Localizado en Kolb Rd. y Sunrise, a minutos de caminata en el hermoso Cañón Sabino, el Centro Comercial La Encantada, Flemings Steak House, Anthony's en Foothills, Terra Cota Cafe, teatros, golf y más. Esta es una unidad de primer piso con estacionamiento cubierto que se encuentra a 15 yardas de la puerta de entrada. Tucson Trip

Pinnacle Canyon is an excellent complex in an excellent location. Our landlord, David Lomeli, was quickly accessible before our visit and immediately after our arrival. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away two weeks into our visit but his wife and son followed in his footsteps despite their grief. This condo was the best stocked of any we have ever rented. Many of the appliances appeared to be new and there were instruction booklets for everything. Our thanks and sympathy to the Lomeli family.

Great condo in an amazing location. Dave the owner always available if we have any concerns and checks on us to see if everything is okay. We did a lot of cycling and I also got in some great hikes.

Great Price + Great Location to Sabino Canyon and Condo

David was a wonderful host and we could not have been happier with our choice Tucson home away from home for Spring Break. We are hikers and like to be out of the downtown and unwind on our vacations and this was the place. Were able to hike in the mornings and hang by the pool in the afternoons. Our four year old son loved the pool and do did we. David made a point of being there when we checked in and checked, which was a first. David was a very accommodating host and took all our requests under consideration. Our arrival was well before check in and David was able to work with us and we were in several hours early. When I asked about a hot water kettle and slow cooker the next day they arrived. We cook in all our meals so this was huge for me, as I was able to prep and play. The beds were very nice and the kitchen had everything I need to prepare three meals a day for our family of three. There was a seating area on the small deck so we were able to eat every meal outside. The other wonderful thing was our unit was right next to the parking lot and it was great for loading and unloading our things after hiking. The complex was quiet and the residence were very kind to us and our son. He have stayed at several different complexes in our travels and this was one of the best. The only thing my husband and were a little miffed about was the neighbor above us, who seemed to wake up at 4 am everyday, but that goes with having a bottom unit and was very minor in the scope of things. We did have to do a bit of driving, I-10 was about 25 minutes from the condo, but we knew this when we booked and were very happy with our choice. The complex was with in walking distance of a shopping center and CVS. We were less than 5 minutes away from Sabino Canyon and for my husband who is a runner it was a nice change for him. We also were able to hike several days in the canyon and take the Tram. We would be more than happy to stay here again on our next trip to Tucson. Thank you David for being such a wonderful host.

My host was available when I had questions and easy to work with. I also enjoyed the amenities that were a part of the condo where I stayed. The area seem to be very safe and secure.

Good place to vacation.

Conveniently located in a quiet secure (gated) community. Restaurants and grocery store close by. The unit is well furnished and stocked with everything you need for the stay. Unit interior is a little dated and could use a good update. Except for current city street construction, access to the unit is easy. Reserved parking, close to front door. Dave, the Property Manager was extremely attentive and helpful.

Nice complex (pool/landscaping/location), unit could use a good cleaning and new kitchen counters/microwave. Mouldings have been poorly painted too many times. If these items were addressed this could be a 5 star rating. Dave/host was very helpful.

Peaceful and Quiet

The condo was wonderful to stay in. I could not believe how quiet it was whether day or night. I stayed for over a month and it had everything I could need. Grocery store and restaurants are nearby. Parking was close and covered. The condo and surrounding neighborhood always felt safe. I would absolutely stay again!

Great place, albeit a bit dated

The community and the apartment are great. The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful. There were lots of sheets and towels, and the owner was kind enough to provide a new set including new comforter due to COVID. I was very impressed. The kitchen is well stocked, with extras like cooking spices, tin foil and saran wrap, baggies, napkins, paper towels, etc. Made it very nice. The ceiling fans are on remotes which is nice as well. The bed was super comfortable. The only thing is that it is a bid dated in terms of decor and upkeep, but that certainly was not a show-stopper. I really enjoyed staying there.

Great property!

I stayed in this condo for a little over a month and it was great. It worked really well for two adults. The owner was very flexible and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location

The location was terrific. David was very attentive. He accommodated us with new sheets and towels due to covid. The apartment was spacious. But, some appliances need to be replaced, cookware updated and the apartment could be brighter. Overall, if updated a solid five.

Ideal location for outdoor recreation

Comfortable stay in an ideal location just minutes from Sabino canyon. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. Condo essentially has two separate master suites and excellent layout. Great stay and host!

Great value for money

We arrived a week before the Covid-19 lockdown and had an additional 2 weeks at the condo after the lockdown began. This was a great place to hang given the circumstances. We were very convenient to hiking and shopping--the only things open the last 2 weeks. But since we love to hike we were fine. We enjoyed the pool area twice and then that closed as well, which was disappointing, but no less disappointing than all the cancellations occurring right now. I would definitely stay there again! The condo is a bit dated in decor and upkeep, but very clean and was a great value for our three week stay!

A very nice spot

The complex is very well maintained and it's occupants are quite friendly. The location is a little farther away from the city center than i would like, but it it's well supported with near by services. We did make several trips to the bear by Sabino canyon park which is delightful.

Terrific Property

We enjoyed our two-month stay at this property. The owner provided all the info that we needed right up front and was always responsive when we had questions. We would recommend this property to anyone, whether for a quick vacation or for a longer, transitional stay.

The condo was very comfortable for two couples. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were excellent. Each bedroom with separate bath could have served as a master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. and pots and pans and adequate utensils. There is a charcoal grill about 200 feet from the unit. The complex was quiet and peaceful. There are good restaurants and a supermarket right across the street and the complex is within a mile of the well-known Sabino Canyon nature area. There is a nice pool and adjoining hot tub and a decent exercise room with quality equipment. The owner was very very responsive to the few minor issues we encountered. All four of us who stayed there would highly recommend this rental.

A nice apartment in a great neighborhood of Tucson

We returned for a second time because of the great location of this apartment on the mountain-outskirts of Tucson, AZ. Not only is Sabino Canyon Park nearby, but also cafes and a grocery store. The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is well-maintained and nicely furnished. The owner is nearby and comes quickly if needed. All in all, a very nice place to spend a few days.

Catalina Condo Vacation

What a great place ! This place has it all. We could walk to the grocery store or several nice restaurants. It's a short drive to Sabino Canyon and other outdoor activities. When it got hot we were at the pool. The condo is well stocked with anything you will need. It was a wonderful Tucson vacation.

Pinnacle Canyon Vacation

The condo was conveniently located less than a mile from great hiking at Sabino Canyon. The condo was well equipped and clean although some updating is needed. The condo gated grounds were well maintained and the swimming pool was very nice. It served all of our needs for our month long stay.

Great location needs updating

I could rate it 3 1/2 stars. The location is perfect. The condo layout is very functional. However the owner, who is super responsive, needs to update the property. Invest in a new high definition TV. A new couch is badly needed as well. Master bathroom needs to be re-tiled. Kitchen counter tops are showing wear.

Hi, my name is David and my wife (Lizzette) and I own, manage and live within a mile of the property. We've lived in the Catalina Foothills District for over 19 years and love this area. Our sons went to elementary school in this District and graduated from Catalina Foothills High School, and then from the University of Arizona.

We bought this property after we stayed in the complex while our home was being built. We were extremely impressed by how quiet and beautiful the entire complex was, and how convenient it was to nearby stores, restaurants, and recreational areas.
