El Ivy Lodge está ubicado en el tranquilo suburbio de Ivybridge, al final de un área privada Cul-de-sac en el borde del Parque Nacional Dartmoor.

El apartamento estudio se encuentra dentro de South Hams y donde elegir entre algunas de las mejores playas de South Devon cercanas.

Nuestro estudio es un espacio perfecto ideal para parejas, aventureros en solitario, familias pequeñas y viajeros de negocios.
Gran variedad de bares, tiendas y restaurantes a poca distancia a pie.
El estudio tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con vista libre y reproductor de DVD. Ideal para coulpes con una cama king size.
El sofá es también una cama si es necesario. La sala de baño con ducha tiene un inodoro, lavabo y calentador de toallas.
La cocina totalmente equipada incluye un horno ventilador, encimera eléctrica, microondas, tostadora y hervidor de agua y todos los utensilios que necesitará para disfrutar de su estancia.
Hay estacionamiento gratuito en el exterior en el camino privado.

Clean, quiet, relaxing, private.

Great place to come to after a busy week at work. Really clean, harmonious. Perfect for a couple or women travelling alone for busIness and reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Experience at Ivy Lodge

Brilliant accommodation equipped with everything needed to a very high standard. Central location for visiting South Hams, Dartmoor and over the bridge in to Cornwall. Melanie & David were excellent hosts. We would visit again & also recommend to friends & family.

Perfect convenient hideaway.

A lovely well furnished, thought out and comfortable space with lots of touches like the fairy lights which made us feel well looked after. David was very quick and easy to get hold of and very helpful when we struggle to get internet access on arrival. A bit of confusion about two things prior to booking because information varies on website and elsewhere regarding no pets allowed and check in/depart times - but that was easily answered via messages to Melanie. So glad I sorted those queries out and decided to stay - it was a lovely relaxing week at Ivy Lodge. Convenient for our trips to the sea for swim, a walk on Dartmoor from the apartment and back, pottering in Totnes and Dartmouth , a cosy afternoon in, and a trip to Plymouth and the gin distillery by train. Fantastic! thank you Melanie and David.

Nice place to explore the Dartmoor and South Devon

It is a very lovely place! Everything is very clean and nice decorated! You find everything you need for cooking and the living room ist very cosy. We explored the Dartmoor and had a great time at the Ivy Lodge :)

A hidden gem!

The Ivy Lodge is a delightful home from home! Spotlessly clean and very cosy with great attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay - just wish it could've been a longer one! We'd highly recommend this hidden gem for couples and those with a child (our twelve year old son said the sofa bed was very comfy) and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Spotless, comfortable and gorgeous apartment with all you need, in a quiet little town

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here in May. I booked an apartment rather than a hotel because we wanted more comfort and peace than a hotel offers. We got exactly that! Our apartment had everything we needed and more and was in such a gorgeous, quiet area which was just a 15-20 minute walk to the shops and bus stop. Everything in the apartment was spotless, and our hosts left fresh milk and eggs, and some gorgeous organic lemonade and we had the basics for cooking. I would highly recommend this stunning apartment for your holidays in this beautiful part of the country. We would jump at the chance to return. Thankyou Melanie xx

Clean and has everything you need with secure garden

Great use of space, equip with everything you need and the secure garden is perfect for letting your dog wander and the BBQ was a lovely addition as we had lovely weather so made the most of the outside private space. The riverside walk in Ivybridge is lovely, recommend that. Dog towels, dog biscuits and water bowl were provided which was lovely and milk, eggs, tea, coffee and biscuits for the human which was was also lovely. Parking is a little tight especially if the owners have visitors. And the only downside I found was a lot of noise carried through the walls from the attached owners during the evenings. Overall the studio was great for what I needed - a base for visiting friends in Plymouth.

Couldn't ask for more!

The apartment was amazing and the owners had thought of everything. We wanted a complete break after a very hard year and really felt able to relax here. From the goodies left on our arrival inc. Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and a bowl of fresh fruit, and the tub of goodies left for our little dog, to the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment - all was top quality. I am disabled and am in a wheelchair outside but manage with crutches inside. I saw the apartment was ground floor so knew I would manage on crutches so didn't mention it, but after the owner saw me comng back from a walk in my chair he instantly cut back the bush by the apartments gate so I had easier access. We hadn't realised the apartment was on a very nice housing estate but it was still like a secluded, peaceful hideaway and perfectly placed for exploring the area or just escaping the stresses of everyday life. Thank you so much for a lovely few days

Nice place to explore the Dartmoor/Super um das Dartmoor zu entdecken

Very lovely place! We enjoyed our days really and eyplored from there the Dartmoor There ist everything clean and well-kept with nice details. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking the and living/sleeping room is comfortable. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen und von da aus das Dartmoor besucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer hat alles was man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Our family have lived here since 2010 and have enjoyed all the area offers. Having recently built an extension to create a lovely one bedroomed self contained apartment, it has been sound proofed and totally refurbished to create a lovely private space with its own entrance.

Ivybridge has so much to offer set in the hart of the South hams with beaches and Moors all close by, with a train station 0.5mile away and public transport all on hand. There is a large selection of pubs bars and restaurants all within walking distants. Areas of outstanding natural beauty all on the door step.

Ivybridge Busy market town is the gateway to the moors – and is justifiably proud of its centuries old tradition of well-coming visitors.

And local really means ‘On your doorstep’ from locally made arts and crafts to variety of home grown produce all available from Ivybridge’s great choice and range of shops.
