Lechuza es una conversión de granero de lujo contemporánea, situado en la tranquilidad de la campiña de Herefordshire. Con capacidad para 11 huéspedes dispone de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños. La cocina y el comedor abierto es perfecto para catering hasta 12 con una gran mesa de comedor y un montón de espacio. La primera planta hace que la mayor parte de las impresionantes vistas con una enorme sala de estar y gran chimenea completa con estufa de leña. Hay calefacción por suelo radiante en todas partes y todos los aparatos modernos que se esperan. En el exterior hay una bañera de hidromasaje, que está en funcionamiento durante todo el año y un gran jardín privado. Hay un aparcamiento con capacidad para 6 coches y un patio grande se envuelve alrededor de la propiedad. El granero se encuentra en una tranquila aldea de profundidad en el campo y está rodeado de campos y bosques. Hay un montón de senderos y caminos de herradura que los huéspedes pueden tomar para explorar la zona.

La ciudad LEOMINSTER armario es de 5 millas de distancia con Ludlow y Hereford siendo cerca de 12 millas.
También está cerca de la hermosa valle de Wye y por supuesto Gales es justo en la frontera. Muchos de los huéspedes aman las muchas actividades fuera de las puertas disponibles en la zona, así como los pueblos blancos y negros.

Lovely house

Great for a week away with a big group of friends, also very child-friendly as we had a baby with us and there’s lots of safe open space for playing.

Spacious, fully featured and well maintained accommodation

Plenty of space for large number of occupants it sleeps, well equipped and spacious kitchen area allowing for big group catering. Clean and well maintained, private location with good parking. Very quiet location as no through road. Plenty of toilets/showers, good internet, multiple TVs etc.

Girly weekend away

We were a party of 10 friends and had a fabulous stay at Owl Barn. The accommodation is fabulous and the living areas are spacious and modern. There upstairs lounge area with the wood burner was perfect. The large open plan kitchen/dining area was great for us to eat, drink and socialise. Martyn the host was welcoming and helpful.

Excellent holiday

A wonderful, well equipped barn that provided everything we hoped for. So much flexible inside space & everyone really enjoyed the garden & hot tub. It is a very well designed property for a family holiday in a lovely quiet location. The hosts were very friendly & helpful & we couldn't fault anything. We would highly recommend Owl Barn & will hopefully return in the future

Beautiful barn in a peaceful location

We were 4 families coming together to celebrate my father’s 70th. The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. These rooms were great for those of us with kids. Each room had access to its own bathroom and there was a seating area both upstairs and down. There is also a hot tub in the garden which was utilised by our party several times during our short stay. The property is very well maintained and spotless and the owners made a point of checking in to ensure everything was ok. They even left us a lovely hamper of goodies on our arrival which was very much appreciated. It’s the little extra touches that make it special. Overall this was a fab property for a largish gathering and if you are looking for a peaceful getaway from noise and pollution then this is the ideal place.

Fantastic place to stay with the family!

Our family (5 adults and two children) had a wonderful stay at this great spacious modern house with fantastic facilities. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend a stay here.

My family and I have been on many staycations but this place tops the lot. We couldn't fault this amazing barn. It's going to be impossible to beat! If you get the opportunity to book this place then please do.

Amazing stay

Wonderful property in a quiet location. Fitted 8 adults and two babies easily. So much room both inside and outside, we were lucky with the weather and spent a lovely evening sitting out side listening to bird song whilst eating and drinking. Great relaxing break just what we wanted

Slice of Heaven in the English Countryside

Heavenly! From the high end kitchen to the luxury bedding to the beautiful grounds, this barn conversion well exceeds our expectations. We were greeted with a bountiful welcome Basket of local treats, and enjoyed the serenity of this immaculate property. Would love to stay again and highly recommend - especially for a large group!

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful property with an expansive garden, more than enough room for our family of 6 adults and two under 3's! Becky & Martyn are exceptional hosts and the house is every bit as good as the pictures. Would HIGHLY recommend for a 'get-away-from-it-all' break although transport is a necessity for getting about.

Beautiful setting, garden and facilities

Our party of 10 had a lovely time in the well appointed barn. Hosts were helpful before our arrival and during our stay. Car needed for visiting nearby, but walking and jogging routes available on doorstep. Particularly loved the hot tub, we enjoyed that and were blessed with some exceptional weather. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at Owl Barn!

Excellent house in a lovely setting

We stayed the weekend as a multigenerational group to attend a wedding nearby. We wished we’d been able to stay for a week. The house has everything you need and more, really well equipped and lovely airy rooms.

Had a great weekend, the setting was beautiful. The photos do not do the property justice. There was plenty of equipment for any eventuality. The owners live opposite so we’re available for any concerns. Will look forward to visiting again

Owl Barn at Christmas

We booked Owl Barn for a family Xmas (6 adults and 5 children). It was beautifully decorated for Xmas including 2 trees (complete with an owl on the top). The goodie basket was a lovely touch. The barn is well equipped (though it was a good job we took a pan for the turkey) and the layout worked well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor things to keep everyone occupied and happy - books, toys, games, DVDs etc. Lots of outside space too, though too wet for us to really enjoy it.

40th birthday weekend celebration

Amazing property! There were 10 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday celebration. The owners were on hand whenever we needed. Everything was catered for. The accommodation is immaculate, clean, spacious, modern, just amazing! The surroundings are beautiful, we were so relaxed and comfortable. Will definately be visiting again without a doubt 👍

Fantastic place to stay away from it all

Owl Barn is an absolutely lovely place to stay and we had a great week here with our children and my sister's family. It's tcked away down the end of a country lane, in beautiful countryside and has a fantastic wraparound garden. The barn conversion itself is a beautiful building, which was well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We loved spending time in the garden, with games of badminton and the hot tub, and cooking, bbqing and eating together at the big tables indoors and out, and going out for local walks. There's lots to do within a short drive and Becky and Martyn were great hosts. We'd love to come back.

Fabulous Fortieth

We had the most wonderful stay at owl barn with friends for a 40th birthday. The weather was very kind to us, so we made the most of the garden and the hot tub! The space was wonderful for a large group and Martyn was very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely love to visit again.

Family weekend getaway

We stayed at this amazing cottage for the weekend and was very impressed. The cottage itself was very spacious and clean and the gardens were beautiful. The only negative feedback on the cottage would be the 2 bedrooms that lead into another bedroom, this was difficult as one bedroom would disturb another to go to the bathroom at night. Another negative feedback point was that the wifi signal was poor, I had hardly used my mobile during my stay and needed access to the internet for personal and work purposes. Overall it waa a great stay and the location is very private with loads of walk options and the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host visited us daily to see if everything is fine and was very accomodating when needed.
