Host was nice. I loved being literally 10 ft away from the water. Fishing poles were available and pretty sure kayaks were also but we didn't use them. Perfect for our weekend getaway with our daughter who lives in St Pete. Beach is basically across the street. Extremely peaceful area.

We very much enjoyed this vacation property and would stay again. We loved working with Ryan. The space was very clean, very comfortable. We happened to stay at the same time as the owners who we had several converstaions and could not have enjoyed more. The view was spectacular. Can not say enought good things.

It might just be us but this property was average. Beds were very hard and bathroom was barely large enough to fit in. Code was changed without notification. Would not have entered if not for cleaning crew letting us in.

Friends getaway

Where we stayed was exactly as advertised. Pretty white cottage. Right on the water with the morning sunshine. Can walk everywhere but easily to the beach. Plenty of room. The bathroom was a little tight but only two of us there.

Awesome stay!

Comfortable and clean with an amazing view!! Enjoyed the sunrises every morning. Had everything we needed, very friendly and helpful. Loved having the laundry room and they even provided detergent. Safe and quiet in a great location. The A/C worked great and the beds were comfy. It’s decorated really cute too. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Clearwater Stay

Very comfortable and affordable Clearwater getaway. The place was not fancy, but no need when you are on top of the bay! It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a less than 5 minute walk to the beach and easily walked to the stores and nightlife as well. We thought it was a perfect spot…away from the noisy part of town, but we could also walk to stores and restaurants when desired. Ryan was an attentive and friendly host.

Girls trip

Patti’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. She had all the equipment we needed (we brought a cooler). The view of the bay is perfect…shared patio and dock, so if you rented side by side w friends or family, it would be perfect. We had no neighbors this time. We met Patti on arrival and she was so sweet. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We would totally stay again!

Beautiful Getaway

My mom and I stayed for the week and were impressed with the cleanliness and location of the property. The host was also flexible when we asked for an earlier check-in and she provided helpful recommendations about things to do in the area. The back patio was very serene and therapeutic. We would stay here again!

July 2024 Stay

We had a great time at this property! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property had all the essentials and some really nice details added like fishing poles, a fan, sunscreen, etc. We saw dolphins and manatee on the pier in the yard. It was a great distance to the beach and a short drive to all the other activities we did like the aquarium and pier 60. Highly recommend!

My name is Ryan. I have lived in Clearwater, Florida for most of my life and look forward to sharing a piece of my paradise with you. We are located on the island of Clearwater Beach and the Mandalay channel is in our backyard. Our units have been here since the 1950’s and have the feel of “old florida”….don’t worry we have done some major upgrades since then, but we like to keep the character and colors of old clearwater beach- we are a family-owned business and can’t wait to host you at Clearwater Bay Club.

This villa has the most amazing view of the Mandalay Channel and you can literally fish from the back porch. We have full kitchens and all the supplies you need to enjoy your vacation without the worry. We are a family and will treat you the same.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have an outdoor shower, all the supplies you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Just ask ahead of time and if we don't have it, we will either get it or show you how to find what you need to have an amazing stay. Our dock is shared among 4 small cottages and our Bay house, so you can feel free to enjoy time relaxing on the water. We have a ladder for those that love to swim in the ocean.
We have 3 kayaks that are free to use, just ask 24/hours in advance so we can set you up to go. We do not have our own pool but we are a short walk or drive to the Clearwater Rec Center that is on the same road as we are and has a lovely pool and kids swim area.
