Bonita y acogedora villa situada en el pueblo de pescadores Binibeca Vell, un lugar con mucho encanto por sus calles estrechas y sus casas blancas que forman un laberinto donde poder perderse un buen rato.



Villa Binizahira ofrece espacio para 6 personas, dispone de un salón muy confortable, cocina completamente equipada, 3 dormitorios todos con aire acondicionado y 2 baños. Además dispone de WIFI gratis en todo el alojamiento y televisión por satélite.



La zona exterior consta de una bonita terraza con zona para poder comer y una fantástica piscina, donde podrá pasar unas veladas estupendas junto a su familia o amigos.

Excellent Villa in superb location

This is our second year staying in Binizahira a well appointed villa in a superb location. Communication with Joan was excellent throughout the booking process. We will hopefully be returning next year and would highly recommend the villa and Mauter villas

Great stay, highly recommend!

The property was in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The property was clean and tidy including around the pool. The pool was cleaned every other day and the terrace was out bbq was a great addition. Our favourite part was the view of the sea from the terrace.

Pool and shaded areas were great. Pool towels a nice touch as was the welcome pack. Broken Aircon in bedrooms upon arrival however it was fixed within a day after the units were all replaced and we were kept informed of progress. Some of the crockery and glasses had chips which wasn't ideal.

Had a great stay at this villa.

It’s in a great location near the supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Pool is a great size although would be too deep if you have smaller kids. House is a good size, furniture is basic but fine. Only issue was the agency’s responsiveness over the weekend. We had an issue with the WiFi and AC and while it was resolved quickly once they did respond, we had sent a message on Saturday evening once we’d checked in, but didn’t hear back till Monday morning when they were back in the office. Not ideal.

The villa is in an excellent location, close to all the amenities in Binibeca and with a lovely aspect from the patio towards the sea. It is close to the neighbouring villa however which means you can hear your neighbours clearly even if you can't see them. The villa is clean, spacious and well furnished, though some aspects are a little dated. The swimming pool is large and deep and great for relaxing. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. However the knives in the kitchen could do with sharpening and we couldn’t use the tin opener provided. The lack of a bluetooth speaker was soon rectified when raised and the villa managers are relatively responsive but allow for a few hours for a reply to any messages. There are plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable and lightweight to move around the space. However the orientation of the pool means the sun starts to disappear from part of the patio from 4pm. There is a good parking space.

Mauter Villas est une agence très professionnelle, à l'écoute de ses clients et qui répond rapidement à nos interrogations ou demandes vous pouvez leur faire confiance. Nous avons été très sensible à leur geste lors de l'accueil : un joli panier garni afin de découvrir les spécialités de la région. Lage, Pool und Sicht, Einteilung Räume sehr gut, zwei Badezimmer Mehr Handtücher und Abwaschlapoen, 1 zweites Schneidebrett, mehr als 1 Abfallsack, Tabs für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine (diese Dinge kann man nur in Grosspackungen kaufen und wir waren nur 10 Tage dort..)

Perfect villa, great pool, everything needed to feel at home

Perfect villa!!!! the pool is bigger and deeper than it looks on the photos which was a pleasant surprise. the villa itself feels huge. and it felt like we were in our own house - washing machine we used loads, a dishwasher which was great. coffee machines, kettles, pots, pans, cutlery everything we needed! the little gift hamper on arrival immediately got us hooked to the litttle sugary biscuit type treats. pool was very clean and warm. had a net to fish out dead bugs, and a sweeping brusheverything we needed. was 5 mins away from 2 different (small) supermarkets, had a VERY nice bar on the end of the street, and a couple of good restaurants nearby, and a little street of cheaper restaurants bars. the poolyard where we spent 90% of the time was south facing (or would be in England??)whatever position meaning we had sun the whole day, which was perfect. it had a tv dvdeven a CD player. we hooked up my Nintendo switch and everything worked perfectly. also had a couple of board games! will definitely be returning. we loved it. thanks so much! very much worth the value. Nothing

Superbe maison à l'architecture contemporaine dotée d'une vue mer et l'exposition plein Sud. Les photos sont parfaitement conformes à nos attentes. Le seul bémol serait la décoration intérieure un peu dépassée et en décalage par rapport à la maison elle-même. Je recommande ce produit.

Villa Binizahir

Très belle maison avec du potentiel très bien placée mais pas d’entretien : odeur de renfermé, piscine très sale à l’arrivée, 2 climatisations sur 4 qui ne marchent pas, pas d’eau dans la maison chaque soir de 21h30 à 24h pendant l’arrosage automatique extérieur, chasse d’eau qui fuit( réparée par la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine une fois dans le séjour), très difficile de trouver la maison à l’arrivée car le numéro de l’adresse est faux ( 65 au lieu de 12). Très cher pour les prestations proposées. Mais l’environnement est sublime ( village, mer...) et nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Minorque.
