Propiedad frente al mar con piscina climatizada en Sunset Terrace

Sunset Terrace es una orientada a la familia tranquila urbanización compuesta de sólo 18 unidades. Este no es tu típica megaplex Florida. Estamos orgullosos de alquiler limitado. Esta muy bien decorado, recientemente reformado de dos dormitorios, dos condominios de baño se encuentra directamente en la playa y se ofrece con todas las comodidades. Unidad 107 tiene un dormitorio principal con cama queen size, televisión y baño principal, así como balcón privado y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales y baño completo. El condominio cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con proyectado en Lanai con vistas al Golfo. También hay un comedor y comer en barra de la cocina para complementar la cocina totalmente equipada. Un colchón de aire de matrimonio con bomba eléctrica también está disponible para el alojamiento para dormir adicionales si uno puede ser arrancados de las tumbonas en la terraza. Lavadora y secadora incluidas en la unidad. Sillas de playa, juguetes, inflables incluyen también.

We had a wonderful stay!! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and especially being only steps away from the ocean! The place was spacious and loved the lanai. I thought the heat would be unbearable in August but the breeze from the ocean made it comfortable.

Had no idea would be stairs to climb. Nothing in ad indicated that. Wife and I in 90s so was hassle. Daughter handled luggage. Beautiful view. Were small ants on kitchen counter. Small toilets were hassle.

Renter was told about the stairs when it was explained that their parking spot was underneath the building next to the stairs going up to the unit. The toilets are standard size. With regard to any small ants we have had the unit sprayed upon your review. Had we been notified we would have brought in pest control during your stay. The unit is under contract with a pesticide company and is sprayed quarterly and upon request.

The best ocean view

We loved the condo and the location! Very nice and quiet. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Literally steps away from the beach and the sunsets were amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location

This is a wonderful location in Bradenton Beach. We are repeat customers . We love the condo, your own parking spot, the chairs in the storage area for the beach, and of course the beach and sunsets. You can't go wrong renting from them.

Perfect and Roomy!

We were 100% happy with our stay! This condo is exactly as described and the owners did an amazing job communicating. For our family of 5, this place was very roomy. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the ability to see the beach from our room day and night! We were only there for 4 days for a wedding, and this was perfect!

Awesome location and Awesome Weather

This property is in a great location, easy access to beach and if you don't feel like a beach day a great pool. Beach supplies provided were good ie: chairs, sand castle making equipment etc. It was very hot and did not see a umbrella so we bought one and left for others to use. Close to shopping and great restaurants Great place to stay

Ahh, The Beach

Overall, great view, location, and space. Well stocked unit as described with comfortable beds. We are older adults and found the stairs manageable--comfortable to climb at our slow pace. :)
