The Garden and the big grill. Moderate parking situation. Parking is available right outside the front door, on the public street. It's not always certain that you'll find an open spot. Twice we had to park on the parallel street. It's probably worse in the summer.

The house was in a nice area

The house was in a nice area. Walking distance to the beach promenade and restaurants. A car can be useful for getting to the centrethe beach. There was also a bus. The pool was lovely. 22/06/26

Lovely villa

Lovely villa. It had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Beautiful pool and lovely garden. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area. A little out of the centre of Cascais but Uber’s were great value and always on time. The villa would suit couples, groups and families. Paulo from Allure Villas was great from start to finish. We booked here for myself, my wife, my 19 year old son, my 12 year old son and my 7p year old mother

We booked here for myself, my wife, my 19 year old son, my 12 year old son and my 7p year old mother to attend a local wedding. We also had my 18month old nephew stay over with us for 1 night and 3 visitors during our stay - the views below are from all of them. The property: everyoje that visited said that the villa is stunning. Super clean but still with lots of personal touches that make it look homely rather than clinical. The rooms are a great size and well presented throughout. The pool and garden are both lovely and well looked after - a bit of advice for baby feet is to hose down the artifical grass quickly during the hottest times as it gets very warm on their feet but this is not a bother as the hose is right there. The area: Some great places to eat but the pavements were a challenge for my mother so give plenty time to walk slowly. Paulo was a great property manager and was quick to respond and very informative so thank you to him. 21/09/26

Very surprised how good this place was to stay

Very surprised how good this place was to stay. Great locale , 5 min walk to supermarket, 20 minutes to great cliff top restaurants Very clean and lots of space Loved the multi pile ensuited bedrooms. Good for 4 person stays Pool warm and clean Wind was the only negative in caiscias tgst May week but we played golf anyways May 17, 2023

Beautiful villa with well kept garden and lots of outside seating, barbecue, etc. the heated pool was brilliant and really made the holiday. The house was fully equipped and spotless. Decor a little dated but traditional Portuguese so just different for us. We had a wonderful stay. Six of us, three generations, and it worked out perfectly. 10/05/25

Spacious apartment in a quiet area

Spacious apartment in a quiet area. The heated pool was very nice. Nearest grocery stores within walking distance. Great for a larger group, as three bedrooms have their own shower and toilet. Common rooms really spacious. The owners and villa manager were always quick to answer questions. Can recommend a place. 03/05/25

Fantastic family holiday at Villa Quinta da Marinha II. The villa was in a fantastic location, close to shops and a short walk/drive to the sea, restarsunts and Cascais. The villa was very spacious and was perfect for our family holiday with our 11 month old baby. Paulo at Allure Villas was a great host and couldn't have been more helpful. Great villa, would recommend. 02/06/24 The decor in the villa was slightly dated and the showers could do with modernising. 02/06/24

We all thought the villa was fantastic - loads of room for the 9 of us and brilliantly kitted out for our toddler. The pool was great and there was loads of outdoor space for everyone. The only slight criticism I would have were there were quite a few ants in the kitchen and you could maybe use an extra baking tray and chopping board. But overall it was excellent, thank you 30/05/25

The villa is a great place to stay with family

The villa is a great place to stay with family. There were a lot of extra amenities not listed, such as a dryer, a changing table, and much more. I can definitely recommend this place. Also for people with less mobility as there is an elevator present. The hosts were also very proactive in communicating, which felt very welcoming. Only a slight issue with one of the keys not working well, but hopefully it will be solved for the next guest. Miguel and Paulo thank you so much for all your help!

We loved our stay in allure villas

We loved our stay in allure villas. The house is extremely spacious and comes equipped with everything you need. We were welcomed at the door by Paulo who gave us a welcome pack of some delicious local Portuguese produce as well as a tour of the house and lots of local recommendations. The neighbourhood is very stylish and peaceful but still close to shops like Lidl and spar and a 10 min stroll from a group of waterside restaurants ( casa de guia). It’s also walking distance from the centre of cascais - though it is possible to rent bikesscooters for a shorter journey! All in all, made for a lovely holiday - thank you! 12/06/25

Preciosa casa.

Hemos pasado 5 días en esta hermosa casa. Fuimos 5 personas pero había espacio para más. Disfrutamos de una casa espaciosa y limpia tal cual aparece en las fotografías, tiene un ascensor, una lavandería y una enorme barbacoa. Solo comentar algún fallo que estoy segura solventarán pronto. No nos entregaron la llave del garaje, pero no había problema para aparcar delante de la casa. La bañeras de hidromasaje no funcionaban así como el lavavajillas. A pesar de esto repetiríamos otra vez.

Lapsiperheille hyvin sopiva huvila uima-altaineen. Vauvatarvikkeet ja pelit olivat mukava yllätys. Huonekalut kaipaisivat vähän uudistusta. Mutta kaiken kaikkiaan erinomainen lomapaikka. Pre & Post Wedding Stay in Cascais

Overall we were very satisfied with the property. It was in a quiet and secure location and within a short taxi/Uber ride into the beautiful town of Cascais. The positives include size of the house, living space, bedrooms , garden, BBQ area and swimming pool. There only a few negatives with the house namely that some of the Aircon units did not work but thankfully temperatures were very pleasant indeed during the 9 days. The Saturday we arrived chemicals were put into the swimming pool which meant that it could not be accessed until late Sunday afternoon. However the most disturbing matter was the fact that a neighbour across the street had keys to access the property. We left the house on Wednesday 5th for the wedding ceremony and did not return until Friday 7th. When we got back we found the front door open and this neighbour was in the house. She said she was only checking up on it and left promptly. Later we discovered that some items had been moved in bedrooms and other items were missing including ear phones and a table cloth that my wife purchased to bring back to Ireland. We could not say for certain if she took them and whether she was in the the house on other occasions. We informed Paulo. It did not spoil our time there but I would think twice before using that house again which is a pity.

Dear Karl, Thank you for your comments and we are glad that you could enjoy your stay at the villa. Regarding the problem with the air-conditioning and the pool, the villa manager and the owner were informed and will take care of the issues. Regarding the episode with the neighbor, we have clarify with the owner, as it was the first time that this happened. Indeed, the the neighbor that lives in front of the villa has a key for any eventual problem when the owners are not at the villa (the owners don't live there), but of course she is not going to the villa when there are guests. The neighbor saw the villa empty for more than 1 day (you were probably on the weeding) and an open window and decided to check, instead to call the villa manager first. She was there to check the villa when you have arrived. She has explained to you what happened and left. We have reported to the owner that this cannot happen and he will inform the person. Regarding the itens that had been moved in bedrooms and other items that were missing, as you say, the villa was left with an open window when you were away so anyone could go inside the villa. We will contact you by email regarding this issue. We apologize the inconvenient and are at your disposal for any other clarification. Best regards, Allure Villas team

A well proportioned and equipped spacious villa

A fine property. Kitchen very well equipped. Great pool and garden. Spacious bathrooms and good water pressure. Beds in 3 ensuite rooms are very small double size and comfort levels could be a lot better with larger or twin beds. Skimpy towel supply and no beach towels. Living room very dated and could be refreshed. Strong smell of damp and drains. Location good but 800m from beach not true... it’s a good 3 to 4kms.
