Apartamento frente al mar con un balcón inolvidable con vista al mar, cerca de Nafplio, Micenas, Epidauro y todos los lugares arqueológicos de Argolis.

Apartamentos bien equipados con cocina, baño, balcón con vista al mar y sala de estar.

Desde el balcón el visitante podrá admirar la magnífica vista al golfo Argólida, así como a la histórica fortaleza de Nafplion llamada "Palamidi" y "Bourtzi".

Los apartamentos están frente a la playa privada bastante pedregosa, a pocos pasos de distancia, disfrutando de su natación cada vez. Además, la vista desde el balcón le golpeará, especialmente el amanecer.

Los apartamentos están situados en un lugar tranquilo en el borde del pueblo, pero todo lo que necesita se encuentran muy cerca a pie.

Restaurantes, tabernas, minimarkets y panadería están a poca distancia a lo largo de una pasarela que serpentea a lo largo de la atractiva playa rocosa.

Kiveri pueblo es un pequeño pueblo de pescadores al lado del mar del golfo histórico de la Argólida. Desde allí las áreas más famosas de Epidaurus (45 km), Mycenae (20 km), Nafplion (12 km), Tyrins (12 km), Argos (12 km) Tolo (20 km), Nemea antigua (27 km), Korinthos Olympia (160 km) de fácil acceso en coche. Atenas está a sólo 150 kilometros lejos en coche. En invierno si te gusta esquiar o hacer snowboard Kalavyta (125 km) es el mejor lugar para visitar.

La estación de autobuses está a sólo 500 metros de los apartamentos. Hay rutas para Argos todo el día haciendo la accesibilidad en el pueblo fácil.

Fabulous views, very comfortable apartment, good location for restaurants and beach

Very comfortable and spacious apartment - range of facilities to make stay easier. Excellent communication with host and his mother. Location is superb for both staying local or travelling and exploring. Would highly recommend.

Lovely spot. The view is amazing and the village while small is convenient with a great bakery and restaurant. The host met us at the property and gave us lots of suggestions pertaining to the area. It was clean and well stocked. We recommend this property.

Einfach nur schön!

Super Wohnung, irre Ausblick, tolles Wetter, ein netter Ort mit unterschiedlichen Tavernen, nahe bei den archäologischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, es fehlte an absolut nichts. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ein rundum wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Great property, wonderful non touristy village near Nafpilo. Good base for seeing Mycenae, Tiryns or spending time in Nafpilo. Hear the water, walk down to the water and stick your feet in or swim - wonderfully warm even in late October. Christos was warm and inviting, the place felt safe (the internet was strong). And it was fun to stare across the Bay at night and see the lights of Nafplio (Modern Greece's first Capital). We were shocked by how great the local restaurants were, several in easy walking distance, others a quick drive away. Taste tomatoes, cucumbers, lemons and oranges the way they really should taste. And what those cooks can do with an Eggplant! So for a great experience in Greece - base yourself in this area and stay with Christos! (And have GPS to get to all the sites)

Excellent location and view

The property is a no-frills one bedroom apartment with a view to kill for. It is located in Kiveri, a quiet and small village that is a good base to visit Mycenae, Epidavros and Nafplio and its amazing Palamidi Fortress. Kiveri has several restaurants, bars, a couple of markets and small beaches to relax and enjoy the warm and quiet ocean.

Schönes Appartment direkt am Meer gelegen, vom Balkon aus toller Ausblick über die Bucht. Netter und gut erreichbarer Vermieter, Verständigung auf Englisch (Christos) oder Französisch (Maria) ging ganz unkompliziert. Über einen schönen Fußweg am Meer sind Supermarkt und Bäcker im Ort gut zu erreichen (ca. 600 m). Kiveri ist ideal gelegen, um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Peloponnes wie Mykene, Epidauros, Tiryns etc. anzuschauen und es gibt mehrere schöne Strände in der Nähe. Einziger „Kritikpunkt“: WLAN funktioniert nur sporadisch (hätten das Internet gerne öfter für die Planung unserer Bergtouren genutzt)

Perfect apartment just above the sea - just like the balcony of a cruise ship

We spent a wonderful time in this apartment in Kiveri, it is very clean with very nice bath- and bedrooms. The location of the village is perfect for a mixed beach and sightseeing vacation, as the main tourist attractions of Peloponnes, namely Epidauros, Mykene, Korinthos and Nauplia are all more or less close by. Only the visit of Olympia required a 3 hours drive (and 3 hours back in the evening). The swiming place of this apartment is 20 m away and very nice, we enjoyed also the wonderful footpath directly at the waterfront, which leads from this house to some excellent taverns close by. I can really recommend this apartment, we definitely would book it again.

Vue superbe sur la baie de Nauplie.

Tout était parfait. Appartement contemporain bien aménagé. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Beaucoup d'explications sur la région. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche et des fruits à l'arrivée. À conseiller , grande terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer. Magnifique. Petite plage quasi privée, mais en galets. Nécessité de chaussures de plage. Situation à 15 min en voiture de Nauplie. Plages de sable fin à 10 min en voiture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Comfortable apartment with great views across the bay

Very comfortable apartment with all the facilities at a very reasonable price. Lovely to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the world - great views across to Nafplion and its amazing castle. Swimming good but rocky and not for young children. Also, many steps down to the sea and up to the road. Good base for touring, especially if you are interested in the history of Ancient and not so ancient Greece - Argos, Mycenae, Epidauros and, of course, Nafplion.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit Bademöglichkeit

Schön eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr sauber toller Blick auf die Bucht von Nafplio. Der Weg ins Dorf am Wasser entlang, einfach schön.

Stunning view over the bay. Small but immaculate apartment.

Although the apartment was small it had everything we needed for our weeks holiday. Very clean and maid also came during our stay to change beds and towels. As Kiveri is a holiday destination for Greek families it can be noisy, we didn't venture on to any of the beaches as they were too busy .Luckily the apartments have their own private stoney beach which was peaceful. The water is fabulous to swim in.

Excellent holiday just on the beach

We had a great week in Kiveri. The apartment is very beautiful like in photos. The view from balcony was amazing. We enjoyed our swimming in the beach front of the apartment. A foot path front of the apartment drive to the village where we found everything, taverns, coffee, super market, bakery e.t.c It is a great place to relax on the sea. Thank you Christos for your help.
