Paraíso tropical es todo lo que quieres en un alquiler de vacaciones. Esta lujosa casa adosada tiene todas las campanas y silbidos para hacer de sus vacaciones un verdadero paraíso. Con un garaje para un automóvil incluido y ubicado junto al estacionamiento adicional, hay un montón de espacio para todos.

La amplia sala de estar cuenta con muebles de alta gama, cómodos y un televisor LED de 42 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD. Salir al balcón para disfrutar del sol de Florida. El comedor está al lado de la sala de estar en un plano de planta abierto, y alberga una mesa encantadora con capacidad para seis.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar cualquier comida y bebida que desee. Un medio baño se encuentra en el nivel principal para su comodidad.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama tamaño king con un televisor LCD de 32 pulgadas y el segundo dormitorio en el nivel superior tiene dos camas dobles y su propio televisor LCD de 32 pulgadas. El nivel más bajo tiene el tercer dormitorio que tiene una cama king y un televisor de 32 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD. Esta habitación también tiene acceso privado a un patio amueblado, perfecto para aperitivos y bebidas. Perfect Stay.

Business Conference with friends

We found our stay at Vista cay condominiums to be perfect! The layout of the condo 46 women was perfect in every way! Comfortable beds, and full baths accessible from each of the three bedrooms. Location was great as well. Although you can walk to the convention center be aware that it is still two miles away. Dennis was very attentive to anything that we asked. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for something in a convenient location in Orlando.

Great location. Great place to relax

Loved the layout of the house. Kitchen was very nice. Just a few things that should have been checked before we got there. Light bulb out in upstairs heat lamp. Bulb out in vanity on lower level and the door hinge to that bedroom very loose Also should clean the air ducts.

Ants!!!

There were ants everywhere! In the foyer entrance. In the downstairs bedroom. In the kitchen and in the dining and living combo! It wasnt overwhelming it was just gross.

perfect convention stay

love staying here. super close to Convention Center and all the I Drive activities. Very clean and nice to have a full kitchen. wish it had not rained every afternoon so we could have gone to the awesome pool. Full size laundry in unit too!! Food Truck Friday evening on property! would def recommend.

Would do this again

Very clean and well appointed within walking distance of the convention center. Each bedroom is its own full bath suite - PERFECT for business. We had some difficulty with the WiFi which made it problematic but it was squared away after a day.

There was trash and food in the driveway upon our arrival. Half empty water bottles left around the unit. The back door was left wide open and there were ants in the bathroom. PLEASE DONT BOOK...WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN!!!

Initially upon checking in the place had a nice appearance but then things went south from there. The dishes still had food on them in the cabinets and some even had stagnant water. In my children’s room both beds had soiled linens with Makeup, Blood, and other major stains. I have photos for proof. Upon discovering this I reached out to the Property Manager. No Response. I also called the same day and the customer service response was we will have some one out immediately....No one showed up. The next day while we were gone someone dropped off two sheet sets but mind you there is blood on the blankets so my children are using sheets and one is now laying in bed with us. The night before check out guess who emails not calls but emails....the property manager saying that she apologizes. I request a partial refund for my experience and she agrees but says it has to be after I check out. I check out and don’t receive any communication. I call customer service and they say all they can do is refund 163 for the cleaning fee. I said what about the fact I had to change my sleeping arrangement wash extra dishes so I could have a sanitary meal. Is the owner not refunding part of my stay. They said no all they can do is 163. This was my first and last time booking with VRBO because I spent nearly 1000 and couldn’t even get a simple cleanliness request fulfilled. There is still a pandemic going on and this is how my family was treated. My daughter did not enjoy her senior trip and I still have an upset wife....Some vacation this was.

Very Nice & Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in this particular unit and only have two minor suggestions. The frame for the 2nd bed in the double bedroom is very squeeky. Sharing a room makes for an unpleasant stay for both people. Curtains would be a nice addition to keep the light out so as not to awaken at the crack of dawn. The downstairs ADA bathroom could use some shelves or a larger shelf unit since there is no vanity on which to put your makeup, razor, toothbrushes, etc. Not sure why this bathroom is fully ADA since there is no access to the kitchen or living areas without climbing up the stairs. New pillows are needed in this bedroom as well. Overall, a nice stay and the perfect location for our needs but will probably choose a different unit next year.

Perfect Location

Several of us rented this property because we were attending a function at the OCC. This was the perfect location and within walking distance. Everything was spotless and in good working order, close to good shopping and restaurants. The management company communicated very effectively and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Not exactly what we expected

The property manager was very responsive. The location is perfect. However, we were disappointed about the property. The carpet and furniture needs to be replaced, as it's very worn. Although I felt our bedding was clean, the place needs a thorough cleaning. There was dust/dirt on the baseboards and black mold in the dishwasher. I was also disappointed about the lack of counter space and storage in downstairs master bath. There is no counter space to put toiletries on, only a small stand that has slats, making it difficult to place items on. There were no hooks to hang up anything either. I found an ironing board in the garage and used it to put our stuff on. The sink is starting to pull away from the wall in the downstairs bath too. There was hole in the wall by the kitchen going up the stairs and a big stain on the carpet by the t.v stand. Also, we had to buy garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and paper towels since there were six of us staying for a week. I definitely would stay in that area again as it's very convenient to stores, restaurants, activities and the parks.
