Effective Oct 01/18 all British Columbia short term rental stays are subject to the 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on accommodation and 3% Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT).

Effective July 1/22 5% GST will be added to the accommodations and cleaning fee as per CRA.

The main floor is an open concept design featuring a full kitchen (granite), 2 pc. bath/laundry, den area including electric fireplace and practical laminate flooring in the dining and living room area. Spacious deck (15 X 7) with a barbeque to enjoy the view and a patio to enjoy your early morning coffee from. Also patio off master bedroom on the lower level. This level also has the 2 other bedrooms, 3 piece ensuite and a 4 piece bathroom. Property includes a pool and hot tub with a private waterfront and it's very own BOAT SLIP at extra cost per day if available. Can enquire with owner.
