East Pallant House está ubicado en el corazón de Chichester. Todas las principales atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes están a poca distancia.

Planta baja:-

Consta de un gran pasillo de entrada con comedor, sala de música, sala de estar y cocina. La cocina cuenta con dos hornos eléctricos, un lavaplatos, una gran nevera-congelador de estilo americano, dos fregaderos y una lavadora. También hay un baño en la planta baja. La puerta de atrás conduce directamente al jardín.

Primer piso:-

Segunda sala de estar con Sky T. V, Wii y reproductor de DVD con vistas al jardín. Estudio con escritorio y sillas, mesa de billar y acceso a wifi. Habitación individual con vistas al frente de la casa. King / habitación doble con vistas a la parte delantera de la casa con cuarto de baño con ducha. Segunda habitación King / Twin con vista al jardín. Baño de la casa con bañera con ruedas, lavabo y WC.

Segunda planta:-

Un amplio dormitorio con vistas al jardín con 3 camas individuales o un rey con cama individual. Hay tres habitaciones King / Twin más, dos de ellas con baño privado. Una habitación doble (con cama de 4 pies y 6 pies) con vista al frente de la casa y hay un baño familiar con bañera, cabina de ducha separada, lavabo y w. C.

Fuera de:-

Área de patio con mesa y sillas y barbacoa que conduce al área de césped. Hay un camino al lado del jardín que conduce al área de estacionamiento en la parte trasera del jardín, el área de estacionamiento se comparte con los pisos al lado de la casa. Los residentes usarán el camino para llegar y salir del edificio, pero el jardín es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes que se alojen en East Pallant. Hay estacionamiento para un máximo de 4 autos. Tenga en cuenta que la entrada al jardín no está cerrada y, por lo tanto, los niños necesitarán supervisión.

Big House in a good location but very tired.

The house was very tired and not cleaned. The kitchen was not sufficient in size or equipment to cater for two families for Christmas. Lamps were broken in most rooms, bulbs not working, carpets were dirty throughout. There was no cleaning equipment. The bathrooms needed painting and had various broken items.On the plus side the house was large with several sitting rooms,, a lovely dining room for Christmas and a piano room and the location was perfect.

Beautiful house

10 friends and I had a 3 night midweek stay for shopping and eating. Fabulous house with everything we needed. Had trouble with the oven heating up and with 11 of us we had to stagger our showers. Apart from that - all good 👍

Perfect location

I recently stayed in this property with a group of old friends and we had an amazing weekend. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops etc and yet at night time it was very quiet. I would definitely rebook! Thank you x

Perfect for groups

We had a lovely stay with everything we needed. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and detergent provided. Lots of lots & pans for cooking. Most bedrooms were huge! Enough bathrooms for 12 of us. All bedrooms upstairs. 4 parking spaces. In the middle of town, walkable to restaurants, pubs and shopping. First time in Chichester. Such a cute town. The only issue we had is we ran out of hot water even with short showers. At times a bit chilly but not bad with space heaters. Would return again and highly recommended.

Fantastic house and location

As 4 different families coming together, space was important to us! The bedrooms were huge, comfortable and clean; the living rooms (3 of them) were great, and we could have the kids in one with the adults in another; the kitchen was very well equipped. The dining room was enormous, and we all sat round the table very very comfortably. The location was incredible - right in the heart of Chichester, which we also loved. The communication with the property manager was excellent and she was very responsive to all messages. Highly recommend this property.

Great description which met are expectations. Communication with owner was easy. The house was very spacious and so close to the town and restaurants and walks. All 16 of us enjoyed it immensely!

Beautiful house in an ideal central location

A spacious property with a pleasant patio and garden. It was ideal for our family group of 16. The house decor could do with a refresh and the large kitchen is poorly laid out but otherwise good.

What a house!

A fantastic and sprawling home in an amazing location! Great facilities and comfy beds! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the house and if you have time, Tinwood vineyard tour! All in all a fun weekend away.

Reunion

Lovely large property, plenty of room, great for us as a group (13) and we were able to have outside caterers for my wife’s 50th. The garden and patio area was great in the evening. Laura as on top of anything we needed and could not have been more helpful. One small issue was that the kitchen whilst well equipped was a little bit tired and small for the number of people and there were a few issues with the appliances.

Beautiful, huge house, great for family and friends to get together

This is a gorgeous house, slap-bang in the middle of Chichester and very close to shops, including an M&S Food shop. Having three living rooms made it easy for a large, complex family group to be comfortable together for an extended period, with a dining and living room big enough for all. The kitchen is well-appointed, with two ovens, a microwave, a large fridge and a butler's pantry/sink. A pool table and grand piano (in tune) were a wonderful bonus. Recommended.

Family Celebration

This is a fabulous house for a large family get together. Our two year old grandson walked in and said ‘wow’ which echoed what we were all thinking! Spacious, well equipped, very comfortable beds and very clean. We had a great weekend. Laura Young was easy to communicate with and replied very promptly to emails before our trip. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Very comfortable, close to high street

My stay with 14 close friends and a horde of children was very comfortable and nice. The place is ideally located very close to the high street of Chichester, more or less ideal. The home includes an (oldish) charcoal BBQ, which was great for one night, and we had catering come in for another night - very easy. The downstairs was large enough for all of us. The few downsides included the garden not being exclusive or walled off, which means you have to watch your kids closely if they are out the back. Also, the only way to enter is from the back with a code, which is a minor inconvenience if no one is home. A big positive was Laura, the host, who responded to emails faster than you would think possible, and was always accurate and helpful. So the management is excellent. Overall, I would recommend this to families or groups of friends who want to visit the wonderful city of Chichester, close to a dozen interesting things to see and do.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage; sehr geräumige Zimmer - ideal für Familienurlaub

Reparatur Arbeiten notwendig, z.B. Türe in einem Schlafzimmer schließt nicht; teilweise dringende Erneuerung von Fugen in Duschen. BBQ total durchgerostet. Teilweise sehr schlechte Matratzen. Dringende Komplettreinigung der Waschmaschine - wir haben versucht zu reinigen und zu desinfizieren - muss jedoch noch genauer gemacht werden. Auf Grund dieser Mängel, finde ich, dass Preis überhöht ist. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt - danke:) Definitiv empfehlenswert.

The charm of East Pallant is outstanding, it is a very beautiful period property. It features many benefits of Georgian houses, large hallways and bedrooms with high ceilings, and elegant windows from floor to ceiling, the house is often bathed in sun light. The house layout flows well and is perfect for family groups with sittings rooms on the ground and first floor the adults and children can have their own space. The house is family friendly with a large garden to the rear.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

East Pallant is unique as it is a large group sized accommodation nestled in the heart of Chichester in a quite residential area, with only 2 minute walk from shops, cafes and restaurants.

A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -
Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, scrubbing brush, salt, pepper, fire lighters, pen and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including chocolates and sweets!

We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.

We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for shot stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.
