Disfrute de su café de la mañana mientras disfruta de la vista espectacular de aguas blancas en la terraza inferior o superior. Pase el día tomando el sol en la arena bajo el sol, relajarse en la piscina frente al mar y jacuzzi, o el surf y terminar con impresionantes puestas de sol desde el deck ambos con espectaculares vistas de aguas blancas.

Esta hermosa casa al mar con vistas a la playa y la costa entre
los puntos de Calafia y Punta Banda. Se tarda 90 segundos para estar en la playa.

Las Gaviotas, una comunidad cerrada vigilado 24/7, es un refugio perfecto
para parejas, amigos o familias, debido a su ambiente amigable, seguro y relajante.
Las Gaviotas es una comunidad vigilada de 300 viviendas, construida sobre un acantilado con vista al Pacífico

Parte del encanto de este pueblo mexicano es las calles adoquinadas bordeadas
con palmeras y hermosos meandros buganvillas en todo. Esta acogedora comunidad está ubicada a sólo 30 minutos al sur de la frontera de San Diego. Our stay at 75 Los Pelicanos East was nothing short of PERFECTION! The view!!! The amenities and thoughtfulness to every detail could not have been better. Elizabeth was easily accessible and helpful from our first correspondence to our last. 10 Star ⭐️ rating!!!! Highly recommend ♥️

Wedding weekend

Everything was just as described for the property. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions promptly. We love Las Gaviotas as it is a gated community and we just feel very safe there. The house again was just as described it has everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you!

Amazing getaway

I can't recommend this property enough. We have been staying at different houses in Las Gaviotas for 10 years plus and this one is a gem. So clean and spacious with everything you could need in the kitchen. Your host is so quick with communication. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and lounge deck were sublime. 10/10!

A wonderful escape to south of the border

Elizabeth’s spacious and very clean place easily accommodated our family of eight. Communication was effortless and the preparation package was extremely thorough. We had no problem finding our way to Las Gaviotas. We all felt secure staying in the complex. Everyone enjoyed the restaurants that Elizabeth suggested but a nice surprise was eating the delicious tacos they sold poolside. We all loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Lovely time at las Gaviotas

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a beautiful view and the host is very responsive and attentive. Read a few reviews about security being a little difficult, but our experience with them was lovely, the whole staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved staying at las Gaviotas and will for sure return.

The house was great. Amazing location and beautiful view.we had a wonderful stay. Checking was difficult since the security were very difficult and aggressive. Once we got passed the checking in it was wonderful.

Great views, very safe

Betsy was so responsive and able to help out even in times of uncertainty with the corona virus. The security guards make you feel safe and are helpful with finding transportation. Plenty of room for 10 of us to be comfortable!

We stayed 8 days property is beautiful. Security is great I went with teenage children and I felt very safe. Gated community If you want to go and relax this is the place VERY quiet community. The weather was perfect Owner is awesome reponse very quickly to ALL your needs

The home is perfect for a large group. Highly recommended!

The home is everything as advertised. Spacious, great views, very easy access to get to. The security checking you in are dilligent but polite. They are a great resource as well. They helped get us taxis. Ask them to get you “Nacho” if u need a van. As far as the community where the home is (Las Gaviotas), we didn’t really have time to enjoy the amenities, but they do have a very big, clean pool and jacuzzi with an awesome view of ocean. We walked around the cobble stone streets of Las Gaviotas and on their private malecón on Saturday morning. Probably the highlight of our visit. FYI, it’s about 8 miles south of Rosarito. Don’t let that deter u. Taxis are available all day and night at Las Gaviotas, and all taxis in Rosarito will know where Las Gaviotas are. And of course there’s always Uber. It exists out here.

Relaxing home with a beautiful view!

Beautiful home less than 2 miles away from Puerto Nuevo. Spacious 5 bedrooms that will make your getaway a comfortable one. House has 2 patios, beach, and pool in the complex with a beautiful view of the sunset.Owner provides all the information you need and is very accommodating. Noise ordinance enforced at 10pm in patios but can hang at beach or pool until 12am. Great family getaway home

AMAZING

We had a great time. The house was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. No need to take anything extra because the house is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room. Views of the ocean are breathtaking. As parents we felt safe letting our teenage children walk to pool and beach. We even added an extra night and plan on staying longer the next time we go down. If you are looking for a place to relax then this is definitely the place to go.

This was an amazing trip and this home was at the heart of it. We found absolutely everything we needed was there and ready for us, the directions and all the information was simple and easy to find. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, it’s a beautiful house that is comfortable, with just the right amount of character. The absolute cherry on top of this house however is the view from the upstairs deck, it’s easily the best view we’ve had anywhere in the world! Thank you, Betsy Victor, for the opportunity to stay. We hope to stay again in the future!

Great location and spacious layout!

Casa Delfin was a wonderful “home away from home!” We especially liked the spacious master bedroom and overall number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our two families of four. Additionally, it was within walking distance to the beach and we had access to great amenities. The quick five minute drive to Puerto Nuevo was also a plus. Aside from the property, Betsy, the owner, was extremely accommodating making the experience that much better!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Besty did a great job communicating before the trip which made it very easy and convenient. The house is beautiful, location is perfect, and amenities are all fabulous. We cant wait to come back!!

Beautiful !

Loved the house...it had all we needed. We loved that it had such a big family dining table..enjoyed playing UNO with all of us. The balcony from the master room is just the cherry on top! I would definitely stay here again...I hope it's soon!

Home Away From Home

Amazing, lovely and peaceful

An amazing propery where you can go relax and enjoy the sunsets and beach right of the balconies. If you love sea food very close to Puerto Nuevo where its sea food paradise. We had a party of 10 stay at the house and had a blast I would definately recomend others to consider this property for vacations. Everything was well maintained and the security there was great very good.

We began coming to Las Gaviotas to vacation years ago. It is and always has been such a well kept community only 30 minutes from the border but feels like you are in a different world, in a resort community with great surf, attractive homes and a great vibe.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My home, at the highest point in the community, offers 180 degree coastline views north and south from both decks. You have a straight view of the surf break from both decks and I find nothing more relaxing than enjoying morning coffee on the living level deck, watching the morning surfers!
