Cliffs 7305 ofrece una suite principal con una cama king nueva que fue reemplazada en noviembre de 2018, además de un loft con una oficina y una cama king adicional. This was our 2nd stay at this unit and it is always a terrific experience. The mornings and evenings on the lanai are always a positive and welcome time of relaxation. We alway enjoy cooking at the BBQs and having dinner on the bluff at sunset. As a plus the floor fan and snorkeling gear we bought and left at the unit last year were still there. We’ll be back.

Lovely property, responsive host

This unit is spacious, airy and nicely furnished. When we reached out to the host with a question, the response was quick and very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It had everything in the kitchen that you would need to cook up some gourmet meals. The unit was spacious and clean and the views from the lanai and kitchen were spectacular. The grounds were lovely and the pools, concierge and all the chairs scattered around the property just added to our experience. We would recommend getting a new mattress for the downstairs bedroom as it was uncomfortable. Also some better lighting in the living areas. It was a bit challenging navigating all the light switches.

Amazing Stay

Property was as advertised with the exception that the pictures of the views do not do it justice. Great place!! Would recommend and will book again.

Perfect place for relaxing!

We stayed 10 nights and had a joyful time with our two daughters who had overlapping stays for a few nights. Kitchen was well appointed for our cooking style. We love the Foodland grocery store, especially the poke and sushi. The whale watching was phenomenal! And my running went very well with the lovely bike/walk path so close. I am wondering how soon I can get my parents to come enjoy The Cliffs! I do have a couple ideas for slight improvements to help longer term renters. Just email me.

Beautiful, Convenient Stay

The property has a beautiful location and our view of the ocean and the greens was stunning at all times of day. The Property itself is well maintained and clean. Not too noisy and we felt like we had a lot of privacy for such a big property. We appreciated the amenities, especially the hot tub on the rainy days. The unit itself was clean and spacious. It was just 2 of us, so we really didn't use the loft portion at all. The furniture is a little outdated and the bed wasn't the most comfortable (caves in in the middle a bit) but for the price we thought it was a great value. We really appreciated having a nice kitchen that was well stocked with lots of pots/pans/utensils and having the option of doing laundry while we were there. They also left us plenty of beach and bath towels and beach supplies which was a really nice touch. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Lovely condo, the view is amazing, grounds are pristine. The only thing I would recommend is that the owners would update front door to keyless entry.

Condo is tastefully decorated, but needs some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first night when I crawled into bed I was alarmed at the amount of sand in the sheets because we hadn't been to the beach yet. I'm crossing my fingers that it was caused by the sand on our bedroom floor sticking to my feet & not because our sheets hadn't been changed. I ran my hand over the floor tiles & there was a lot of sand so I'm pretty sure it was from this. For $3,200+ for 10 days I don't think we should have to supply our own TP. There was a partial role plus one extra when we arrived. This probably seems insignificant, but I could have stayed in a hotel for a fraction of the cost & had clean sheets & towels & unlimited TP. There was also a missing outlet cover in the master bedroom. I honestly don't see an advantage to staying at an Airbnb property vs a hotel with a small fridge and microwave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Cliffs condos - this was our 4th time staying there. A couple of problems with this condo:1. The DVD player does not work (or it was user error - but you should have someone check that out)2. The dryer was not set up correctly. My husband thought it could be fire danger with the way the hoses were set up. Please have someone look at that.

Thanks for providing beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a cooler.Staff were responsive and helpful.The dryer in the unit doesn't work very well. Only accommodates small loads and must run for hours to get dry.The kitchen is nicely stocked, but needs some more silverware.
