Great location in Miraflores

Apartment was in a very convenient location in Miraflores for walking to sights and food places. The apartment was clean and roomy . The WiFi was great. Our only disappointment was the absence if dishwashing soap, laundry soap, or dish towels to dry dishes.

Family reunion

We were very impressed with the reception staff; their manners, dress code and professionalism was outstanding. The building hallways, elevators and other common areas were sparkling clean. The unit we stayed in was very functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the prompt response from the unit administrator.

Great location, amenities, and very accommodating owner!

The apartment is located in a great part of town. We were four women that loved having two full bathrooms and a half bath. There is a washer and dryer that came in very handy!! It also has heat and a/c if needed. We were there in the winter and never needed to use it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, etc...We made ourselves breakfast every morning and went on with our day. A very nice supermarket is right up the street as well. The neighborhood and security in the building were fantastic. If I go back to Lima, I would definitely try to stay there again!!!

Wonderful Stay

I just want to start by saying that Miguel was such a kind and incredibly responsive property manager. It was as if we had a personal concierge. He provided a very thorough walk-through of the apartment so that we understood how everything worked. Several occasions I reached out to Miguel for information I was unsure about and his responses were always fast! He always did his best to accommodate me. He is a very good man. The property itself is also very nice! There is a door man downstairs 24/7 so you always feel safe. There is a key card that takes you to only your floor which is another added security protection feature. The apartment has a coded lock that only you and the property manager know. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean, has all the cookware you might need, and the apartment also has a washer & dryer. There is a lovely dining room table alongside a very comfortable living room with WiFi and a Roku! There is a balcony that gives you an opportunity to step out and hear what's going on in the city. When you close the balcony door, you can barely hear the city at all! I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone as well as stay there again in the future. Superbowl weekend

Everything about the property's description was on point.. The only issue we had was that the at the water drainage in the shower and the sink was a slow. I reached out to the property manager and he said he would get on top of it, besides that everything was perfect.

Fabulous location and great support

The property was ideally located for our brief stay in Lima - Miraflores is a great neighbourhood - and the owner Linder and his propery manager Miguel were great. Linder replied quickly to our requests, and Miguel worked hard through our lack of Spanish to answer all our questions and help us get around the area during the busy New Year's Eve season.

Great comunication with owner & admi administrator

Well kept apartment in a great neighborhood in Lima. Owner and administrator extremely helpful. Security person at lobby were all very professional, helpful and willing to help and assist. The only thing I would have liked is to have a few more blankets as it was chilli during the time of my stay. But still if I got back to Lima this is a place I could stay again for sure,

Great location -comfortable condo

Stayed Jan 10-16/18. Condo was in great location close to many tourist attractions. Found the condo very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Linder was very quick to reply to our inquiries. Our arrival for checking in was later than anticipated due to flight delays and as we do not speak any spanish and front desk had no one who spoke much english was a bit of a challenge until I was able to show name of property manager Miguel for security to call. Miguel arrived quickly and took us to apt. Use of his language app helped us inquire of wifi code, but our not understanding spanish and his limited english meant we did not receive much information about condo amenities so we had to find where garbage and recyclables to be disposed and finding where pools located on our own. Was a fitness room which we did not try and billiard table but no balls or cue sticks that we could locate. Had asked at front desk about where to find a grocery store but again due to language differences did not find anyone who even tried to understand our questions just curt response of "no english " then ignored. A suggestion is that a book be prepared in various languages that explain condo amenities, nearby grocery stores, eateries etc. as would be helpful to visitors that speak little to none of the local language. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or to stay there again if we return to Lima. One evening we somehow did not close and lock door properly and had Miguel text us (didn't have phone on) so did not respond but then had Linder phone us to let us know (thanks ). Great location and modern apartment

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights in December 2016. The apartment fit our needs perfectly. Travelling with our 2 adults sons (early twenties), the 2 bedrooms worked out well. There is a gorgeous grocery store just down the street if you want to take advantage of the kitchen and make some of your own meals. Some highlights: - easy to hail a taxi right on the street - Starbucks is 100m away (and a Chilli's if that is your thing) - Kennedy Parque is few blocks away - comfy beds - AC in the master bedroom - we recommend Costazul Seafood restaurant also about a 6-8 minute walk away - Miraflores is amazing, and this road has a really nice walking path down the centre boulevard - walk alone the seafront, it is beautiful with gardens and lots of people watching

Great Location!

The location is perfect and Miguel was just amazing to work with. However there are a few things to note about this property. There is construction that will be there for some time building a new condo building, but if your windows are closed, the noise will be minimal. The entire condo smelled of mold however once we closed off the guest bathroom, that helped but it was still a strong odor when you passed that door. The hot water heater will only be sufficient for a 10-15 min hot shower. Anytime, or anyone else that needs a hot shower, will need to wait approx 2 hours for the hot water heater to heat up again. Also if you are going to cut up your food, I suggest purchasing your own knife. The ones available are dangerously dull with no way to sharpen. None of these caused too much of a problem, we just worked around it. All in all a great vacation and I would rent the same condo again.

Impressive Condo and Building!

The condo is clean and modern with the best amenities: washer/dryer, flat screen tv (2) with cable, new kitchen appliances (we ate most breakfast in and saved our money for lunch and dinner) modern bathrooms and comfortable beds with clean sheets; nice balcony and the added benefit of an air condition unit in the bedroom. I heard from other owners who said A/C is not necessary in Lima but it made our stay the best! Everything is there for you including a safe, hair dryer, wine opener and glasses. The condo has 2 amazing pools, deck areas (amazing sunsets on floor 24) a small gym and billiard table. One of the best features is the friendly 24 hour front desk with both inside and outside security. I spoke with Linder before reserving and I sensed his trustworthiness. I arrived at 06:00 and was able to check in with the front desk. The condo has an electronic lock that code is changed frequently so no need to worry about safety. The condo is in the heart of Miraflores near the best restaurants (ik, huaca pucllana, and panchita), coffee shops and shopping. The Mercado fresh fruit market is close by as is Parque Kennedy, the Choco Museum and the Wong Supermarket. My Peruvian tour guide at Da Taste of Peru was curious how we found such a great place to stay and I told him Home Away! I highly recommend this rental. It is worth the stay and I would definitely consider staying here again! Buenos Noches!

Muy bonito departamento en una zona buena de Miraflores con seguridad, piscina y linda vista desde el balcon. Los cuartos son bastante grande y los banos tambien todo funciono bien TV y WiFi muy buenos. Si regresare a Lima volvere a este Departamento! :-)

Amazing Experience

This place was more than we had expected for. I mean, let's go from the location, it is just in the heart of Miraflores district, the "MUST TO SEE" area if you go to Lima, Peru; the condo is within walking distance to the most interesting venues in Miraflores, such as Kennedy Park, (you can take a city sightseeing bus tour from here). The Inka Market, where you can find that unique piece of souvenir, restaurants galore for every taste. So, location has a five stars ratio from us. Now let's move on to the condo itself, it is new, we had the sense that we were the first guesses, everything was clean and tidy arranged to perfection. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, we weren't expect all those amenities. But it is useful in case that you prefer to have a quick breakfast, or do an unexpected laundry. There is a grocery store two blocks from the building, and there is a pharmacy in the corner. In one phrase, You will love having chosen this place!
