Muebles de lujo y más espacio que usted podría desear esperar a que en el condominio Lakeview Ejecutivo Penthouse en Vista Cay Resort. Sus vacaciones en Florida será completa cuando entras en la sala de estar elegantemente decorado, lleno de muebles de cuero de lujo y mucho espacio para relajarse. Justo fuera de la gran sala de estar es un balcón terraza impresionante con una impresionante vista del lago Cay y un montón de asientos para cócteles al atardecer.

Una mesa de comedor para cuatro y más taburetes en la barra de desayuno con asientos para las comidas y noshing en aperitivos o snacks. La cocina completamente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito para su chef gourmet interior.

La suite principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen una cómoda cama de matrimonio. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales, y todas las habitaciones cuentan con colchones pillow-top y su propia TV de 32 pulgadas para relajarse con comodidad. We were thoroughly pleased with this lovely home. It was large, spacious , modern, with terrific views of the lake, as well as nightly views of the fireworks at three different theme parks. Very convenient location for the convention center as well as visiting theme parks. The beds were very comfortable. We recommend highly and would definitely stay here again!

This condo is dated and dirty. We called management as soon as we arrived and they sent in a cleaning crew who didn't really clean the space. Old rugs in living room needs to be replaced bathrooms need to be cleaned and outdated furniture should be replaced

Great Central Location for Central Florida

Super location for enjoying Orlando and central Florida. Property is ideal for those visiting Orlando for business or vacation. We used this property as our base location while working/attending a week-long trade show at the nearby Orange County Convention Center. The apartment has lots of space, so you don't feel like stepping over others in your party. The kitchen and dining area is well-stocked, so you can make your own meals. Communication with property management was great. Easy to check-in and out. Most importantly, the management provided a clean condo and outdoor property for us to enjoy. Yes, we would recommend Vista Cay Resort for those looking for a lodging option.

This place was perfect for my team to stay during our trade show. Just Dennis was awesome making sure we were squared away at all times. Would stay again for sure

Extremely difficult

First let’s start with booking process, it was absolutely a nightmare. They’re verification process was completely flawed. I was canceled for not verifying, but I had verified and gotten confirmation. I had to rebook and wait for refund of original booking charge. All of this took place while I was in route. Ultimately the lady who helped me book through Casiola, was very kind and helpful. The property was dirty and totally run down. The beds were miserable,ALL the tables were atrocious. The carpet was filthy and clearly not vacuumed. The complex it’s self is nice, but the people staying there are very sketchy. I would say in a star rating for I would give 1 star since zero stars are not an option.

Nice property but lacking

Reported to the management that the dishwasher did not work and refrigerator water and ice maker dis not work. Sent someone but never fixed or any follow-up. No tissues or hand soaps provided. No trash cans in any bedrooms. Living room carpet dirty and corner would not stay down causing tripping hazard. Be careful of water temperature- very, very hot. Clean except around doors and light switches. Would have liked bedding other than three flat sheets and velux blanket. Hard to keep on bed. Location great and pool and game room fun for kids. Location perfect for SeaWorld or Universal.

Orlando stay

We had extended stay by one day day before we were locked out of the room. We called got the answering service it took them 35 minutes for some one from company to get us a door code and they gave us one time use code even we had were staying full day. Second thing we had to put trash in storage bench in hallway and when you open to go out you get a strong smell of trash and then the smell comes into your room. We were there for 4 days there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper no extra trash bags we had to go to Walgreens and get them. Fire park missing outside master bedroom. Fire alarm keep beeping by the second bathroom called them and nobody came to fix or replace battery.

Great Location, quality property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in very good condition, pictures are accurate. Location is excellent. Couches turned into beds are not good to sleep on. Kept receiving messages from Prop Mgr for ID and picture of CC with code many times after sending it twice, also asks to pay to heat the pool and it is a common pool for the whole area. Good property overall.

The size of the property was very good with good size kitchen diner and lounge area. It had all the utilities you could need during a holiday. Our only issues were the maintenance of the property. We had no internet and tv for 4 days and a microwave that did not work although replaced next day. If everything functions there can be few better apartments

Great location and great space

We loved the property and the location was perfect. The beds are not comfortable and the sleeper sofas do not come with blankets and that was not communicated prior to arrival. I would stay here again but would ask for blankets to be provided.

Gorgeous Apartment Near All Orlando Attractions

My daughter-in-law was very impressed with the Casiola vacation home I rented for our Universal vacation--and she is NOT easily impressed! Such beautiful, big rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and bathrooms plus a laundry room--yahoo. Very clean and bright. Close to grocery store and drug store plus lots of restaurants close enough for delivery. We were in Orlando for Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Discovery Cove, and all were about 15 minutes away so perfect for us. We didn't spend much time at the pool or game room, but they were very nice enough. The staff (which we didn't need to see very much at all since everything was pretty much self-serve) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Three suggestions: 1. Include a bath mat for in front of the showers. We used a towel to catch any water that ran from the shower door when opened, but a mat would have been better. 2. Add some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels and clothes. One bath rod was not really enough for the master bathroom. 3. The TVs used Roku and we had to add our own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Would have been nice to have HBO or another premium channel as part of the package, but most nights we were too tire to watch movies, so no big deal. Just needed to remember to delete our accounts at the end. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Orlando. Marlene

The drawers in the dressers were also broken. The furniture needs to be updated for sure. Not worth the price when your sleep is disturbed by a creeking mattress.
