Es hora de alejar sus preocupaciones. Venga a disfrutar de unas vacaciones familiares o una escapada de fin de semana en nuestra casa frente al mar en Amelia South. Te sentirás como en casa en nuestro condominio recientemente renovado y bellamente decorado con gabinetes de cocina acristalados, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, techos de pino del corazón, azulejos de porcelana, cortinas personalizadas, y sin mencionar molduras de la corona en todo.

Disfruta de la comodidad del primer piso con vistas que normalmente obtienes desde el segundo piso y arriba. Solo camine 20 yardas desde su balcón hasta la piscina o solo 30 yardas hasta el cruce peatonal de la playa. No más llevar sillas, toallas y juguetes de playa por largos tramos de escaleras o esperar en los ocupados ascensores. Este condominio se encuentra en el centro de Fernandina Beach, cerca de muchos restaurantes populares y a pocos pasos del famoso 'Surf Restaurant' de la isla (restaurante al aire libre con música en vivo y tiki bar). Location was best of the best.....especially with little kids. Great pool, easy beach access. Well appointed condo. No issues whatsoever. Owner was incredibly communicative and extremely nice. Highly reccomend this property for a beach vacation. You will not be disappointed

Extended family stayed at this condo and we used it as home base for our trips to the beach. Perfect location with great view. We had a four year old staying with us so being close to the pool was an asset.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house on Amelia Island! The location is fantastic, right next to the pool and just steps from the beach. Weekdays were very quiet and peaceful, while weekends had a bit more activity but still enjoyable. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated how many attractions, shops, and restaurants were within a 20–30 minute drive. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up booking an additional night last minute! The only drawback was that the outdoor water had a strong sulfur smell, so rinsing off after the beach left us smelling like eggs. Other than that, it was a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Great little getaway

This is a beautiful condo convenientlu located on the beach. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds in every room. The unit was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

Honestly, it was in a perfect location with excellent communication from the owner. It was well stocked, clean, and comfy. The only thing I would change is to consider a lower bed and make it king-size for the master bedroom. It is a little challenging to get into bed if you are short or elderly. However, this would NOT prevent us from renting again! The pool, ease of getting to it, and the beach were fabulous! Thank you again for a great stay!

Amazing Property!

This property is everything you see in the pictures and more!Loved the 1st floor access. The pool and walkway to the beach are literally right out the back sliding glass door.Everything was in working order. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! The property owner was very responsive.The only thing that was challenging for us is the checkout was 10 AM. However when we asked the owner, she allowed us a check out of 11 AM. Which was still a bit challenging. Otherwise, this was an absolutely beautiful property, a clean property, and so relaxing. Also worthy of noting is that horseback riding on the beach is available within 1 mile of this property (although a bit expensive at 200/hour) but what an amazing experience! We also did goat yoga, which was hysterical and that was relatively close to the property as well.Our joke was that everything was within 1.5 miles of the property.

Great place!

My husband and I came with my daughter, son in law, and our 9 month old grandson. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite part was its first floor location… super easy access to the pool and the beach. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Great Stay

Two night stay. Condo is exactly as seen in pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. Communication was excellent. The pool was right beyond the patio. Very convenient to beach. Would recommend to others.

Family Reunion

Thank you Amy for being so kind, thoughtful and checking in with us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.The condo was lovely and clean! The information about the condo was very accurate. Enjoyed the awesome view and having coffee in the mornings on the porch! Great not having to deal with stairs or elevator! Can’t beat these views.

There’s so much to love about this condo! First for us is always the view, and this condo has fantastic views of the water from inside and from the patio. We watched dolphins swim by while we ate breakfast. The hosts have provided every comfort in their very clean and well-appointed condo. And the convenience of being on the first floor with easy access to the beach was a big plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, better experience, to rest and renew for a few days, or for better hosts to work with. Amy shared restaurants that her family enjoyed and we prepared to gain weight to try them all. We will hopefully be back in the near future and this is where I’d like to stay.

Fantastic view and location

First, let me say Amy And Adam are great hosts. They are very responsive and offered us plenty of information to help us plan our trip days ahead of our arrival. As far as the condo, I was really pleased with thesize, cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Two grocery stores are conveniently located close to condo and downtown Fernandina was less than 10 minutes away. Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and sound of the surf is a perfect start to the morning. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and breakfast and again for late afternoon cocktails. Many wonderful restaurants and breweries to enjoy, didn’t have one bad meal the entire week we were in Fernandina. Plenty of shopping in town as well. I would highly recommend you check out the Crown Jewel condo!! Thank you Amy and Adam!

Girls weekend

The place was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing all the girls had so much fun and even got up early to watch the sunrise which with teenagers is amazing in its self! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Will definitely be booking again in the summer.

Wonderful stay

We brought our family with 3 kiddos ages 2-7 and this was a perfect rental for our family. Everything as described, the biggest win for our family was all the beach chairs and toys available to use - hours of endless play on the beach, a minute away from the condo! Would definitely stay again.

Amelia Island is a very Special place to relax and unwind. You don’t get closer to the ocean than this! We are on the 1st floor so no stairs and a BEAUTIFUL view! That's why this property is the BEST around! As soon as you open the front door you will see the beach waves rolling in. You can lay on the master bed and watch the waves roll in as well. Furthermore, if you would like you can open the blackout draperies and be greeted by the rising sun....it is truly breath taken! We fill that we have a piece of HEAVEN on earth!
Also, we are just minutes away from the must see historic downtown. At night the glistening lights amongst the oak trees, brick roads and the most amazing restaurants is just what will cap your day off!
