Este condominio / casa está ubicado en la deseable playa oeste. Es un 1BR / 1 construido a medida de dos pisos. 5 BA condominios / casas adosadas ubicadas a poca distancia (5 min.) Del centro comercial de Santa Bárbara y a poca distancia del muelle de Stern. La ubicación es increíble, pero el apartamento en sí es lo que tiene todos nuestros huéspedes volver! Nuestro condominio es parte de una lujosa comunidad de desarrollo de cinco unidades que fue reconocida como "Proyecto del Año 2009" por la Asociación Nacional de Constructores de Casas. Nuestro condominio tranquilo es cálido y luminoso, con un estilo único y moderno. El primer piso del condominio es el dormitorio principal que tiene una cama king de lujo, un cuarto de baño principal de gama alta, y un área de porche privado. El área del porche está rodeado por una valla de alta privacidad y un montón de sombra de los árboles circundantes. Cuando se viaja por las escaleras se sorprenderá por el ambiente amplio con una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. Los altos techos abovedados y la luz natural hacen que esta habitación se sienta más grande que la vida. Es el espacio perfecto para entretener a los huéspedes o simplemente una noche romántica. La cocina está totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Nos encanta cocinar en nuestra estufa / horno de calidad comercial de acero inoxidable. Nuestra unidad cumple con todos los requisitos de un nivel Platinum certificado LEED y es de tres estrellas Green Certified. Realmente apreciamos el hecho de que nuestra unidad está construida en verde y es ecológica, desde el paisaje diseñado para reducir el uso excesivo de agua, hasta la ventilación cruzada desde las ventanas estratégicamente ubicadas.

This unit is in a convenient location, and the bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. However, the property is described as “high-end luxury,” and overall the unit did not meet that expectation. Much of the space would benefit from a refresh. The living room furniture is noticeably worn, and the seating is no longer supportive. The fold-out sofa bed was also quite thin and uncomfortable for our adult daughters.While the condo appeared clean at first glance, opening the cabinets and closets told a different story. The kitchen cabinets contained numerous food items left behind by previous guests, including opened boxes of crackers and chips, pasta, and even a stick of butter. The refrigerator was filled with old condiments that seemed to have been there for quite some time. In addition, we found a large amount of used bedding both upstairs and in a downstairs closet.Overall, the unit has potential, but it needs better upkeep and a more thorough cleaning to match the “luxury” description provided.

This beautiful, well appointed townhouse was the highlight of our Santa Barbara vacation. Aside from the ideal location, the unit was immaculate, and the furnishings were very comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, with many snack surprises. We had an entry code glitch upon arrival, and the host was immediately available to assist. A We look forward to our next visit.

Great location!

The location is great! No need for a car. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host provided excellent check in and out instructions and was quick to respond with questions and any issues with the property.

West Beach Gem

We loved our 5-night stay at this property while in Santa Barbara celebrating our anniversary. The location was so convenient to restaurants/shopping/etc that at one point we didn’t drive our car for two days. The living space and amenities worked well for us and having a garage was a bonus considering the parking challenges in the area. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the property manager was excellent both on logistics beforehand as well as checking in with us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for short or long stay

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. Very nicely kept and a versatile floorplan with the primary bedroom down with full bath and a half-bath on the second level. Very open kitchen and living area on the second level. High end finish-out. Nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Great place to stay.

Beyond expectations!

Our month long stay in this wonderful townhome was the perfect introduction to Greater Santa Barbara. We brought our bicycles and explored the wine country when we weren’t participating in the many other amenities the city has to offer. This was a perfect retreat!

Two weeks in paradise

We have been in Santa Barbara many times, and lived there for two years (long ago). This was our first time in this neighborhood, and it was a pleasure to be so close to the water. Also, this is perhaps the best equipped property we have ever rented, even coming stocked with some non-perishable essentials in the kitchen!

Excellent location

This property is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. The owner has provided every amenity for guests to have a wonderful stay. Kitchen is well stocked and outdoor balcony and patio are perfect spots to enjoy the sunshine. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

My husband and I were on a walk on day after our winter retreat. It was two days before we headed back to the east coast. Then there it was! Beyond the aesthetics, it’s all about location, location, location! This area is ideally situated—just a short distance from the beach, great restaurants, and everything you’d want for a relaxing getaway. It has the perfect blend of tranquility while still being close to all the action, making it an ideal place for both relaxation and adventure.
