Con más de 1.400 pies cuadrados de espacio de porche, incluyen 2 porches protegidos, esto es verdaderamente un escaparate casa que no se querrá perder la oportunidad.

Week of relaxing bliss

This is a phenomenal property that, while away from the beach a bit, offers a great reprieve from any of the busyness. There is a ton of outdoor deck space to sit and relax, and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The interior of the houses is laid out very well with plenty of space to relax. The only struggle I had with the interior of the house was the staircase up to the third floor, likely where kids would be sleeping. Spiral staircase with pretty small stairs. Other than that, wonderful place for a wonderful week!

Perfect and peaceful

We loved our stay here. We had coffee on the back balcony every morning, breakfast in the screened in porch, and evenings on the front porch. The house is so nice and comfortable and the location is a little more secluded, which was great for letting the kids play outside without worrying about cars. We had the best time!

This home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well laid out for a family. Our 7yo adores the third floor bunk room, and we appreciate that it stays cool and well air conditioned despite being so high up! The home is tucked away on the newer side of WaterColor, but we prefer this as it is quiet and sleepy after returning from the hustle and bustle of the pools, beach and town centers. Exclusive 30A is very responsive and easy to work with, though we barely needed them at all as we had no major issues during our stay. Looking forward to coming back!

This was a wonderful house and we had a great vacation! The house is so comfortable and well equipped with everything that you need in a home away from home. We loved the location .... quiet neighborhood but a short bike ride or golf cart to the beach, pool, shopping and food trucks!

We had a great time and property was fabulous! Communication was great with owner! We just suggest a little more paper towel, dishwasher liquid and garbage bags. A few spices such as salt and pepper would be helpful as well. Would definitely return to the property!!

The home has high end finishing sand comfortable furniture. We are repeat customers and will continue to be because we love it so much! The new golf cart was such a great bonus, we could fit the whole family when going to the beach club. Our only suggestion is that it is time for new mattresses in the rooms with king beds.

Great House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very well appointed and in better condition than most rental properties. We enjoyed the location - quiet and less congested than other areas with quick access to Publix. Our only complaint was with the management company - a few days prior to arrival we were informed the golf cart would be unavailable b/c it was involved in an accident - which is obviously out of their control; however, one of the primary reasons we chose this property was b/c the golf cart was included. I'm disappointed the mgt company didn't make an attempt to compensate for the situation with a credit or assistance securing a rental cart - the offer was to stay an extra night which was of no use since we flew and rebooking 4 airline tickets would cost more than paying for an extra night. All else was great with the property, but I don't feel the management company handled the golf cart situation properly - the house was marketed with a golf cart included and it was not available for my stay yet I was charged the same rate as if it was included (renting a cart for the week is approx. $900).

Amazing and beautiful home

Everything was just perfect. The house was so comfortable for our party of 8. Comfortable, clean, spacious. The only thing I would recommend would to have beach towels stocked in the home since their is no towel services at the pool or beach club.

Perfect Stay on 30A

The decor provided a relaxing atmosphere and there was plenty of space for our party of 8. The home was clean and the kitchen well-stocked with cookware and dishes (salt & pepper and additional trashbags, papertowels, and TP would be nice). The location was great too - a golf cart ride to Publix and Camp Watercolor. And the 395 beach access right down the road was easy too. Upon our arrival, we noticed the bikes that came with the rental were fairly dilapidated but Concierge Services got them swapped out within a few hours and we were good to go. I highly recommend this home as the neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and offers easy access to all the 30A happenings. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The 4 bikes that came with the house were in poor condition. Had to call the bike rental service daily to come fix the bikes. I’m hoping they don’t renew their contract with the same bike rental company. Our first day we couldn’t use the additional bikes rented because they had the wrong code.

Spring Break 2021

House was beautiful and spacious and clean. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the property and the location since it wasn’t right on the beach and in the community where everyone seemed to be. The birds chirping in the morning was nice and we really enjoyed riding the bikes and cruising around on the golf cart. Also watching the sun rise behind the trees and the backyard pond was lovely. Definitely would stay here again. We were a bit sad to leave today but surely will be back again! Thanks for a great getaway!

Incredible quiet location! Gorgeous, clean home!

We have been renting at Water Color for 10+ years and I will have to stay this was our favorite home so far! First off the house was spotless. The rental company took extra cleaning precautions due to COVID-19 which I appreciated as well. They provided plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, and the grill was great! The layout of the home gave all six of us plenty of space. We really enjoyed all of the porches as well. What I liked most about this house was the location.. close enough for a bike ride or golf cart ride (awesome addition) to Publix or the beach but it was far enough away from the “main area” that it was super quiet and private. We really enjoyed this property and will be coming back again!
