Host was not very responsive. Was supposed to have keys to workout facility- never got them. The home was clean, but advertised 2 bathrooms, only 1 and a half. Also didn’t advertise 2 floors or mention upstairs or downstairs. That would have been a great help since we had someone who recently had knee surgery. Tiny bathroom and kitchen. Bath mats would be a plus. Handy location to meals. TV remote control directions would help, since there were 4 remotes. Hot tub advertised but couldn’t find it or get into the pool because the key and codes were never given to us.

A short walk to the Masters

Excellent location for attending the Masters! No issues, good communication with host, water and some snacks provided, no coffee but a Kroger store less than 1 mile away. Would come again if going to the Masters.

Visiting Grandkids

Long weekend to visit grandkids. Condo is perfect for them to stay with us since the guest room has twin beds. Great location. Plenty of room to spread out or just visit. We are repeat guests and will definitely stay again in the future.

Beware - The listing incorrectly lists a king bed in 1 room and a queen in another. This is NOT what the property has. The property has a full bed in 1 room and 2 twin roll-away beds that are not the same height in another. The AC does not get to the upstair as while the downstairs is freezing! Most of the property could use a deep cleaning. On the up side the kitchen was clean, the booking was easy, and the location is great.

Last Minute Trip

I decided to make a quick trip to Augusta, GA to visit a young man stationed at Fort Gordon. I searched the usual hotel/motel accommodations, but decided to check VRBO. So very glad I did!! I booked this condo/townhome and cannot say enough nice things about it. Owner is awesome! Provided beverages in frig and snacks on arrival, plus was in contact with me during my stay to make sure things were going well. Will be back!!

Clean and Comfortable Condo

We had a wonderful experience staying this condo. We (two adults, two kids) stayed here for over 3 weeks while waiting to move into our house through a move. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay, including enough room to spread out a bit! We were able to cook meals in the kitchen with enough items to make do. Koli was responsive and took care of our needs. The property is close to Kroger, Publix and Whole Foods, among other shopping areas. Although the traffic on Washington was a headache, we were central enough to get anywhere we needed. We would definitely recommend it for others!

Great Locale; Condo Needs Improvement

The 3-star rating is due to location, price, and the owner refunding a portion of our stay and being apologetic for the issues we experienced. First, the location is fantastic and the price point is quite good. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the onsite maintenance manager was highly responsive. Now, the issues: the condo is a bit outdated; however, the appliances worked. The walls need to be cleaned and painted; there are smears and stains. We had to clean the floor, as it had dirt, leaves, and some small trash. We encountered three issues - the first-floor half bath had a constant running toilet (which is concerning due to possible overflow) and the upstairs bathroom tub clogged significantly; both issues were resolved within a couple of days. The major issue was the HVAC leak; there was standing water under the HVAC which would overflow into the dining room and eventually, worked its way under the tile and was seeping in the kitchen. We had to lay towels over the floor because each step would cause water to seep out of the grout of the tile. This was eventually fixed; it's highly likely and needed to remove the tile and clean the subfloor for any mold and mildew. The listing also needs updating: not a king bed, the double beds were broken down bunk beds, and the workout facility is very bad (4 dumbells, a broken treadmill). Koli is fantastic to work with and promised to address the walls and floor; the condo would be stellar with a few updates.

Inaccurate Description

The description says there is a king-size bed in one room and a queen in the other. One room has a full-size bed, and the other room has two twin beds pushed together that are very different heights and very cheap. The place is within walking distance of the entrance of the Masters, and that is accurate. That is a bonus and worth staying there for, but not for any other reason. Thank goodness there were only two of us, and we each slept in a different room, although we actually preferred to sleep in a king bed. There were other issues that the owner immediately fixed and others (such as no dishwasher soap or sponges to clean dishes with) that were not fixed. The lie about the beds could not be fixed on the fly, and I am always kind to owners about things that can be fixed that weren't deception in the listing. This owner was really trying to make the other things right and I appreciated that.

Nice overall but needs deep cleaning

The location of the property was perfect and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in process itself was easy we just had to contact the manager because we didn't receive the check in email. The property managers communication was great, she was prompt to respond anytime we had a question. The check in time stated online was earlier than what the manger told us it was.So we had to drive around for a bit to wait to get in. The carpet was freshly vacuumed but the edges around the base boards had packed dust/dirt and debris in all the rooms and the stairs which makes it look dirty. The upstairs bathroom floor had old dirt/dust in the corners and edges of the floor too. It appears it just needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen had dried spaghetti sauce sporadically on the counter and there was huge pieces of chopped veggies from the previous renter in the garbage disposal that didn't even work. There was not a dish cloth provided to hand wash dishes and the pans had dried food stuck to them. We had to be rewash them before using. I was very disappointed that there was not a coffee maker. The pool house was nice and pool area was nice too. The unfortunate side to the pool was that the water was cloudy/murky.We understand that can happen from time to time with pools but thought it was worth mentioning. Over all we were happy with or stay but feel the details and fine cleaning need to be addressed...oh and add a coffee maker...coffee is almost everyone's love language.

Clean, nice townhouse. We had the pool to ourselves whenever we went swimming. Very convenient location to stores and restaurants. Owners provided added bonus of some packs of snacks, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Quiet complex.
