Esta hermosa casa está situada en una comunidad de playa privada. Es sólo 3 minutos a pie de una playa de arena privada. Disfrute del uso de dos kayaks o dos tablas de paddle stadeup que se lanzan fácilmente de la playa. O, simplemente, disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas de Shelter Island y la bahía de Peconic desde su silla de playa. La playa de arena como ningún otro lugar en la zona.

Great time in Greenport

we had a great time at Scott s house , nice neighborhood, great private beach where you can use paddle boards and canoe for free ,very close from 67 steps beach, Greenport and Orient.Even if we were working daytime , we took the time to enjoy bbq on the porch and and relax in the garden !Thank you Scott as well for the warm welcoming

Perfect location and amazing host

House is impeccable and very well equipped. Great backyard with lounge chairs + grill, bikes and beach acccessories in the garage and a fully-stocked kitchen for everything you need on your trip. Backyard is great for well-behaved dogs (just know it's not fenced-in). House has plenty of room and comfortably sleeps 8 people - bunk beds are a nice bonus for kids. Unbeatable location: 5-7 mins drive from downtown Greenport, 5 min drive from local vineyard and private beach is a 7 min walk from the house. Couldn't ask for better host - Scott is polite, responsive and communicative. He provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area and was always for any questions. Overall, very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back again.

5-star experience from beginning to end

This is the second straight year we've stayed here. The house and the location are beautiful and well-located. It's a very comfortable place. The instructions were clear and we had no need to bother the owner after the initial 15-minute meeting, the same as last year. highly recommended.

Relaxing stay

The house was very comfortable and about a five-minute walk from a private beach and five-minute drive to Greenport. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation

The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable in every way. The deck and lawn are beautiful and it comes with every possible amenity for both home and beach, with incredible easy beach access. The beach itself is lovely and peaceful and the neighborhood is charming and close to everything. Scott was a wonderful, friendly and accessible host and we are definitely looking forward to going back next year!

Fantastic!

Wonderful beach home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Clean, fully equipped with everything you need. Short walk to a beautiful private beach. The property manager is super nice and very attentive. I highly recommend this beach home.

Wonderful

We love the place ! It was peaceful, full of birds , deers , rabbits all the short walk to a very nice beach. Friendly neighborhood, great village , we had a great time and we will be back! Thanks to the family who own the house .

Scott’s Greenport: A Most Pleasant Surprise

Scott & Marianne’s house was perfect—very comfortable, clean, well-equipped & just the right size. It’s in a very pleasant location; from Maple Lane it’s easy to get to & explore the entire North Fork. Scott was very pleasant, helpful, & easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Week in East Marion!

This was our second year staying at this home. Again we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to hopefully staying next year as well. We have such a great time, we fish, kayak, play games and just chill out! The owner is very gracious and accessible at all times!

CHARMING BEACH HOUSE

This is the second season my family and I have enjoyed our beach house rental in Greenport. The house is beautifully decorated in the beach motif and makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The new, updated deck is wonderful and we spent many "happy hours" there. A short walk to the private beach makes it accessible morning, afternoon and evening. After still empting the sand out of our sandals here at home, we all said, "We miss being there and we want to go back again next year." Thank you, Scott, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Family reunion and wedding week

Scott's place was the perfect headquarters for family coming from all over the place to meet up, stay and enjoy the sights and beaches of eastern Long Island. The house is as it appears in the photos. Scott met us when we checked in and provided a very helpful and gracious introduction to the place. We lived on the porch, but the dining room table also was handy when it rained. Didn't get out in the kayak or SUPs, but we should have...the beach is just a short walk away. Very comfortable. We would definitely return.

Great vacation home.

We needed to book a place to stay for a family wedding. This was a great choice. The property was centrally located to everything and the house had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to a very private beach, and seemed to be a very nice & friendly neighborhood. The owner was just a phone call away if we had needed anything. We all had a wonderful time!

Wonderful home on East End of Long Island

Our stay here was fantastic. Scott was there to meet us when we arrived. It was so nice to meet him. He showed us around the home and told us anything we needed to know. He also walked with us to the beach, which was a short walk from the home and just beautiful. The kitchen was lovely and well equipped and was part of a great room. The bedrooms were great (especially my Master!) My grandchildren loved the bunk beds. We all enjoyed our evenings in the living room which had plenty of room for all of us to sit or on the deck watching the grandchildren play ball, badminton or tag in the backyard, all of which was supplied by the homeowner. Scott had all sorts of sports equipment and games to play for all different age groups. Also a big hit was the outside shower, it was great! Out stay here was wonderful and we look forward to coming back! Thank you Scott! Elizabeth Ann, Jill, Allison and the rest of the crew!

More than you expected!

This was the first time I rented a summer place for our family vacation. This home more than exceeded our expectations. The owner was here upon our arrival to give us the tour and answer our many questions. He provided a folder with extra info about the area and then walked us down to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated in a "seaside" motif, updated and very comfortable. There was nothing to do but enjoy ourselves - and everything here to do that. If you are thinking of having a great vacation, look no further. Diane and Madge (the dog)

Fantastic House!!

This house and its location were perfect. There was plenty of room and the house was decorated nicely. There's only a short walk to the beach and the owner supplies kayaks and paddle boards which my kids took full advantage of. Greenport has a pretty downtown area and the house is located close to many wineries. Be sure to check out Kontokosta Winery--the view is beautiful and it's located minutes from the house. The owner was great to work with as well. Definitely book this house if you are interested in visiting the North Fork.

Great weekend, spacious, lovely and full-service home.

This was a great place; much more spacious than the photos show. Beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom; everything you need for a quiet weekend or an active one (the garage is full of fishing poles, kayaks, bikes, etc)! Lovely quiet neighborhood and our host provided directions to watch the sunset - beautiful! Centrally located to Greenport and close to the amazing Orient state park. Overall, one of the best places we have stayed on the North Fork. Highly recommended!

Fall a great time to visit Greenport.

The Cleves Estates Home was a perfect place for my husband and me to spend a long fall week-end with our children and their friends. The house was very comfortable, clean and well put together. We loved relaxing in the living room and on the back deck. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks and had the beach to ourselves. Took many walks around the Cleves Estates where there was little traffic. The Village of Greenport was close by for groceries and restaurants and of course The Greenport Harbor Brewery. We also visited the One Women winery (dog friendly) and Kontokasta winery (beautiful grounds with a view of the sound) to taste some great North Fork wines. Our host, Scott met us on arrival and made sure we knew where everything was including the beach and was just a text away if we needed him. We certainly would love to return same time next year. Paradise on the North Fork!

This beach house was the perfect spot for our family vacation with two young children. The owner made our stay here so easy. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. During our three-week stay, he was a text or a call away when we had any questions. The house is newly renovated and is outfitted with all you need for your trip. We appreciated the short walk to the private beach; it made everything so easy to just stroll over. The beach is pristine and quiet, with beautiful views of Shelter Island. Often times we were the only ones on the beach, and we really felt like we were living on our own private island – what a luxury! When there were others on the beach, the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed kayaking and our children loved swimming in the calm waters of the bay. The house is perfectly situated for exploring wineries, farms and surrounding towns and beaches. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in the food and wine culture of the North Fork, loving near to the house Kontokasta winery with water views and every meal from casual places like Fork and Anchor market near the house to nicer restaurants like North Fork Table and Inn – it was all really fresh and delicious!! This house provided an excellent location and setting for a relaxing and fun beach trip - we would definitely return!!
