Este es un excelente condominio de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños con un garaje para 2 autos. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, utensilios y vajilla. ¡El salón cuenta con una acogedora chimenea y un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de alta definición con Netflix! El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición, así como una cómoda y cómoda para un amplio espacio de almacenamiento; También hay un escritorio en el dormitorio principal con una impresora inalámbrica si está en la ciudad por trabajo. Vintage Condo

This was our third stay at this condo. We did not stay there last March because the owner was going to be there. We were happy to see the new flooring this year but unfortunately, it was not clean. We mopped the floors 5 times in 3 weeks trying to get them clean. Also, there are some maintenance projects that should have been completed while the owner was there. The welcome mat is tattered, the screens on the windows need replacing and the faucets need to be replaced. We love working with Chris who manages the property but more maintenance would make this a top tier property. It is an excellent location and offers great security.

Clean Scottsdale condo close to everything

This condo was a great fit for our family of 4 with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and have their own space. Location was close to everything: grocery, shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf, freeway access. Although the weather wasn't as warm as usual, that didn't stop the kids from using the pool. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. We definitely recommend this place to others and plan on staying here again in the future.

Cleanliness

It was clean but not as clean as we expect when being charged a $150.00 cleaning fee. Aside from that everything was great, communication with the property manager was fabulous we had some minor issues and he promptly responded and handled them!

Great Value

What a great value!!! We enjoyed our stay so much we re-booked for the month of November. Fantastic location, easy access to everything from golf, shopping, restaurant's and more. This unit has the most comfortable beds and a TV in each room, perfect for our golf group. The pool and whirlpool are very close. This unit is well stocked with everything you will need. The manager is very responsive and helpful!!! I've been on my Arizona golf trips for 6 years now... and finally found a home that we will enjoy every year now.

Home from Home!

After a long day travelling, it was so nice to walk into such a clean, comfortable house! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was a nice touch that the owner had left half a dozen bottles of wine in the rack for us to enjoy. We did replace them for the next visitors! With the main ring road only half a mile away, it really is so easy to get to wherever you want to go. The airport is about 20 minutes away and Fashion Square shopping mall is about 15 minutes away. The pool (which I think had just been renovated) is about 50 yards from the front door, though, sadly the weather was unseasonably cold, so we didn't get to use it. No matter though. After a day on the golf course, we were very happy to "veg out" on the reclining sofas. Chris made the check in and check out so simple. We look forward to coming back again - though, hopefully it will be a bit warmer next time.

Convenient location,met expectations

Convenient location to amenities and close to highway to head to other areas in the valley. Place is fully equipped and has everything you need and everything was functioning properly. Could use some updating if you were living there but good condition for a short term rental.

Nice condo near Shea/Hayden.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, lush bath towels, recliner leather sofa, tons of tv channels, and a great location. Condo is close to all sorts of activities, not to mention shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and YMCA. Owner was very accomodating., check in/out procedure could not have been easier. Condo is in a gated community.

Good location, comfortable unit

Unit was nice, beds extremely comfortable. TV's in every bedroom. Not a fully equipped kitchen but adequate. Unit had no extra toilet paper, owner said he would remind housekeeping to keep stocked. Owner checked midweek to make sure everything was OK. Use of garage was nice.

Nice location, beautiful area.

Our family stayed for 10 nights during Christmas/New Year's weeks. The property is in a very nice location - convenient to the highway, shopping, outdoor activities. It is a quiet, well maintained community. There is some street noise, but generally very quiet. The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable memory foam types with nice pillows/bedding. Note, the master bed is NOT a king size as the listing states, but a queen size. The condo was not as well stocked with the essentials as others where we have stayed (1 roll toilet paper/bathroom, no laundry detergent, 1 bar of soap), but with stores nearby we were able to purchase everything we needed. Chris Dunn, Property Manager, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely consider returning.

Great location at a great price

In the heart of Scottsdale, between Old Town and North Scottsdale, close to Scottsdale Shea Hospital and many many amenities. Good for groups of 6 people.

Very Comfortable

This property is in a great location and is very secure and safe. The living and bedrooms are huge, and closet space is wonderful. The kitchen has everything for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The condo is right across the street from the pool area that has a hot tub spa and gas grill for your use.

Great accessible Scottsdale location and spacious living

Our family of 5 stayed here for our Spring Break week. We really enjoyed the condominium and found the location to be ideal with easy access to major freeways that linked us to all we did during Spring Break. The condo is very spacious. Chris Dunn was very responsive and helpful in helping us plan our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that has a nice grill and tables for eating poolside. We also enjoyed having so many casual dining options and grocery and drug store conveniences so close and central/more upscale Scottsdale is just a few miles South of the condominium. For the golfers, we really enjoyed The Starfire Golf Course which is just a 1/3 mile away - 3 scenic 9 hole courses, great for the family and affordable with post 3pm lower rates. This condo is all second floor, one small drawback I would highlight is a small second floor patio - table for four. However, there is a nice courtyard of grass which our boys had fun playing baseball and yard games in. The gated community was also nice for security! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Wonderful experience,worth repeating.

Well,where to start ! Firstly,if you are looking for a place to party the night away,read no further,this is not the place for you. The very large apartment is in a residential complex so it is extremely quiet and well-ordered.Everything is close at hand,like the freeway,main arterial access road,airport, places of interest,medical centres and lots of stores and shopping malls but it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The gated condo is the whole of the top floor above the garages,so the only sound will be the occasional door opening or closing and this never happened late at night or early morning.The pool and hot tub were just steps away so if anything was forgotten we could be back home to collect it in seconds.The maintenance of the pool area was serviced regularly by a friendly,professional who took great pride in his work,hence it was always clean and tidy. The spacious apartment was nicely furnished with comfortable beds ( believe me,my husband is VERY fussy about beds being oases of comfort )and the carpets were spotlessly clean and springy; the two bathrooms worked well for the times when we had visitors.The kitchen was also equipped with plenty of dishes and drinking glasses and the cooking pans were of good quality. There are too many interesting places withing distance for a half or full day visit to list but you will never be stuck for things to do.Chris,the site manager is helpful and quick to respond to queries or is readily available should any little problems occur.We would certainly use this place again and have no hesitation to recommend it to others.

Amazing place, perfect location for a great price!

I can't believe I found a 3 bedroom in this neighborhood for such a great price! This has been a perfect stay for me and my family! The pool is beautiful and this unit is right next to it! Everything was made very easy for us! Thank you for an amazing experience, it truly was a vacation for my family!
