Preciosa casa de registro con vistas impresionantes

Ravens juguetones es una elegante casa familiar con vistas 'enriquecedoras corazón' de la mayoría de las ventanas, es amplia terraza y bañera de hidromasaje. Ubicado a 10 minutos del centro de Homero, este retiro le proporciona acceso rápido a todo lo que Homero tiene para ofrecer. Cuatro amplias habitaciones le dan mucha privacidad y espacio para moverse. Una sala de cine con un cómodo sofá y un montón de libros es un gran lugar para ver lo último de Netflix o para visitar a familiares y amigos. La cocina es el sueño de un cocinero. Todas las sartenes Clad, un horno de convección doble, y una gran nevera / congelador hacen de este un gran lugar para cocinar comidas memorables durante su estancia en Homer! Un enorme fogata adorna el patio lateral, ideal para una acogedora hoguera alrededor de la cual compartir bebidas y recuerdos durante su tiempo en Playful Ravens.

Hacemos un llamado al hogar juguetones Ravens porque las corrientes de aire que rodean el farol que esta casa se ubica en crear el lugar perfecto para las aves que se disparan y jueguen en la brisa. Regularmente vemos Eagles, Ravens y los halcones de remolinos en las corrientes ascendentes.

La Master Suite tiene una increíblemente cómoda cama de matrimonio, un gran bloque de baño y vidrio / zona de ducha de azulejos con dos cabezales de ducha, una zona de descanso orientada al norte balcón lo suficientemente grande como para sentarse, además de un precioso, loft con un sofá de dos plazas y una silla con juego frente otomana las notables vistas de Homero, el Homer Spit con un televisor de pantalla plana, si alguna vez se cansan de la vista. La televisión tiene una caja de Roku que transmite Netflix y Amazon Prime Películas gratis. El cuarto de baño de nivel inferior tiene un inodoro, un urinario, un lavabo y una ducha. Nuestra casa tiene en la calefacción por suelo radiante y una estufa de leña Blaze King.

La amplia terraza cuenta con una gran mesa y bancos para almuerzos y cenas inmersos en la vista, cuatro sillas de Adirondack, y una bañera de hidromasaje. También hay una parrilla ubicada en la cubierta de la cocina.

Los visitantes del verano ven regularmente osos, alces, grullas y águilas en nuestra casa.
Hay bonitas rutas de senderismo a pocos minutos de distancia.

We loved our stay at Playful Ravins and would highly recommend it. If we ever come back to Homer, we would definitely stay here again. The view is breathtaking and the house has everything you could need.

This is a lovely home with an amazing view! The kitchen was great for our family gathering in Homer (ten adults for a multi-generational trip). We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful well equipped home. It was a great base for fishing and wildlife day trips.

Great house for family get together.

We were a group of 6. Only 3 had been to Homer before. The view was breathtaking. The amenities the house provided were over the top. We can’t wait to plan another trip and will be booking this house again. Amy was an add bonus.

The views forever in our heart

Beautiful home with stunning views of mountains, glaciers, and kachemak bay. Owner and property manager were very quick to respond to questions!!! All the necessities were provided. Hot tub was a huge hit with our friends(bathrobes were a nice touch) we will be back!

Breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains, the glacier and the bay. Night lights of the city and Homer spit. Spacious rooms and we found everything we could have asked for to make our stay comfortable. The dishes and cutlery were quality as well as the cookware and appliances. Easy drive into town. Our communication with Paula was easy and she went above and beyond to answer questions.

Family Vacation

My Family of 9 adults and 2 year old grandaughter had a wonderful 4 night stay at Playful Ravens in Homer! Paula and her team provided excellent communication before and during the trip. The house was clean and beds very comfortable. The pictures provided were very accurate of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. It was cold and rainy when we arrived but the wood stove quickly warmed us up. The house has an expansive deck with a spectacular view of the mountains, Grewingk Glacier and Kachemak Bay. The Hot Tub was very clean and well maintained. Our time at Homer/Playful Ravens was the highlght of our 2 week trip to Alaska and Vancouver.

Amazing property and views!

We travelled with 8 people (3 adults and 5 kids) and were more than comfortable all together in this house. The kids had an amazing time playing outside, games inside, enjoying the hot tub, etc. We would all stay here for every Homer travel visit just to sit on that deck and take in Alaska.

This House is the Best House in Homer, AK with the Best views.

I would not consider renting any other home in Homer, AK. This house is fantastic - with the best views in Homer. The hosts are very responsive. We could not ask for a better stay anywhere.

I like it when something can be beautiful without looking like it's in competition with the beauty around it. This home is indeed beautiful but blends with the stunning landscape. Cabin with a great view

Everything was just great with the property. From the time we arrived until we left. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room and beds. The view off the back deck is absolutely stunning. It over looks the Homer Spit with Peaks and Glaciers in the backdrop. The kitchen was great we made several meals and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend.

Gorgeous views!

We were very happy with our stay. The house is as advertised. Keep in mind that the master is a loft, no doors for privacy or blackout shades for the long days. Everything was great, even when we needed batteries for the tv remote, manager showed up with new ones. 👍 The view could not be any better, gorgeous!!

In the winter months, Jon works as a teacher at a local public school, while Paula combines her passion for eco-friendly living as a Norwex Independent Consultant with fundraising efforts for local schools and organizations.

For eight years, we drove past this home on our way back to our off-the-grid timber-frame house nestled on 10 acres. Living there with many animals, hauling water, and embracing a simpler lifestyle was a rewarding adventure. But one day, as we returned home from fishing, we noticed this home—one we had admired countless times—was up for sale.

After taking a tour, we were hooked. The spectacular views, the ample space for our growing family, and the closer proximity to town meant our kids could enjoy more of the opportunities Homer has to offer. Moving here has been a terrific change for us, and we’ve loved calling this beautiful property home.

This home has captivated us for years, even before we owned it. It once graced the cover of Alaska Magazine and is as remarkable inside as it is out. Built with incredible craftsmanship, the yellow cedar logs were harvested in British Columbia and transported up the Alcan Highway. The interior walls are warm and inviting, adding to the home’s charm—though they do pose a fun challenge when hanging art!

The front of the home is a showstopper, with eight large windows and a sliding glass door that perfectly frame the breathtaking views. The mountains and glaciers across Kachemak Bay feel like they’re part of the home itself. We never tire of watching the Homer Spit, the town of Homer, and the airport lights twinkling as the sun sets and the night comes alive.

One of our favorite pastimes is soaking in the 104-degree hot tub, gazing at the Northern Lights when they grace the sky. During other seasons, the countless stars and passing satellites make for equally enchanting evenings

Playful Ravens is just 15 minutes from downtown Homer, and those minutes are filled with beauty. Moose, porcupines, eagles, ravens, hawks, owls, and even the occasional lynx can often be spotted along the way. The expansive views as you drive down the hill into town are simply breathtaking.

This is our family home, and Jon is an excellent chef, so we’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you need to create incredible meals. With high-quality appliances and all the tools at your fingertips, cooking for your family and friends can become one of the highlights of your visit.
