Una impresionante casa de 3 dormitorios, 4 baños / baño situada en el corazón de Killin, en Loch Lomond y el Parque Nacional Trossachs, a minutos en coche de la cordillera de Ben Lawers.
La casa en sí consta de tres amplias habitaciones, cada una completa con baño privado y TV. Hay una gran sala de estar / comedor / cocina abierta, perfecta para entretenerse o relajarse disfrutando de las impresionantes vistas desde las puertas francesas de piso a techo que se abren a un gran balcón. The Living Room cuenta con un televisor SMART de 50 ", con Freesat y sistema de sonido envolvente con conectividad para iPod. La propiedad está situada en 1/2 acre de terreno, completa con un amplio patio con barbacoa y un camino de entrada lo suficientemente grande como para cuatro vehículos. Además, hay una sala de secado ubicada en el sótano.
El centro de la ciudad, que incluye numerosos pubs, restaurantes y tiendas, se encuentra a cinco o diez minutos a pie. Hay dos campos de golf a 20 minutos en coche de la propiedad. Hay numerosas actividades disponibles a la vuelta de la esquina, incluidas numerosas pistas de ciclismo, kayak y pesca en Loch Tay.

    Killin is a perfect location for exploring , hiking and day trips to Oban or Sterling. The town is very cute and has everything you need. Mikes house was comfortable, modern and clean with great views and nice outdoor areas. Enjoyed the fireplace, grill and there are bikes available. The Inn at the falls is great to sit outside for pizza and a pint. Also enjoyed the Killin Hotel and the Courie Inn. Mike was the perfect host. Great communication. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

    Der Aufenthalt in Bal-na-Coille war phantastisch . Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen . Auch die Ausstattung der Küche und die Umgebung sind traumhaft . Die Kommunikation mit Mike war 100 % . Als Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen in alle Richtungen ist die zentrale Lage ideal . Wir kommen gerne wieder .

    Bal-na-Coille has everything you need a real home from home. The accommodation throughout is excellent. The surrounding area is beautiful and we were really lucky to have sunshine throughout our stay. So spent lots of time sitting out on the veranda and sunning ourselves in the garden, Killin is a lovely village and we would recommend the Courie Inn for dinner, very dog friendly.

    Amazing! Wonderful spotlessly clean 5* fantastic property. Unspoilt stunning views to wake up to. Wonderful, kind attentive hosts. Loved every minute of our stay and can’t fault a thing. Wonderful walks on your doorstep, Killin is beautiful and has all the amenities you need.

    Fabulous stay

    Would recommend staying here. The house was fabulous and a well equipped kitchen etc. and the rooms were very nice. Beds were comfy. Bit tricky to Locate as the post code takes you to a different house. The house sat at the back of a drive on it’s own and the view was superb. Lovely walks nearby. Jake family & friends.

    Fantastic Highlands Escape

    We stayed at Bal-Na-Coille for five nights in August. The property has been decorated to a high modern standard with all rooms having on suite shower rooms. There is a separate bathroom too. The kitchen well designed and was well stocked with everything you would need in a self catering holiday and there is a BBQ available for use. The weather was against us most days but it was great to come back to the property after a day battling the elements thanks to how welcoming and cosy the house is. I would highly recommend this property and I'd like to thank the owner Mick for all his help and attentiveness throughout our stay.

    Great Stay

    Great house, with everything you’ll need for your stay. The view from the main room/balcony is fantastic. Great communication before and during the stay and simple self check in. Restaurants etc a short walk away. Happy to recommend.

    Absolutely Killin It!

    Fabulous house with everything you could want. The balcony is a real sun trap in the morning - yes we had the sun 🌞 Killin itself is lovely and the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do for all. Our host was super helpful whenever we had any issues - which to be fair were all down to us. Great family weekend, enjoyed by all - will be back.

    Wonderful picturesque town, great pubs and walks, handy supermarket. The accommodation was outstanding, the photos don’t really do it justice. beautiful open plan kitchen/ lounge area ideal for socialising. Bedrooms and en-suites all top class. Friendly and helpful interaction with host. Would definitely go again.

    Tolles Haus, es blieben keine Wünsche offen

    Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit 5 Personen und 2 Hunden in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Lage in Killin ist super, man geht zu Fuß in den Ort um einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind recht schmal aber sehr gemütlich und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, das ist wirklich toll. Küche auch bestens ausgestattet. Tolle Ausblicke aus dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen in der Umgebung fährt man meist ca 1 Stunde oder länger. Mike war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und entspannt. Vielen herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

    Outstanding holiday home!

    Mike was very responsiv and provided a lot of helpful tips. The house was in a very good condition, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our great stay. The terrace invites to enjoying the sun outside. The area is great for daytrips and outdoor activities. Highly recommend booking it. Thanks a lot to Mike and Steven

    Beautiful property

    The house is very homely with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of home comforts . For our 3 night stay there are enough restaurants close by to eat in a different place each night. The location of the house is central to explore east and west coast in hour to hour and half driving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Contact with owner was fast and easy.

    Fantastic home from home

    We had a fabulous week at Bal-na-coille! The property was immaculate, well-equipped and very spacious and comfortable. The living area is open plan with lots of space in each of the kitchen, dining and seating areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and more. We’re only sorry that the weather wasn’t good enough for a barbecue. Before we arrived, Mike (the host) kept us fully informed sending us a welcome pack and giving us recommendations for dog-friendly places to eat in Killin. We can highly recommend The Courie Inn and the Falls of Dochart Inn was also very good. A really thoughtful touch was a box of Quality Street and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. There’s lots to see in and around Killin and the autumn colours were stunning. The Falls are spectacular and we hunted out the Stone Circle, the Dochart Viaduct and Finlarig Castle without having to leave the town. We also enjoyed short trips to Aberfeldy, Pitlochry and Callander. We’ve every intention of coming back to Killin during another season to be able to appreciate the stunning scenery. Thank you to Mike and family for letting us share your lovely home.

    Great stay!

    From first booking to leaving the property we have nothing negative to say regarding our stay. House has everything you could need. Beautifully set out and the balcony to sit and drink our morning tea was fantastic! This is our annual family get together and it didn’t disappoint. Three great bedrooms with spacious en-suites. Set in a really beautiful village I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Host although not onsite was available if we needed anything. I came away with great memories and a slight dose of house envy!!

    Short break

    Lovely house in a lovely setting. En suites in every room makes sharing a house so easy. Beds comfortable. Well equipped, cooked a big Sunday roast and had enough pots and dishes. Easy walk to village which has well stocked supermarket and good local pubs/ restaurants.. Courie Inn especially. Seating is great for after long walks and wood burner a treat. Would definitely return here.

    Wonderful house within 10 mins walk from restaurants and pubs. Every possible amenity and felt very homely. Wonderful log burner and surround sound system for cooler evenings! Host exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Will definitely return and don't hesitate to recommend to anyone. One of nicest properties we have stayed in

    Christmas vacation
