Quiet Family Retreat

Location is perfect, only minutes away from many restaurants and the (Shuttle) Bus station. Very quiet neighborhood and the balcony is perfect for having a nice sunny breakfast.Flat was completely renovated and offers everything you could expect; pricing was fair and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Sirmione picture perfect

Just as described the property was as nice as expected. The hostess was charming and helpful. The views from the terrace facing the lake was a highlight and made for very pleasant evenings taking in the view of the magnificent lake and mountains. Easy access to numerous local sights including the cable car at Mount Baldo. A car is very helpful and the property includes a private enclosed garage. Without a car the area would still be very enjoyable because of its natural beauty and very walkable access to fabulous archaeology and historic features including a castle!

Schöne Unterkunft!

Nicoletta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und hat uns gefallen. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Ein Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz steht zur Verfügung (hat unser Auto vom Hagelschaden bewahrt). Nur das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber den Zweck. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen! Wohnung mit einigen Schwächen

Wir können die positiven Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger leider nicht so ganz nachvollziehen. Vorweg: Nicoletta ist eine nette Vermieterin. Da wir beide während des Aufenthaltes krank waren, hätte sie sich rührend bemüht, was aber nicht nötig war. Die Wohnung ist groß, würde genügend Platz für 4 Personen bieten. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, was wir im Oktober nicht mehr benötigten. Geschirr, Handtücher etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Was uns nicht zugesagt hat, war die Sauberkeit. In der Küche fühlten sich alle Griffe und Geräte klebrig an. Alles staubfrei zu halten, ist bei den vielen Dekosachen schwierig. Die Mülleimer waren schmutzig, im Bad nicht geleert. Die angekündigte Erneuerung, besonders im Bad, ist dringend nötig. Wir hatten einen Türgriff in der Hand, die Badewanne ist grau, der Spiegelschrank antik. Die Einfachscheiben der Fenster klappern. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist im Sommer gut, aber ein größeres Auto passt kaum rein. Nach einer Renovierung ist die Wohnung bestimmt zu empfehlen.

Ein traumhafter Ausblick beim Frühstück

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich und immer per Whats App erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt 100 m vom Gardasee entfernt. Direkt vor der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Spielplatz. Es gibt jede Menge fantastischer Restaurants fußläufig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch diverse direkt vor der Tür. Dank des Schuttelbuses ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt von Sirmione. Und dann der Autobahn ganz schnell über all (Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Gardaland,... uvm.) Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. ☆☆☆☆☆ Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in prima Lage. Die Tiefgarage war für unseren VW Bus gerade noch zugänglich. Ein Internetzugang würde das Ganze noch aufwerten. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Nicoletta war unkompliziert.

Super Wohnung nah am See

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Klimaanlage war Gold wert bei der Hitze. Der See ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, Bäcker und Supermarkt ebenfalls.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Gardasee

Wir haben in den Pfingstferien 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Betreuung durch Nicoletta war von Anfang bis Ende sehr herzlich und sie hat alle Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung selbst liegt ganz wunderbar im Ortsteil Colombare. Es war unglaublich ruhig obwohl man nur ein paar Schritte vom See und der Ortsmitte entfernt ist. Der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft und die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie entspricht genau den Fotos. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns absolut nicht daran gestört. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder zu Nicoletta in diese Wohnung kommen wenn wir den Gardasee besuchen.

We loved staying at Nicoletta's apartment. It's on the top floor with a nice view over the rooftops to Lake Garda. The apartment is spacious. Even though the style isn't quite what we would normally go far, it is full of charm. We were comfortably able to cook our meals. The only downside was the water pressure in the bathroom is quite weak, so it was difficult to have a good shower... but we just had a nice bath instead! There is a decent supermarket just 300-400m away and it's only a few minutes to walk to all the cafes and restaurants in the main part of Sirmione. The lake is only a few hundred metres away with nice walking along the bank. If you want to go to the historical old centre of Sirmione at the end of the peninsula you can either walk or rent a bike (it's about 3km away) or drive and park at the gate. Go EARLY as there are a million tourists - as in, be at the parking before 9am. On the 1st Sunday of the month entry to the castle is free. Once again, you want to be first in line (it opens at 9:30) so we'd recommend getting there at 9:10 to be first in. The views are great. Parking was easy and Nicoletta arrived to let us in - she was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend taking a day trip around to Malcesine on the NE shore of the lake - it's beautiful! I'd probably go there rather than even Verona :)

We enjoyed our holidays :)

We had a good time in Sirmione! Great location, wonderdul view (from balcony), parking area and bikes (for free). Little deficiencies: Low water pressure in the shower & we missed the cable for water boiler. Nicoletta is a really kind person. Pictures and description are in conformity with the holiday flat!

Wir haben die Wohnung für 11 Tage angemietet und waren damit sehr zufrieden.Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet.Es wird alles zur Verfügung gestellt,was man so braucht(Elektrogeräte,Bettwäsche,Küchenutensilien usw).Vom Balkon aus sieht man den See,so haben wir darauf in Ruhe gefrühstückt und den Anblick genossen.Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt.Wir können diese Wohnung nur so weiter empfehlen.

Schoon, ruim, verzorgd en perfecte locatie

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Sirmione. Locatie heel fijn, restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand. Het oude centrum is ook te voet te bereiken. De woning ligt rustig. Airco doet het heel goed. Mooi uitzicht op het Gardameer. Een minpuntje: geen wifi.

Das Appartment liegt in einem gepflegten Wohngebiet, 5 min Fußweg zum Seeufer, Lokale und Supermärkte sind perfekt zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und antworten sofort auf jede Frage :-) Das Appartment war perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub - sehr gerne wieder

Realy nice hollyday flat with in a quiet surrounding with a beautiful viel on the lake.

After a very heartful welcome by Nicoletta the beautiful flat and the garage was show to us by her. And i promise the flat is as beautiful as you can see on the the images. The surrounding is very quiet and the view over the lake is beautiful. We had our breakfast each morning on the sunny balcony. Sirmione is a realy nice town with an amazing oldtown. There are also a lot of interessenting sight close to Sirmione which are worth to visit. You can discover nice places in other valleys/towns by car, by walking, by boat or by bike. I like to thank Nicoletta for making it possible that we could have a realy nice time in Sirmione and the lake Garda. All the best to you!!

Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den See

Wir haben als Familie Anfang Oktober ein paar erholsame Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. Die Räume sind hell, alles ist sehr gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar eine kleine Espressomaschine, damit man den Morgenkaffee in der Sonne auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den See genießen kann. Die Lage ist exzellent, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Wasser oder im Café um die Ecke. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lediglich das Badezimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und ein wenig klein, was aber nicht störend ist.

Einfach super!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Pärchenurlaub gemacht und dafür war sie perfekt geeignet. Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung genau so wie sie ist und erzeugen keinen falschen Eindruck. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See und die "Innenstadt" von Sirmione ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Nicoletta ist super nett und mit der An- und Abreise hat alles sehr unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn wir haben den Urlaub in der Unterkuft sehr genossen.
