Este espacioso albergue de verano ubicado en la comunidad de la línea de nieve tiene capacidad para 14 personas (4 habitaciones, 5 camas, 2 sofás cama) y cuenta con 3 baños. Enorme casa de estilo lodge con 2 grandes áreas comunitarias, incluida una que está separada de las áreas de los dormitorios. Justo enfrente del estanque de pesca, piscina (estacional - día conmemorativo abierto - día del trabajo) y zona de juegos. ¡4 dormitorios y 3 baños! Arriba tiene 1 habitación king, 1 habitación queen y una habitación con literas dobles. En la planta baja hay un conjunto de literas queen en el cuarto dormitorio. Sofá cama desplegable en la sala de estar. Sofá convertible en 2da sala de estar. 2 salas de estar separadas, 2 chimeneas, mesa de bar y futbolín, televisor de pantalla plana de 1080p / reproductor de rayos azules en la sala de estar principal (* tenga en cuenta que no hay satélite o cable). Amplia cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y máquina de café espresso. Barbacoa de gas en una gran terraza delantera que domina el estanque y las comodidades de la línea de nieve (piscina, diamante de béisbol, herraduras e increíble área de juego), fogata en el amplio patio trasero.

As advertised, this house was a great fit for my group of 8 adults. Plenty of space and ample bedrooms. The kitchen was also very well stocked for preparing our own meals. Colin was communcative before the stay everything went smoothly during the stay.

Great House, Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was perfect for hiking Mt. Baker, and the area was very cute. House is a bit dated as other reviewers mentioned, but everything was clean and all of the extra amenities (cookware/family games/hot tub/grill) were appreciated and made the stay super enjoyable. Host was very responsive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot in the Nooksack valley. Easy access to ski area and hiking, mini-grocery, a restaurant or 3 and a bakery! Comfy beds, hot tub is actually hot, everything you need. Extensive movie and video game collections. Nearest satellite TV to catch the game is across the street at Chair 9 :-)

Excellent Stay

Property was as described, older but clean and everything worked great. Cabin is in an excellent location, near the playground and pond. Hiking around Artist Point was fantastic, with gorgeous mountain views all around.

Mountain getaway

We had a fantastic stay in the mansion, it was the perfect place to chill out and comfortably crash after a day in the mountains. The snowline comunity never disappoints. Everyone in our party, including the kiddos loved our stay.

Fun Mt. Baker Getaway!

This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed with a group of friends - both adults and kids. The house is well equipped and comfortable. It is also very close to tons of activities and in a great private neighborhood!

Great family vacation place

This is a great house for a large family group including kids. Located across from a pond and playground and a short walk to the river. So many amenities to keep kids occupied; fussball, board and video games, books etc. So many great hiking opportunities nearby ant Mt. Baker. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Really great for families

The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Loved the park across the street and the private, BEAUTIFUL neighborhood. Great location with so much to explore in the area. The spa area was so nice, and loved the play room area that separated the loud kids playing from the adults. The only negative was the house needed a deep clean. Areas of the home needed cobwebs dusted and floors and corners vacuumed. Loved it, and want to come again!

Great Spot for Families!

My family (including siblings and their kids) stayed for a weekend and it was great! The kids LOVED it, the space was huge and the back deck was the perfect place to relax and bbq. There were so many fun games and activities for the kids to discover, and lots of space for them to play, which made it much easier on the rest of us :p And lots of bedrooms/places to sleep as well. Colin was easy to communicate with and check-in was really straightforward.

Great host!

Good communication and perfect place for a non formal or family gathering. There was a little hiccup with check in procedure and unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working but Colin was all over it and helped us out. Would recommend.

Girls Weekend

We stayed the weekend here for a girls weekend. The house is within walking distance of Chair 9. The hot tub was wonderful and there were lots of games and movies to take advantage of in the rain!

This was the perfect place after hiking. So comfortable and with so many provided activities (games, puzzels, books, movies, video games). The owner was also very reponsive and nice. My kid is already talking about going back.

Huge house. Great location.

Myself & 3 other senior ladies stayed here for 3 days to hike Mt Baker area. We loved the view of the pond and convenience to hiking. Not much more to add from what other reviewers have already said - it’s all true! We had some confusion about key pick up, but the owner was very responsive and issue was resolved quickly.

It's a very cozy cabin in a lovely community with great amenities. We enjoyed taking our kids to the park and pond across the street as well as the hiking trail down to the river. Pizza at the Chair 9 restaurant nearby was excellent. We cooked most meals in the kitchen. It was very well stocked as far as cookware goes but expect to bring any food items including spices and cooking oil you might need. The house has nice gathering spaces but the kitchen and dinning room were a bit tight for our big goup of 10 people. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Beds were fine but pillows were flat so recommend bringing your own.

Nice large home

Nice large home in Deming. Great location for hiking or skiing in the Mt Baker area. The home easily accommodated our group of 7. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned with plenty of items, although some of the pans should be removed as the non-stick is loose and flaking. Check in was easy, but be sure to review the online house information using the link in the welcome email. The house is nice, could use some updating. The location is very nice and quiet. We would stay here again.

The only thing slightly negative I can say is the required clean up and disposal of garbage/recycling with the threat of fines. Believe a cleaning fee was included in the price. We enjoyed the stay though. A guest came and the owner was able to remotely open the gate, which was nice.( We were not back yet from sightseeing)

Thanks for the feedback Nancy. The only reason I had to put the responsibility back on the renters for garbage was because when I didn't, nobody would take the time to separate out the recycling properly. Unfortunately this county doesn't have "all in one" recycling. If I did include the sorting and disposal of garbage in the cleaning service, I'd just have to charge a higher cleaning fee. This way, at least the renter can choose if they want to pay for it or not. Glad you enjoyed it otherwise! -Colin

Wonderful Summer Lodge

We had a wonderful time at the summer lodge! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Supplies were well-stocked and the house was exceptionally clean. The place is a little dated, but that's part of its charm. It is an old-school ski 'cabin'. The rec room was huge and had an xbox and a fun video game setup at the bar. It's a great home to take kids to - the playground is across the street as well as the fishing pond and the tennis/pickleball courts are up the street. The neighborhood is really safe for biking and walking. Overall - it's a great place to stay!

Reunion 2019

The property was great for families with children. The big bonus room seemed nearly soundproofed from the rest of the house. Kids could play their games and do their karaoki to their hearts content and adults could visit in the large living room undisturbed. Also being literally across the street from the common community area with pool, ball courts, and playground was ideal for our group of kids from 2 to 15 yrs old. All in all, we had a great time in Glacier. The major drawback was no cellphone service.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! I'm sorry to hear the cell service was an issue. There is T-Mobile and WiFi coverage right at the house but once you leave the house you are out of luck out there, other than a couple of WiFi hot spots. Some people really enjoy being off the grid, but I understand (which is why I added the T-Mobile coverage).

Large house suitable for families

The house is well located for recreational activities at Mt Baker. The common rooms are large and well-equipped with games and other diversions. On the negative side, we could not get the hot tub to heat up over 91 degrees--that could be our failure to understand the controls. The kitchen could benefit from a thorough reorganization. Large amounts of miscellaneous kitchen equipment are crammed into drawers and lazy susans. Redundant and incomplete equipment and implements should be culled.

Wish our schedule had allowed more time

This was a very comfortable place to stay, with plentiful amenities, thoughtful signage, and cozy atmosphere. Various small difficulties we had were probably our fault due to not having the ability to drill down into the fine print of all the instructions. (We arrived on day 20 of a 44-day, 23-state driving trip, and it all got somewhat overwhelming.) Our fault for not advertising Wi-Fi calling with our carrier in advance, so the lack of cell service was problematic. Luckily Colin was very quickly responsive when we figured out
