitchen had lots of different pot and crockery choices. The laundry had two washing machines, a dryer and clothes line and clothes racks so we could push through our loads of clothes. Florence lives in the adjacent house and we saw her from time to time when she checked in to see if we needed anything. She is charming and we enjoyed our conversations with her. Would highly recommend this house. Great base to visit Beaune, the wineries, Dijon and other plus Beaux villages of France (highly recommend Semur).

House was very nice with great amenities! Plenty of space for our party of 10 and an awesome large dining table that sat us all! The host was available to help with anything we needed. It was a great experience!
Stay was not complete without Liza the hosts pup!

Absolutely delightful week!

We spent a week in this beautiful villa to celebrate our mum's 70th and it was even better than expected! Really lovely rooms, with total privacy for everyone as each had their own bathroom. Fantastic spaces to share and enjoy with the family. LOVE IT, 10 out to 10!

Wonderful

Property is very large and quiet, with a gorgeous pool. An easy drive to downtown Beaune, with all its restaurants and historic sites. Center of Beaune is a postcard of France. The house interior was well appointed with five massive bedrooms with baths and showers. The house was very quiet with 18” stone walls throughout. Excellent cooking and eating areas.

Lovely location - ideal for family gatherings !

A beautiful property which has been well maintained with lovely amenities and tasteful furnishings. Florence is lovely and a pleasure to deal with. We were a group of 13 with young children, teenagers and elderly parents and we all enjoyed the house, pool and surrounding area. Thank you Florence for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon! Xx

Great stay but some differences by Description

It was great stay and the Pool and House was very clean but the landlords are living right next to us but Never complaint. The only complaint about Noise came by the mayor. The vibe of Freedom was Limited by the landlords living Next to us.

Good , could be great

Florence our host was very responsive and accommodating , allowing a late check in and helpful advice about the area. Accommodation was really large and all ensuites a good set up. Property generally is good and could be great with a bit more attention . Some of household items and furniture could use updating , others are state of the art.

Holiday inn Burgundy

Our group of 4 adults and 2 children had the most wonderful holiday! Everything from the beautiful property to the cozy details inside the house. Our family had plenty of room inside the house to roam around with numerous nooks to cuddle up in addition to the expansive patio and lawn outside. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. Florence, our host, was lovely and extremely hospitable and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Beaune is a short drive away through the countryside. It was all so charming! We cannot wait to come back!

Magnifique!

Our group loved staying at Charm'Attitude. It's a stunningly beautiful property and home and was ideal for our group since each couple had their own room and private bathroom. We were very busy while there with excursions to Beaune and outskirts. (There's so much to discover in this gastronomically and historically rich region!) My only regret in that we didn't spend enough time just relaxing at the house - in the sunshine by the pool and on the terrace. Also, Florence was terrific to work with - so nice, responsive, helpful and always available for us but still gave us our privacy. We can't wait to return next year!

Beautiful house in Meursanges

Owner Florence was delightful. My extended family of a range of ages (aged 3 years to 63 years) had a fabulous week. Beautiful house in a very pretty, quiet village close to Beaune. Spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms all tastefully decorated throughout. Great kitchen and dining room for large family dinners and lovely outside dining area too. Pool was spotlessly clean and great size for all ages for fun activities and swimming. Tea and coffee available but with check in on a Sunday one needs to be prepared in taking essentials e.g. fresh milk, bread and a few basics as no shop in village - nearby supermarket is a few km away but closes 12:30 Sunday.

Exceptional Experience

What can I say? This property surpassed our expectations-everything about it was perfect-the rooms, the quiet country location, the proximity to Beaune, the hostess, and the pool. The room set-up was particularly well suited to our big group of 10-each room had a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The stone walls of the country house are so thick that you do not hear any noises in the house which provides alot of privacy. AND, those walls keep the house very cool and comfortable even though we were there during a heat wave. Highly recommend to anyone!
