Breakers Pointe es una casa frente al mar de 2200 pies cuadrados ubicada en la subdivisión Pointe San Luis. Esta casa de dos pisos cuenta con un concepto de cocina, comedor y sala de estar abierta. Hermosas plantas de pino en dificultades en toda la casa además de un montón de ventanas hace que esta casa se siente amplio y luminoso.

La cocina incluye un rinc������n de desayuno frente a la playa para que pueda disfrutar de vistas a la playa, mientras que comer. Una gran mesa de comedor reunir a la familia para las comidas y hace un gran lugar para reunirse para los juegos de mesa de la familia.

Esta casa se encuentra en una zona tranquila y se encuentra en un callejón sin salida. acceso a la playa está disponible con una duna comunidad walk-over ubicado a sólo una casa lejos.

Great location, beach view, & spacious. However, water pressure in all indoor showers was very low (rendering useless), refrigerator was not very cold, there were no blankets/bedding, or pillows for Murphy bed room. When we inquired, they shared they would get back to us and never did.

The ocean view was stunning - the vacuum cord was cut, Guest should be encouraged to bring beach toys and towels. More like a hotel as far as many extras. The upstairs pedestal sink was leaking and upstairs bathtub missing the drain stopper The stove is very old and rusty- washer and dryer are great. The AC automatically is set to change to 83 several times a day - BUT a Great place for multiple children.

Great view and easy access to beach

Property was accurately listed. Lots of bed space, beautiful open main room. Bed mattresses could do with replacing and poor noise insulation, but for 6 adults this was a great vacation stay.

Family fun

It was the perfect home for a family fun trip. Steps away from the beach. We unfortunately had cold wet weather but the house was perfect for gathering around the table for games. With amazing views.

Great House and Location!

This is a perfect house for our annual family beach trip; there is enough room to accommodate our grown children and their babies, whether we are sleeping, eating, playing board games or watching TV. The location is great since the beach crossover is just a few steps away. The view from the balconies is great as well. We will definitely be back!

Not exactly perfect

Its a older house. A/C worked great. Skillets are terrible. Cant close bedroom doors or it gets hot. Garbage cans weren't taken out before we arrived and not while we stayed. Watermelon rinds and crawfish shells were in the yard. Better prearrival inspection will help.

Great ocean view and easy access to the beach

A good layout with great beach access and well supplied kitchen. Great for kids. Good location and a good working AC. The stove had a burner that wasn’t working. TV and WIFI sometimes would suddenly disconnect. We enjoyed our stay as a large family.

Fun in the Moonlight

Private, peaceful location for our family of seven. Perfect timing for the full moon (Sturgeon Moon) that came rising up blood red out of the sea. The film-makers of the group got some fantastic moonlight footage. Waves were very calm (no breakers). House is well-appointed & thoughtfully designed. Loved it! We will be back.

Upstairs beds

Up stairs beds were squeaky and one toilet upstairs made high pitch noise. Minor stuff, just a bit annoying for those sleeping upstairs. Beautiful home, I highly recommend.

Picture perfect view!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is upscale, the house is charming and comfortable. The view of the beach is breathtaking and picturesque. There is nothing detracting from this property except perhaps the distance from shopping and entertainment. However, to be fair all properties on this island are limited in this way. Just expect a 25 minute drive each way for any major shopping and entertainment. There are a few (very few) convenience stores, restaurants and gas stations outside of downtown Galveston so plan accordingly.

Wonderful!!!

We had a great week long stay at this property! House was comfortable and cozy. Location was perfect! Parking in driveway only accommodates 2 1/2 vehicles. All others will need to park in street. There are no closets in the rooms, but there were hooks all over each of the rooms and bathrooms that made up for it. We initially planned on 12 people and ended up with 9. 5 adults and 4 kiddos. We would have been uncomfortable if all 12 had come. Wonderful week and would definitely rent the house again!!

Phenomenal Proximity to Beach

This place had a really phenomenal proximity to beach!. Neighborhood was great. House is great for a family trip. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked, making cooking very easy. The only negative feedback we have is the mattresses. All furniture was old which isn’t really an issue, but the mattresses felt like poor quality old mattresses. That said, one couple was able to very comfortably sleeping on downstairs king bed. Mattress upgrades would make this place unbeatable. Might consider putting a real queen in the Murphy room, though that room is nosy for sleeping if anyone is awake downstairs. (Just something to know when making sleep plans.)

Beautiful views and charming beach house!

We were absolutely so pleased with our choice the minute we walked into this cozy and charming house. We absolutely loved the decor and how well each room was put together. So much space to sit alone and read or gather together at the beautiful wood table set between the kitchen and living area. My husband and daughters felt right at home. I love to cook and I had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner… pots, pans and cookware were at my reach, including a new blender to make smoothies. The grocery store is also close by if we needed anything our family craved. Bring your beach towels and other things needed to sit comfortably on the beach! Our family will definitely be returning to this quiet perfect getaway beach front home!

the home is lovely but blinds are needed. The living room is so bright in the morning you need sun glasses. the bathroom upstairs has no blinds and the neighbors can see in. the pots and pans are in terrible shape, broken handles and all. Little stingy with the towels.

Nice house with great beach access

Our group of 12 people, including 4 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has great beach access and a lovely balcony that we all enjoyed. Three of the bedrooms also have balcony access. We were disappointed to find out that they have a strict no visitor policy as we have family that wanted to visit during the day. They do make you sign a contract. You may consider asking to look over the contract before you book. The portion of the beach directly in front of the house has no vehicle access, which we were happy about. You can park nearby on the beach if needed, though. Overall it was a great location and accommodated our large group well.
