Domino was an outstanding host. There was a slight problem with the original reservation, but he was able to accommodate us at another property. It worked out beautifully.

"Warning! Upon entering the building, we found ourselves in the middle of a full-scale construction site — something that was not mentioned anywhere in the description. The apartment itself was cleverly photographed to hide its true condition. We didn’t even stay one night and had to book a hotel instead. Given the price, the accommodation was simply unacceptable."

In the middle of the Old Town! To meet some Prague in few days.

Domenico's aparment si very good located; so close to Carlos's Bridge and Old Town. Even direction in the page is well and Domenico send me instructions to come from train station by tram, he needs to be more specific about the doors in front of theatre or the steps you hace to take to find Kroscinova. Once you find the street to find the aparment is so easy. Tram and metro A and B stations are minutes by walk. A party of four could be ok with the 2 rooms bit only a bath tub. In my case, for two it was confortable. The place is so quiet indeed you are so centric. Domenico let us amenities like cofee and cookies; he give us información and let us a map. It was a great detail from him! Cozy apartment is a great location to be in the 💙 Of Old Prague!

Leider hatte die Wohnung einige Mängel: Der Herd war defekt, wurde jedoch von unserem Vermieter zeitnah ersetzt.Die Kaffeemaschine und der Toaster waren schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Auch diese wurden nach 2 Tagen ersetzt. Vielen Dank für die größere neue Pfanne, da werden andere Mieter ihre Freude daran haben! :)Gerade habe ich mir nochmals die eingestellten Fotos angeschaut und festgestellt, daß ein paar Möbelstücke hinzugekommen und/ oder auch ausgetauscht wurden. Ohne Bewertung. Ach ja das Eisfach im Kühlschrank ist unbenutzbar: Für uns ging es auch so.Die Lage ist recht ruhig und die Nähe zur Altstadt sehr positiv. Daher Fazit: Wieder empfehlenswert, jedoch sollte der Vermieter die Putzfrau mehr in die Pflicht nehmen oder sich selbst, damit Mängel nicht erst nach Beanstandungen durch den Mieter behoben werden.

Eine wahre Bewertung. Ich habe das Kochfeld ausgetauscht, das tatsächlich nicht funktionierte. Auch die Kaffeemaschine und den Toaster habe ich ausgetauscht, da die Dame sie anscheinend nicht richtig gereinigt hatte. Sie standen auf einem Schrank, den die Gäste schon länger nicht mehr benutzt hatten. Außerdem habe ich eine neue Bratpfanne gekauft, weil meine alte nicht mehr funktionierte – und das alles an einem Feiertagswochenende. Ich habe der Dame, die immer unzufrieden wirkte, sogar einen Wohnungswechsel und sogar eine Stornierung mit voller Rückerstattung angeboten, aber sie bestand darauf zu bleiben. Mehr konnte ich nicht tun. Vielleicht sollte sie in manchen Dingen weniger streng sein und das Leben etwas lockerer nehmen.

Weekend Visit

My daughter and I visited Prague the weekend after Thanksgiving. The apartment was perfect! It was super comfortable, clean, and our host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. It was in a great location for exploring, easily in walking distance to the main attractions and close to transportation and multiple restaurants. I would definitely choose this rental again when visiting Prague!

Absolutely the best central stay for Prague.

The location couldn't have been better. Nice quiet street, yet only seconds to a main Street. All of the sights are within walking distance. The city is amazing. I will definitely be back in the future. I will also be making sure that this place is available. Staying here was so worth it. Thank you Domenico for being such a great host.

Great walkable location.

The property was as expected...sweet apartment in a great location. Close to Charles bridge. Dominico was readily available to answer all questions. It was a short walk to the trrolley. Only negative is no air and with windows open, noisy at night. An additional fan would help. Would recommend based on all else.

Suited our purposes perfectly

Great location! Everything was really in walking distance - Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Old Town Square, etc. Tram and subway lines were essentially around the corner. Also, the main train station was also accessible (walking or tram) for day trips. While the apartment is in an older building, it is maintained nicely. The floor plan is really a bed in the living area, a separate bedroom and the kitchen. Both the living area and the bedroom had doors for privacy. The kitchen had the essentials; don't expect to cook a gourmet meal. But, who does that on vacation?! Stove top, small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. The water pressure in the shower is better than most hotels. The washing machine was a definite plus - helped with packing, especially bulkier, winter clothing. Domenico welcomed us warmly with cookies and wine and a map. The perfect end to a long travel day and start of our Prague adventure.

Do not book with this renter! Bait and switch. Not the apartment listed here.

This was a terrible experience. We booked this apartment because it had 2 bedrooms, a balcony, and it was in a more quiet area of downtown. Domenico tried contacting me just a few hours before I was scheduled to arrive and asked me to go to a different address. I didn't get the message because I was still on the plane flying in and didn't check my messages once I landed. Our driver dropped us off at the original address where Domenico met us and told us that he had overbooked our apartment, and that we'd have to stay at a different one. He seemed frustrated that I hadn't replied to his message. I should have canceled right on the spot, but I didn't have cell service in Europe and didn't want to wander around Prague looking for a hotel. We reluctantly loaded our things into his car so he could drive us to the other apartment. His car wouldn't start. He tried calling a taxi but one never came. He called them back and then told us they couldn't get to us because there was too much traffic in town. Then he said it was only a ten minute walk and for us to follow him. It was at least 20 minutes of pulling our luggage through the cobblestone streets to the other apartment, passing a lot of empty taxis on the way. The replacement apartment was only one bedroom, and a fold out couch in the living room. It's old and not well maintained. The washing machine didn't work and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The WiFi also didn't work the first night. We wasted a lot of time dealing with Domenico and it really dampened our spirits. The apartment is also above a club that doesn't close until 4 in the morning and it's really noisy making it very difficult to sleep. Do not rent from Domenico. I know I never will again. I will probably never use HomeAway again either.

Chris ha ragione ho dovuto spostarlo in un altro appartamento per un overbooking. Ma non avendo ricevuto nessuna risposta alle mie email e messaggi telefonici ho dovuto prendere delle decisioni da solo. l. appartamento che ho offerto a Chris a gli stessi requisiti del appartamento che ha prenotato eravamo in contatto telefonicamente e avrebbe potuto avvisarmi del disagio in modo di darmi la possibilita di riparare almeno in parte al problema.

Everything was really nice

Domenico already awaited us in the apartment. Not that noisy and very central. The bathroom could be a little bit too small for four people staying a week+ in the flat, same with the kitchen. Anyway we had a really nice stay at Domenicos apartment.
