Easiest stay ever

The building and parking was very easy and convenient. The condo could use some upgrades but it was perfect for us. The elevators were also good and for the size of the building to have 4 elevators is awesome.

Very reasonably priced. Loved being right on the beach. Once I figured out everything I needed was in the email from property management, we unpacked and enjoying the beach. I would differently use it again.

Perfect location! Beautiful views!

Great place to stay. Parking garage is really tight for large vehicles. Internet connectivity was spotty. Room with bunk beds was hot. The rest was fine. The master was nice and spacious. Oh and that view!!!

Very nice location

When we first arrived, I walked out on the balcony. I found an open water bottle and what appeared to be a smoked cigarette/joint. Dust was on the dresser in the master bedroom, the master bathroom's toilet was filthy.

Sunrise Resort Review

The property itself was clean and in overall good condition. The condo was a little outdated, the furniture was well used, and the sink would not stay plugged to do dishes and there was a broken lamp. On a positive note, we had everything we needed for a 4night stay, plenty of utensils, cups, plates, etc. There were no bugs and all the bathrooms were clean. We could have used more cookware but we made do. I would rent again with some updates to the specific condo itself. We enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness

The property was gorgeous. Perfect location. The cleanliness of the condo not so much. The first night we found a half eaten bag of popcorn under the covers on the top bunk, a Coke bottle and a fork under the nightstand in the bedroom across from it. Our feet were black because the floors were really dirty. We had to call someone to come clean the shower because it was full of hair and mold. I would stay there again but I would have to be assured that it was extremely deep cleaned before I came. Also the mattresses in this unit need to be replaced, they are so lumpy and sagging in the middle. We enjoyed our stay but wished it had been ready for guest.

Would not recommend

The condo was out dated. The kitchen was not stocked, didn’t have a pizza pan, no scissors, only a few bowls, etc. The beds were horrible. The mattresses felt like they were over 20 years old. The TV remote in the bedroom did not work. The faucet in the shower looked like it was about to fall off. I did not receive all of the check in information. I had to call 3 times the day of arrival to get parking pass, etc. the patio furniture was old and falling apart. The pools and location were nice, but overall the condo is not what I expected for the money. Will not be staying there again.

Great place

The resort was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. The building itself was clean and up to date. There was a crew there all week repainting the deck of both pools and the splash pad which didnt bother us since we dont go to the ocean to swim in a pool, it was a welcome sight to see some updates. Our room was nice but it needed a good deep cleaning and some minor updating. There was some black mold around the shower and jacuzzi tub, lots of dust on everything above eye level, and the baseboards were scuffed and dirty. It wasnt anything a little elbow grease and a new coat of paint couldn't have fixed. It wasnt anything that would stop us from booking there again though, its peak season so we understand the hustle and bustle of getting the place ready for the next renter. The unit was roomy, the king beds were comfortable, the younger kids loved the bunk beds and having their own room, the view from the balcony was great, the unit was well furnished with everything we needed to get through the week. All in all it was a great stay. The weather was unfavorable the last day we was there but thats not the fault of anyone, just bad luck. Would 100% stay here again when we visit PCB again.

Was very disappointed

Condo was not clean. We never got a parking pass. We weren’t able to check in till after 10 pm because the condo wasn’t “ready” and then it was still very dirty. Every-time I went to the lobby for help they would say they couldn’t help because I booked through Vrbo. Sinks would not drain the entire time nor would they send someone to fix it. Horrible overall experience.

Needs to be taken care of

When I first arrived the room was not clean they were chips on the rug the fridge had food left in it. The room had a smell probably because the dishwasher had water in the bottom of it.It did not work all week had to wash dishes by hand all week only had one dish towel had to wash them every day called housekeeping to get more towels promised to bring them twice never saw them. Asked for a broom or vacuum to help keep the floors clean was promised would bring one by never saw that either.Also the tub with jets had black mold around the jets needs to be cleaned. I would not recommend staying at this condo.

The condo itself was nice.

The accommodations were nice. We were unable to hook up to the WiFi, which was an issue having 3 teens with us. I realize we were told that the WiFi service MIGHT be sketchy, but if I had known it was non-existent, I most likely would have chosen another place to stay. There was only 1 tv channel that worked in the small bedroom with the bunk beds. A broom would have been nice to have to sweep up sand during the week. There was a mop but no broom. If there had been 409 spray or some other type of cleaner I would have been happy to use it in the kitchen. I bought some and left it for the next guests. I would also recommend having a cookie sheet and a couple of casserole dishes or cake pans to use in the kitchen. I think I could have overlooked a lot of these things if the beach chair rental had been included in our stay. That would have been nice. This is the first place I have stayed that didn’t include that.

Nice resort, ok condo

Condo had tons of dust on the walls and a couple of smashed moths on the wall in the living room. Bedding and bathrooms were clean and nice. I called after check in about the dust and smashed moths. They sent someone who only got the two moths off the wall that's it. Also water puddles in front of the unit entrance after rain. Great view from the 22nd floor!

Very disappointed after spending so much money to rent this condo! Yes, the view was great, BUT the linens on the beds, sheets, blankets were filthy. The icemaker in frig was broken when we got there and no one ever came to fix it the entire week. Several lightbulbs were out, the batteries were dead in the remotes, all the tv's had to be reprogrammed, the bathroom sink was completely clogged. All of this was discovered within one hour of check-in & I had to stay behind until management could come by to bring parking passes, pool passes, etc. & that wasn't until 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. The rest of my family had already left for planned activities. We checked in @ 4:30 & room was still being cleaned & the day we left, the maid showed up @ 9:00 wanting to get into the condo, when check-out was clearly @ 10:00. There were no luggage carts available so we had to make about 6 trips to the cars to get everything down. The furniture was comfortable enough, obviously had seen better days. I do think it was very irresponsible for management not taking care of the icemaker. I don't know how many bags of ice we had to keep buying while we were there!! It was broken before we got there, so someone must have known that, because the water was turned off! And who doesn't notice lightbulbs blown & remotes not working? Thank goodness we all brought our own pillows, blankets, etc.
