Nivel de 2.800 pies cuadrados de arquitectura maestra diseñada villa está totalmente amueblada con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 chimeneas, puede alojar cómodamente 2-12 personas.. En muchas ocasiones hemos grupos de 15 personas alojadas. En caso de que tenga un grupo grande de más de 15 personas, tenemos contactos con otros alquileres de villas cercanas.

Encontrará mosaico italiano y maderas exóticas importadas en toda la villa, un diseño interior de arte local, máscaras indígenas, puertas talladas a mano, antigüedades y ventanas de piso a techo de cristal que le hará sentirse como en uno con los jardines muy bien cuidados / senderos naturales y vistas al lago y la selva tropical que le rodean. Usted tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, minibar, Wi-Fi, TV vía satélite, DVD, sistema estéreo, teléfono, parrilla de barbacoa, lavadora y secadora ... ¡y MUCHO más!La experiencia de nuestros cuartos de baño recién remodelado. Villa Encantada se encuentra en una de 40 acres de exuberante vegetación increíble Private Nature Preserve Raíces en las orillas del Lago Arenal, pero convenientemente situado al pueblo de Nuevo Arenal donde hay restaurantes, tiendas y centros turísticos. Le remitimos sólo a los tour operadores más fiables y eficientes de la zona. Aprovechar las excursiones fáciles de un día a Monteverde, Caño Negro, parques nacionales, bosques nublados y muchas playas.

Finalmente, lo que realmente nos diferencia de otras propiedades es que aquí, en Villa Encantada, disfrutará de la Naturaleza en su Exquisito Mejor ... con acres de jardines maduros con millas de extensas rutas de senderismo a través de bosques vírgenes y ríos. Nuestro propio campo de golf privado, estanques naturales alimentados por la primavera para nadar y cascadas para relajarse ... gran cantidad de cascadas, riachuelos FLY PESCA en nuestra propiedad, almacenados PONOS DE PESCA con GRAN pescado estanques grandes que se pueden utilizar nuestra (8) kayaks en, o llevarlos hasta el lago y la paleta en calas solitarias lago para ver la fauna con flora / fauna demasiado numerosos para mencionarlos aquí. Somos el alquiler chalet que tiene SOLAMENTE EL LAGO ARENAL DE ACCESO, sólo un fácil 3 minutos a pie de la orilla del lago para explorar la joya de Costa Rica: el Lago Arenal.

En Villa Encantada tenemos un requisito de permanencia mínima de 3 noches. Se pueden hacer excepciones para grupos de 8 o más personas. parejas o grupos de 15 personas de luna de miel se encuentra Villa Encantada una experiencia inolvidable en un entorno paraíso tropical. Las tarifas de alquiler se basan en el número de personas en su grupo. Los niños menores de 6 años entran gratis *** (3 niños menores de 7 años son iguales a la tarifa de 1 adulto).

Amazing!!!
Wish I could give more stars! I consider Glenn a friend now - he was so helpful in making this trip perfect (other than we needed to stay longer than a week!). Our kids and husband and myself all say this was one of favorite vacays ever. Just wish we’d scheduled more time just to stay at property. Next time! The kids are already talking bout when we can go back. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Beautiful property in the rainforest
First off, Glenn is a beautiful human being that will help you every step of the way! The love and hard work for this beautiful place shows. The flora and fauna there is incredible. The pool and slide are absolutely fabulous and fun. Our whole family loved it. The slide is super fast. The hiking trails are nicely manicured. It was super fun swimming in the river and sitting by the waterfalls.The patio is so lovely and enjoyable to hang out at. There’s really cute restaurants within 10-20 minutes. We did alot of adventures and Glenn was super to work with. He made reservations for everything we wanted to do and also told us how to do a few other ones we were thinking about doing. It was such a great, memorable vacation. Great host, great house, great property, great location. Pura vida!

Absolutely Amazing!
Glenn was very helpful and sent us lots of information before the trip to help us plan. The house is beautiful and plenty of room for our 8 adults and 2 children. Everyone loved the water slide which we even did at night (there are lights). We saw howler monkeys and lots of birds including the peacocks that roam the grounds. We went into La Fortuna for a fun chocolate plantation tour but spent our other two full days enjoying the house, pool, grounds, waterfall, and golf course. Having air conditioning in the bedrooms was great. Wear insect repellent when down by the river.

Amazing
We loved our stay here! The pool, slide, roaming peacocks and birds were a hit with the kids. We loved sitting outside and watching the birds in the morning, looking out over the lake, and hiking the trails. We had two different chefs come to cook who were both amazing. The location was a way from the hustle of Fortuna, but close enough for us to take a few day trips there. The beds were all comfy, which allowed us to wake well rested for our days. Glenn answered all of our questions promptly and was full of knowledge. Thank you for this lovely stay, we can't wait to come back!

One of a kind property!!

What a slice of heaven
This place is amazing! Glenn is the best and the hospitality he provides is top notch. We had two families with five kids and they could not have had more fun. The grounds were absolutely amazing and we saw such wonderful wildlife. Pura Vita!!!!

No place like this anywhere
We visited Costa Rica for the first time, and Glenn made this trip the best experience! The property and house were unlike anything we have ever experienced, and I doubt there is another property like it in the world. The amount of care that has gone into and continues to go into this property is off the charts! Glenn goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable, happy, and enjoying a once in a lifetime vacation. We loved the trails, the pool and slide, the golf course, and all the many other amenities at the house. The chef and his staff were amazing with fantastic food. We could not have asked for a better trip! Thank you Glenn!

The water slide and pool were fun for the whole family. The wildlife on the property was magical to see. There are also lots of good restaurants within a short drive too. The landscaping and home are wonderful.

Amazing week in Nuevo Arenal
My friends and I had a fun filled week exploring Villa Encantada, Nuevo Arenal and La Fortuna. Between the landscape, hiking, lake, kayaks, pool, waterslide, and golf course there is enough to keep you entertained for a week without leaving the property. We did venture out on a few day trips to La Fortuna to do river rafting, the hanging bridge tour, Tabacon hot springs and sloth tour. Glenn arranged the tours for us and gave us great guidance! The rafting tour is a particularly great value as it includes lunch and sugar cane demonstration too! Be sure to visit Chocolate Fusion cafe across from the church when in La Fortuna. Our favorite dining spots in Nuevo Arenal were Los Platillos Voladores (Italian), Tom Pan German bakery, and Gingerbread restaurant for amazing dinners! We also cannot say enough things about Glenn’s kindness and expert guidance. You are in good hands with Glenn!

Nous étions, 5 enfants de 2 à 8 ans et 5 adultes. 3 chambres, dont 2 avec salle de bain communicante, 1 x salle de bain privée, manque de rangement/supports, portes barrées s’ouvrant sur l’extérieur. Mezzanine, 2 lits simples et un double, balcons avant et arrière, ouvert sur le salon, pas sécuritaire pour de jeunes enfants. Piscine à 3 paliers, avec eau fraîche renouvelée par une source d’eau, glissade qui se termine dans un des bassins, pas recommandé pour de jeunes enfants, sans surveillance, mais très agréable. Nettoyées le matin, par les jardiniers, mais en journée, devions passer souvent un filet (feuilles / moustiques), Plusieurs sentiers en forêt, cascades escarpés, enfants doivent être accompagnés, (animaux/insectes). Très beau golf. Beau terrain, bien entretenu, pleins de fleurs. arbres, oiseaux de toutes sortes, fruits, pans qui se promènent en liberté, et qui laissent de petits cadeaux un peu partout, mais nullement agressifs et s’en vont si on approche, plusieurs singes. Il y a aussi un gentil chien qui appartient à un employé, qui venait nous rendre visite. Vue partielle sur le lac Arenal. Température plus fraîche avec vent. Petit hic, beaucoup de fourmis à l’intérieur, coussins de chaises extérieur et planchers des terrasses, malpropres. Buanderie dans un bâtiment à l’extérieur (Laveuse/sécheuse). Hôte, Glenn, très gentil, accueillant et accommodant. Wifi so, so, zéro dans les chambres. Restos, sodas, épiceries, parc à quelques minutes. Séjour très agréable…

This was our first time in CR, and if I return I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Nuevo Arenal is a quiet little town that was perfect for a home base while traveling around the country. This home is amazing for all ages with plenty to do in your down time. Glenn is a great host and was also helpful in lining up many of our activities.

Multi generational family vacation
This is an absolutely beautiful property and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our needs. We saw monkeys iguanas and red dart frogs right from the yard not to mention so many different and beautiful birds including toucans. A bird watchers paradise. The pool is fresh water no chemicals and refreshing. Waterside was a hit though might be a bit fast for little ones. Pond is stocked with lots of easy to catch fish and fun for young and old. House has everything you need and essentials are close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and is obvious that the home and property has been a true labour of love by our host. Thank you Glenn for sharing your home with us!

This property has no words. It is breathtaking in everyway. The owner is absolutely fabulous and attended to all our needs including booking rides and excursions. Its a dream property to say the least. There is only one restaurant that is walkable but has a beautiful view and great food. If you like hustle and bustle this is not the place for you, but if you want some serenity and beauty this place does not fail to deliver.

Wonderful Stay
It really is a great property. We experienced a fair bit of rain during our stay, which is odd for February. The nice thing about the cooler weather was that we were able to enjoy all the outdoor activities, which would be harder in 30 C temperatures. Glenn is full of information and extremely helpful, he truly wants you to have a wonderful holiday.

What we needed
We had been in Tamarindo for a week, which was great, and where the temps were in the high 90's. This was a refreshing change of pace. My kids are young - and spent all their waking hours in the fresh water pool (!) and on the pond. They fished and they frolicked. Glenn offered that we could check in early and stopped by a few times to ensure all was well. His restaurant recommendations were great. It is a massive effort to keep the place in condition and so there is always some improvement underway, which is normal and wasn't an issue.

Wild fun in the rainforest
The property has something for every age and a variety of activities. We were there 4 nights Our last day we did not leave the property If your party is large this is a perfect place. There was outside seating for about 20. Don’t look any further. This is a 10 accommodation if you have transportation. The rainforest sounds is your alarm clock

A wonderful slice of paradise! The property is as amazing as it looks. Many restaurants and a small grocery store within 10 minutes. Excursions about an hour away. Plenty to do, or just stay and relax.

New Year GetAway First TImers in Costa Rica
Our introduction to beautiful Costa Rica was a tad challenging. Listen to Glenn when he advises you to avoid driving at night if possible. Due to flight delays and car rental issues, our drive to Villa Encantada was 60% in the dark; not recommended for first time visitors for sure. After our harrowing drive, we found the Villa and all the stress from the trip magically disappeared! The Villa is exactly as described and Glenn is a phenomenal host. He is proud of his property, deservedly so; it is a peace of heaven. A perfect place for rest, adventure and relaxation. We took advantage of the trails, pool/slide and golf course. Make sure you take some time to enjoy the property, a lot of thought, love and hard work went into developing it. Glenn is always available to answer questions, book excursions and follow-up with any concerns his guests may have. We will definitely return, next time armed with familiarity of roads and local drivers and less luggage! Thank you, Glenn, the best VRBO we have ever experienced!

Return to paradise
The Villa is truly an enchanted paradise! My boys (15, 14, and 8) loved playing on the water slide, in the pool, and in the pond. I loved hearing all the different sounds of nature including howler monkeys and every type of bird imaginable. Glen was a phenomenal host and gave us excellent recommendations on what to visit, where to eat, and things to do. I cannot say enough good things about Villa Encantada.

Paradise!
The grounds and house are absolutely incredible. Pics don’t do it justice. Glenn was incredible in his communication and helpfulness. I’d recommend booking everything thru him for excursions. Also, I’d plan on at least a couple of days with “nothing” planned to enjoy the property.

They are an endangered species, and even after 30 years of living in this area of Lake Arenal, I am still amazed and thankful for the beauty and nature that surround me. My 1st visit to Costa Rica and Nuevo Arenal was back in 1976... a long time ago. I've seen many changes since then and the Lake Arenal/Volcano Arenal region is now one of the most popular and visited areas in of all of Costa Rica . Our 40 acre Nature Preserve Estate at Villa Encantada is the only property with Lake Arenal access and Pristine Primary Rainforest with our own Aquifer Springs and too many waterfalls to count. Exquisite Nature surrounds you and you really will think 'I've died and gone to Heaven'. We can't improve Nature, but after 25 years, we've learned how to tweak it to make it to make it more accessible to our guests of all ages by building miles of manicured hiking trails and waterfalls that you can sit under and actually get an incredible massage that will be a very sweet memory that you'll always have to cherish. The manicured gardens and Golf (practice area) Course are still a work in progress and now I look for plants that are unusual and hard to find to share with our guests. Our swimming pool and 100 ft Waterslide have been a great success with Rave Reviews and have been met with enthusiastic smiles all around. Next... on my Bucket List ... build a Butterfly Garden area and Orchid Garden, and install a micro-hydroelectric plant. For me... it's so rewarding, and I love sharing this life's work with wonderful guests from around the world. Muchas Gracias!
