Villa Ricetro is a complex of 3 independent flats located in Montemagno in the Tuscan hills near Camaiore at the top of a hill ridge separating the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Apuan Alps. Its altitude of 300 metres and its proximity to the sea make it a place with an ideal climate.

Ideal for 3 families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 17 people. In total there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 11 beds, the other 6 are in sofa beds.

The property is located on a hill ridge between the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Private panoramic swimming pool with salt water on a terrace overlooking the sea.

20 minutes to the beautiful city of Lucca, 15 minutes to the sandy beaches of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. Large garden with barbecue.

The ancient structure once dedicated to the production of olive oil is immersed in nature, among woods and olive groves, in absolute peace. The small village of Montemagno can be reached on foot in a few minutes; there are 2 excellent restaurants in Montemagno.



The house, on 2 levels, is the union of the two flats "FRANCESCA 1 JUNIOR SUITE" and "FRANCESCA 2 SENIOR SUITE" and "FRANCESCA 3 EXTRA SUITE" with separate entrances:

On the ground floor of the "FRANCESCA 1" flat you will find a very spacious living room with masonry kitchen, fireplace, TV corner (TV with international channels, wifi) and a large dining table, the bathroom with shower compartment and storage-laundry room made out of an old cistern for collecting rainwater that was used by the olive mill for pressing olives. Moving upstairs you will find a mezzanine open onto the living room with a double bed and a 160cm wide French-type sofa bed.

In the staircase, between the ground floor and the loft, there is a door that we open only and exclusively if guests book this type of flat and leads to the flat of "FRANCESCA 2" where on the ground floor there is a living room with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people and a TV corner (TV with international channels, wifi), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine.

On the upper floor there is a very spacious double bedroom and a room with two single beds and a sofa bed suitable for a child. The two rooms have a beautiful view of the coast and the sea, on a clear day you can see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica.

"FRANCESCA 3" is on one level and is arranged as follows: Large wooden and glass double doors lead into the living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. The room has a lot of character provided by the original exposed stone wall, antique terracotta arch and ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles.

Against the back wall is a traditional Tuscan masonry kitchen with a large antique stone sink, a 5-burner gas cooker, oven and a refrigerator. In the centre of the room is a wooden table that comfortably seats 6. Light is provided by the double doors on one side, leading to the furnished terrace.

From the kitchen there is access to the private outdoor area with a spacious terrace with a table for outdoor dining.

The first of the two bedrooms is outside the living room. It is a double room suitable for children. On one side there is a single bed under which there is a second single bed that can be pulled out and used for a fourth person.
The 'double' room cannot be set up as a double, it is only suitable for an adult as a single room or used as a double for children. In the room there is a bathroom that has a whirlpool bath with shower.

The large master bedroom is located off the kitchen. It is a room with limited natural light and remains cool in the hot summer months.

The room is furnished with a double bed, an 1800s wooden chest of drawers and a large four-door wardrobe. There is a full bathroom with shower in the room. The rustic-elegant furnishings have many antiques.
The shared saltwater swimming pool is located in a separate area just a few metres from the house and in a panoramic position.
The three houses on the property were created from the careful restoration of the agricultural outbuildings of a 17th century farm villa.

Outside, you will find: - a private area where you can eat in complete privacy with a barbecue area; - a private area with a very spacious swimming pool with salt water and a Jacuzzi.
