La villa está a solo 8 minutos de Disney World, a 20 minutos de Sea World y a 25 minutos de Universal. En esta ubicación, no perderá tiempo de viaje hasta llegar a su destino de Parque temático por la mañana, ¡y puede regresar rápidamente a un apacible aislamiento cuando sus piernas del parque estén agotadas! Esto lo hace perfecto para los huéspedes que desean un fácil acceso a todo lo que Disney tiene para ofrecer, al tiempo que tiene todas las instalaciones para relajarse y descansar en la privacidad al final del día.



Se ha prestado gran atención al mobiliario de nuestra casa, que comprende 2 suites king size, 2 suites queen y 2 habitaciones dobles, todas con TV. Hay una sala de juegos totalmente equipada, una fantástica sala de teatro de piso abierto con TV LED de 42 "y asientos especializados, y una piscina con jacuzzi orientada al norte. En resumen, hay algo para todas las edades y preferencias cuando necesita un poco de tiempo para relajarse. Para su seguridad, la villa está equipada con una caja fuerte para sus objetos de valor.

La sala de juegos se comparte con un vehículo privado de los propietarios.

Disney Trip

The property was just as reported. The space was great and accommodated our family very well. Was a short drive to Disney which is why we were in the area. I did have to email the owner the night before we left to request check in details. The downstairs surfaces were very dusty, We were told in instructions that parking on the street would get our car towed but then we received an email the next day that we could not park in the driveway and have a car over the sidewalk. Three cars did not fit at the property. Property instructions were given with lots of capitol letters and exclamation points which seemed more like orders than information and the Ring camera at the front door seemed to be on and watching when we were coming and going at times. There are two tub showers in bathrooms at the property, however the two shower stalls in the suite rooms were a tight fit and we are fairly small people. Kitchen had needed cookware and again lots of space in the house.

We have stayed here 2 times and we are overall pleased with both stays. There aren't enough towels so you either have to wash towels every other day or bring your own. The pool alarms are annoying at first but you get over it. The parking situation was not great but we dealt with it. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool. No bugs in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed, but you may want to bring extra paper towels and dish soap. And toilet paper.

Great Location

We recently stayed there for our Disney Vacation. Overall it was great place to stay. It had plenty of space for my entire family. The Host was very responsive and quick to correct any of our concerns. I do wish the pressure in the showers were better but overall it was a great stay! Would definately recommend.

It felt like we were on house arrest

This house is in a quite and nice location. That is the only good thing i can say about this property . I traveled with my 70 yo parents , my husband and my 8 yo son. When we got there , the house had a alarm system set up . What we didnt know is every time you opened any door a loud noise from the alarm system was waking everybody up notifying you "FRONT DOOR OPEN" , On top of this , a secondary alarm system was set up for all the doors that would take you to the pool. You had to press a button , and you had 5 seconds to get out and close the door behind you. So everytime you wanted to go outside at the pool you had 5 seconds to do all that . But wait , when you wanted to come back inside the house from the pool area , there was no button outside so the alarm was starting . Everytime !!!! there was no other way. We mentioned this to the host and she said , unfortunately thats the law if you have a pool. We looked online and we are aware of the Safely Pool Alarms system , but at this house they didnt have a way for you to reset the alarm from the outside. This was never mentioned in the listing. I would of never booked this house if we knew. My parents didnt go outside because they were terrified of the loud noise of all the alarms . 2. You can not adjust the house temperature. They have a lock box that cover the thermostat. 3.The pool was dirty and covered with a plastic that we had to uncover. 4. Full of spider webs outside on the chairs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Cozy & comfortable

The house was great. Sunset over the lake and pool was a beautiful sight in the afternoon. About 20-25 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of space to host everyone comfortably, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The shower heads could use a replacement, as they are a little wonky, but other than that, it was a great time. The host was helpful and communicative.

Family vacation

Property very well situated, close to everything, house is very spacious, house amenities very good,kitchen stocked,on downside everything had to be bought down to salt pepper oils for cooking. Lots of beeping alarms kettle doors, fridge... The trash and recycling should not be the responsibility of renters many rules on the topic. Considering all of above would very much rent again.

Great stay!

The house was identical to the listing. Very comfortable for our family of 12. A few minor issues were addressed immediately. The host was very responsive. Very slow to Disney parks. Took anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get there. There was a small snake in the pool! Luckily,my husband has no fear and go rid of it. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent large and spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood

Fantastic villa. Very nice and light decor. All to a very good standard. Very large and spacious which meant plenty of room for our families which consisted of 6 adults and 3 young children. Lots of choices of where to sit and eat although we mostly only ate breakfast there. Beds really comfortable in the very good sized bedrooms. Good size pool which our 3 grandkids (8,8,&4) all thoroughly enjoyed and sometimes they even went in there early in the morning for a quick swim/play before we left for the parks. Games room (garage) was also useful although we didn’t use it a lot. The owners car was in there but it wasn’t a hinderance and we did know of this beforehand. Also a nice view of the lake from outside by the pool. Yes the pool alarm was a bit of a nuisance (and loud) but it is what it is and the law and we soon got used to it. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and very clean everywhere and we barely heard anything or anyone in all the time we were there. Good location close to the 192 to get to the Disney parks in about 20 minutes (traffic permitting depending on the time you go to the parks). Good communication throughout with Shawna the owner and we would definitely stay here again if/when we return. +Recommend+

We had a great stay. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but it was a perfect place to gather in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool. We would love to stay again when we come back!

Spacious home

In Orlando area for dance competition and wanted lots of space for the week versus cramped condo or hotel. Enjoyed home layout, furnishings, appliances, and newness. Felt that cleaning could have been more thorough re bedspreads, trash bins and refreshing of basic supplies. Also felt that property manager communications could have been kinder — taken aback by all caps warnings about drugs, guests and parties. She was gracious with checkout. Also proximity to Orlando downtown is challenging due to constant traffic — better for parks. Overall, good/great experience.

Awesome stay, my mother and her brothers only see one another once a year. Everyone had a great time. If I were to change anything it would be the alarm you have to push every time the patio door. It should be optional, so families with small children can stay safe. If you don’t have small children it is extremely annoying.

Great location - super spacious

Great spacious home at a convenient distance from tourist attractions. We loved the pool and Shawna was super quick with any messages. Home exactly as described. Tip: bring basics if you can for kitchen (like salt and pepper) or cooking spray since kitchen isn’t stocked.

Fun trip to Florida For Cheer Competition

We had a great time! The location was great - easy and quick to get to all the Orlando central attractions. House was stocked well and the kids enjoyed the pool. Perfect size with appropriate bedding situations and we all had blast. Owner was easy to get a hold of and help when needed and I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome and easy experience!

Very spacious and clean

Overall, our stay was great. A few little things needs to be fixed. Showers were not working properly. Toilet paper should be provided for the entire stay. There is absolutely no kitchen condiments.

Property was newly renovated and in excellent condition. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. There was plenty of room, and the host, Shawna, was very responsive and accessible. We would recommend this property to others!

Fantastic

We absolutely loved the property. We felt like it was home- the amenities made it easy to prepare meals and entertain everyone. The main level bedroom was a plus for my elderly grandmother who could not do the stairs. Completely recommend the property.
